Boiling Point

Normally a 5 star. Samsung Galaxy S22 Ultra crashing problems were fixed. But now I can't log in or make a new account. Original account was made using Facebook linking but it says that Facebook did not provide enough info. Unsure what that means. Tried to make a brand new account, but it gives an error message and says to try again. I am lucky I screenshot my rewards membership number in the past. Other people may not be so lucky

Facebook login doesn't work anymore. I cannot retrieve my account created years ago.

I rarely leave reviews for apps but this app is a special kind of stupid so I must share. I've had an account before and I'm trying to log in with my fb but it says not enough info received to create account. So when I try to create new one, it says account exists, log in via social media option. So now I'm stuck unable to use this waste of space, not that it matters I guess because the staff always forget to scan it for me. LOL screw this stupid app.

This App somehow keep opening when I tried to open Office 365 Excel links. It isn't a default app issue as I checked it isn't default to Excel. Not sure why so have to uninstall it.

it's a pretty good app, especially if you frequent the place. however, my member ID number is a little... "off" so one of the BP that I went to asked me to write down my member number, but it was a little difficult to distinguish the 6, 8 5, 3, aand 0

They dishonored my full card with the excuse that it had expired. To get in to eat always takes over 30 minutes. And you are not say by 3 they will not give you discount price. This is why they bottle neck the entrance to charge full price even if waiting for over 35 mins.

The app is so useless. It doesn't even show you the menu. There is no way to join the wait list through the app. Wait list status should be easily accessible on the website.

The biggest problem with this app is that you write down your code and have to depend on the workers to input it into the system. Half the time they forget to do so and you dont get any points. Why doesnt this app let you scan your receipt??

love Boiling Point with all of my heart. they are LITERALLY my favorite restaurant and the app is cool for coupons and dor tracking wait time at different locations!

Great app to keep track of my visit and points. Also helpful with latest deals, stores and status of the wait lines.

used to be good, but I created an account through Facebook and I can't log back in to get my points.. very frustrating, I lost 200 points..

This app is hard to use because you will have to hand over the phone to the server when you pay to collect points. The worst part is that I lost all my points.

constantly with server connection error. The store owner will NOT honor crediting points with receipt for next time, it needs to be at same day. So how to do????

it's kind of annoying that you need to sign into the app once in a while but otherwise it does what it needs to do.

It keeps saying your login session has already expired. Can't login anymore.

They write down your number and this way is so untrustworthy. If BP is going to use this app with barcode, BP needs to upgrade your payment system and ways to checkout.
