Whenever there is something worthwhile watching (football game on ABC), the app 'conveniently' stops working for that channel. Why does it take the Help Desk 24 hours to respond? Is that because the customer does not have the issue anymore since they moved on and found other means to watch their show?
Kept playing the same thing. Never changed to the right show. Always froze 30 seconds after it started. If there was a thing for 0 stars, I would of chose that.
Awful. It won't even let me sign in with my account information. It just tells me that my username or password is incorrect, even though I can use that username and password to login to their website and check my account details. It's unfortunate that this company has a stranglehold on our military service members. We deserve better.
Complete trash, the app and watching it through windows doesnt let me login or it never loads a single thing.

downloaded Android version of app, would not even open to enter my credentials. worthless.

I'm going to start off by saying I am not a fan of Boingo. Not even a little. When it's down, the company doesn't seem to make it a priority to fix things. Their customer service has been nice, but only mildly helpful at best. Worst of all they limit you to 3 devices with the option to pay $10 each for a 4th or 5th. Now all of that garbage aside... This app is decent. It does what it's supposed to, and I don't know why people are complaining about it. Yes, I would rate the parent company 1* or 2*, but the app itself is at least 4* in my opinion. Not flashy, but it works.
Not only did this app have to be closed several times before taking me to the login page...but it also would not let me login once I got there
Not worth the time or energy. Channels are slow to load. I can download all the individual apps and get better tv

The app is a POS; will not recognize my USERID & PW. Checked and rechecked multiple times, even changed it and tried again all without success. If you have their WiFi service and want to watch TV, use one of the network apps instead. I used Verizon Fios app.
