Echo the previous comment that this app fails to check in on both my and my wife's Galaxy S7. That makes it pretty pointless.

Clean design, singular function, and ease of use are all wins
Boise Ale Trail is a great idea, but it doesn't work on my Android phone. It wouldn't check in at local breweries, including Barbarian and County Line. It doesn't even have Crooked Fence listed.
