Between all bank applications I used this one definitely the worst, always showing fails and can't see transactions on your account

The app is helpful, however there are certain technical glitches that need improvement. I have not been able to add a new beneficiary due to country listing problems for weeks and had to do it through a bank agent manually. Also, the option of splitting fees between recipient and sender needs to be added.

Good application you can pay all your bills

I have two accounts on same mobile's application .. one act and open proper but the other one is not always said 'user name or password not correct .....'

Interface is OK, But the app is super slow! You'll have to wait for about 5 seconds on each click before proceeding! My little brother can come up with a better and faster app than this.

User friendly, many functions and nicely organized. I rarely have to visit a branch.

Stop keep updating the app!!! Its annoying.. it has been one month since the last update.. and each update i have to empty the mobile memory and delete photos and videos. If you are not able to do a good app from the first time then you are unprofessional. I will delete this stupid app and ugly service

The lousiest application ever. It refuses to validate my password no matter how I tried as stipulated, lower case, upper case, a digit and a special character. I've been trying for days to create a password but it seems this stupid application has a mechanism to reject passwords even if they are compliant with a good password mechanism required by the super unefficient application. Really? Bury your application. This way you can serve people better instead of a phony application

Everytime I try to open the App it asks for an update even though I uninstalled and reinstalled it 3 times already!! When I open the app and click on update it takes me back to the store but there is no update!! Also, the evouchers list is stupid and it is missing alot of things such as PSN US gift cards and PSN US subscription cards, I cannot even buy anything with my points only money from my account. Please learn from Arab and Etihad Banks and see how their Apps and services are

Always end of month is not working and reported many times and no solution from the bank side

Great app but needs some improvement .I have used many Banks mobile apps before but in comparison , this app BOJ runs very slowly while working especially when writing and giving orders really slowly , seems like a heavy app though I'm not an IT specialist

I have tried many times to add the Cliq option but its failed every time!

After this update , every time I open the app it says my device does not meet minimum security requirements ,then it force me to close the app, Before this update it was working fine I contacted you before about it but nothing been done Update: I tried downloading boj palestine and it's working fine , so it's boj app issue

Isn't compatible with Android 10, the app keeps crashing after Android 10 upgrade. I have reported that to the developer and the bank one month ago, nothing happened!

What's happened after the update? The app keep saying the devise is not meeting the minimum security requirements suddenly.. It was working fine for years now and after the last update I am getting this message and I am not able to login.. Please fix it

A good experience. The app us very useful to pay bills and send money. I check my account and stay connected to every detail on my account. Thanks

This app stop working on Galaxy A9 since two months , why bank of Jordan cannot find solution for this issue during these months,every day I open boj App willing that it will operate, unfortunately App still broken, what to do ,I prefer to cancel my account and withdraw all money to another bank as soon as possible.

Hi there this application is not able to start as shows message "your device must meet minimum security settings to start"?? any technical support to sort it out. thanks

I have Huawei Mate 20 Pro, and it updated to EMUI 10, this app stopped working since it is not up to date. Now I need to change my bank to other one since they support my mobile.

crashes while opening since last update , tried to uninstall and install still same , tried clearing cache and delete files and still crashes

Best bank ever, I had an issue with this application after upgrading to android 10, and they worked on resolving it the soonest. Appreciate your support and following up on the resolution.

BOJ Mobile app does not show features to sett/adjust/edit password to visa card. I am using huawei version 6. last update for the app 13 / 7 /2021. By the way it wasn't showing this feature before.

I tried many times to create an account but it doesnt work, i contacted the call center to fix the issue before 2 weeks ago still now im waiting.

I tried to install it many times and it keeps showing (waiting for download) is there a problem with the app ? Because I've been trying since beginning of March
