Horrible app. Locked out all the time. Changed my number and now there is no way to access. Why can't I verify by email? I need to drive in to a branch to access my online account!?!
PLEASE FIX FINGERPRINT LOGIN!!!! It quit working after recent update and needs to be fixed. My password is impossible to remember for security reasons so its difficult to login without the fingerprint. PLEASE FIX
Keeps crashing when making deposits. Very frustrating!
I gotta have control. This app gives me every option I have ever needed. I love getting notified with every transaction. So, have been able to catch transactions made by scammers several times. And, easily blocking and unblocking my card is comforting. When my hubby misplaces a card.
Retards made a banking app! Who knew? I have fingerprint login. I use the fingerprint scanner and now it's telling me my password is wrong. What the actual eff is happening? Also why isn't there a button to expose the password characters to make sure you're typing it correctly? This is a mobile device, usually just my eyes are on it. IDK. This level of stupid shouldn't be in a banking app. I. Now concerned about many things and will have to find a computer to verify everything.
The app works fine, however I am having complications logging in and I've tried many times. Even waited a few minutes still nothing's changed. I ask you to fix this as I need to know the amount of money I currently have. Thank you.
Can't pay my mortgage... The website requires me to get the app, the app doesn't have a pay option... Nice... Add that to the list of horrible experiences I've had with BOKF.
Despite keeping the app up to date, every time I try to log in for the past several months it has just displayed a generic "oops something is wrong" error.
Overall on the right track but buggy. In particular crashes regularly during mobile deposit when taking picture. Frustrating.
Fingerprint login has stopped working. Used fingerprint, but app registers a bad password. Disabled, then re-enabled, still doesn't work.
worked fine until bank changed name, now I can't get it to take a picture because it crashes. tried on my phone and a tablet. might have to change banks because I am not going to the bank every time I need to deposit a check
Newest update has caused fingerprimt login to stop working. Tried multiple times but just reverts back to login screen.
Horrible bank. They exploit and make their money off of overdraft fees. Even when you have enough funds they find a way to charge you overdraft fees. Horrible banking experience. Would give negative stars of possible
Very easy to use. Only complaint is zelle is down way too often. Fingerprint login works fine for me
Fingerprint logon no longer works 😥. Due to fees and other things it may be time to switch back to a bigger bank.

why oh why more times then not when i go to check my transactions i can not log in. ever since this last update its been horrible.
BOK is terrible. They will convert your account to a premium online savings account and charge you a monthly fee until your account is overdrawn, without telling you! Theives. I'll take my business to a company that won't steal funds.
Unable to log in. The support team couldn't figure it out.
To get fingerprint login to work again I had to delete and reinstall the app.

Miss MoBank. Everything is fine, just less personal and more corporate. But it beats US bank or Bank of America.
I really like this app and I had no complaints until the last update back in 2021. I can no longer use the fingerprint login. Can this be fixed? I just updated again hoping it would be fixed, but I still have the same problem. Other than that, this app works wonderfully really. I like being able to check my account as needed on the go. Very convenient especially when I'm out of town. I actually prefer quickly checking on my phone then going on the PC.
