Overall it's fine. The app acts bad when a high demand product is in your cart but item gets sold out before you check out.

it is good but why do you feel the need to spam ads of this app in any other app
Please up date your site to use other languages, I use many other sites more because they have this option available. as you can see from others weighting they are very frustrated. Thank you for letting my family suggest this for your convince to sell more.
It does contain deceptive ads. Many of ads are very deceptive.
Whenever I have to send something back for repair I always get credited instead of a replacement, this is especially frustrating when you bought something on sale and discounts having ended. It's happened to me about 5 times now and is why I switched to Coolblue. Generally speaking the app itself and it's structure is definitely solid and easy to navigate, the Samsung SD cards are also always really nicely priced. The recommendations could use some work, recommending products you already bought

Whoever is designing the filters screen, there should be a limit on how many of them can appear as a carousel. After a certain limit, switch to a full screen list please 😅
Unbelievable... they sell expensive gift vouchers and they don't even allow you to pay your invoices with it. Then what is the point?????
Easy to use but I hope will be more easier in the futher also to use in English language. I would to like to suggest also many new categories.🙂😄
app works perfect, using it for years now, never an issue, easy to use, convenient.
Usually I dont have any problem with this app cause I always get everything I order in a very good state. But lately I order a few products and they did arrive after a month on top of that they made a mistake in my order but I got a retour, and they did pay me back for that one product but I had to pay to send everything back.. " And they didn't refund me for my other product that never showed up..Very disappointing.
This platform didn't give any guarantee if your goods is not delivered. I ordered bike with price more than €1,000 ,the lead time mention within a week, but even after more than a month didn't arrive. They didn't give compensation, yet keep promising the goods will be arrived this week for many times. The order status changed to delivered, but the shipment can't be tracked. I don't know until when I have to ask the status of my order, and they don't speak English.
I was charged twice for an audiobook. I've contacted Bol twice by phone, and 2 more times by their app. I also contacted Kobo by email. They keep on emailing me instructions on how to download the book. I just want my refund. I feel scammed. iDeal charged me without giving me a receipt. So they won't give me my money back. I shouldn't have to pay TWO TIMES for one copy of a product.

These guys sent to me a letter with a notification that I miss a payment of 5 euros of 35... I just didn't notice the correct bank transference was properly done.. 1st. They sent the item... They shouldn't 2nd. They ask me to pay the missing value using these bol app ... And they know easily the client is not properly informer that he have a debt. 3rd . In the end they sent a letter with a threat... Ou I pay... 5+3.5+3.5 ( notifications costs from bol app) or the value will increase again
Smoothest app there is. There's no other competitor in this. Amazon is utter incompetence in comparison. The app is very quick in everything it does. Vey convenient all round. Service is also some of the best I've experienced!
This is a great alternative to Amazon for people living in the Netherlands and Belgium. They offer next day shipping on everything. Actually, the app works great, and I prefer it on the phone Vs the mobile website. It is quick and easy to use, can scan barcodes.
I would give 0 star, if it was possible. I cannot add the majority of the stuff to my shopping cart. If i want to buy something, i always have to use the web browser whenever I want to make a purchase. Too annoying. Instead of going through all that trouble, i prefer to use other online websites for shopping.
Great app, but bug with incorrect market place in the beginning (couldn't order in BE as was linked to NL automatically) plus fluctuations in prices day to day can be really frustrating. Do not know when to buy something or expect a better price.
On my orders page scrolling down is really laggy and I can barely get a few orders down, it even swipes to the right or left while trying to scroll down. This issue started only recently. Never had this before. Other than this great app and great webshop.
App runs pretty smooth... Do love that my wishlist is large, clear and available... in the department of the search engines there is always room for improvement but it is more then decent... Thumbs up from me, i can no longer live without this app, Ghehehee...
Good service and fast delivery. I enjoy buying from them. I would have given a 5 star but one time I placed an order but never received the item. It wasn't a huge amount of money so I Iet it go but overall, a very pleasant shopping experience for me.
It's a great App, I got a lot of free delivery cost from my purchases and the process is easy. But, I really suggest to put language option, especially English. Since not all user, like me, are fluent in Dutch.
Just removed the app. I'm done with it erasing my basket everytime I switch between apps. It's so annoying compared to the site that works perfectly fine on mobile devices. I don't see a reason to use it.
Very good app in general, but considering that in The Netherlands live so many expats and most of the population speaks English, would be nice to have the option to change the language to English as well.
Not very fluent. Outdated design but the absolute worst is the brightness control. When you're reading late at night it just doesn't go down enough to be comfortable to read.
New update hanging search. Guys, whenever I search on mobile using my Galaxy S20 plus device with my 1Gps internet connection search has degraded since last update, hangs for 7 seconds or so, even clicking a link from Google search. This is a new issue and not happening in the web browser.
