When it works, works great. Just upgraded to an s20+ and now it won't let me login at all. I've checked and rechecked the password and server info and I'm pretty sure they're correct. Really need this to work.
It would be awesome if this app could get with the times and support fingerprint login so I don't have to sit here and put in my password several times a day!
Haven't had many issues with this app until recently. It rejects my log in unless I restart my phone.
Works when it wants to, some times works great other times wont ket me do anything
4-5-18 Now have to logout/login to refresh signals. Using vzw s7. No problems before last update to app. Update has made life difficult re: checking signals. Refresh constantly timing out. No longer a reliable tool.
The newest version took away the buttons in activity now it takes longer to navigate activity. It would be great if you had both options ( buttons and pick a date to goto).
Good app use it all the time. Is there any way to look up customers password? That option would be very helpful
Great app used it for years. Timeout needs to be longer. Please.
I've been happy with it for a few years. Recently, after one of it's "updates" the "recent customers" section won't update and is stuck on the customers that I've not been to for about 2 months now. They've been "looking into it" since early November and still all of our techs are reporting that their app is stuck in time and they can't see where they've been.
Been using bold for years, this application makes the technicians job very simple

One of best apps on my phone as far as it relates to my work. Wish I could make account changes such as adding or deleting zones etc. It would then be a 5 star

Was great but lost the 3 hour default for on test
IPhone users got an update that fixed the issues with searching for a client, current Android version still cannot filter clients by name properly. Edit: Six months later Android users still cannot use a basic search function that should have been implemented at app creation.
