Pretty smooth app, one of the better broker apps (for a bank). Makes investing very easy for the trader enthousiast. The occasional glitches (like sudden logouts, or incorrect filters) will cost it one star though.
Really like the app. However, I'd like to see my funds and ETFs in the heat map as well.
Frequent user of both desktop and mobile app. Mobile app disconnects way too much on a stable connection. Big hassle if you're tweaking orders. This has been persistent for more than a year now.
It could be so much better.. Annoying app crashes, many performance issues when fetching data from the server, the app doesn't feel alive and maintained.. But it is still one of the best ones available in Belgium..
no way to view your order history. often technical issues when purchasing the put options. not very convenient to see the gain. not possible to sign contracts online etc. many others to be improved.
Really good app... I just wished the developer team worked on adding the feature of looking at historic trades made against a given security. It's available on the desktop version but not on the mobile.
1: The pin keypad on my tablet is too big: full screen makes it very easy for others to steel my 'secret' pin code! Please consider responsive. 2: Closing at midnight is too early. Please consider 2am. 3: The app does not rotate to horizontal. Irritating when using a tablet with connect/physical keyboard. Please change that.
The app can use some improvements. Currently it's just an inferior version or the website. The biggest frustration however is that as a KBC customer the advertised transaction times to and from Bolero are half a working day, however most of the time it takes longer.
Usability is not great at all. Navigation is not well thought. Not straight forward. Fonts are too small to read anything and difficult to adjust. Needs a proper usability expert
Overall very handy and great app. Occasionally experiences technical issues when trying to log in and delays in showing latest information, which can be confusing.
there are some growth opportunities and improvement points, try to impress the user by innovating further (I am throwing the machine learning buzzword in here for example :-) ), on the other hand great app and awesome concept! very happy with this product!
Status as at March 2022: Constantly misses set triggers which lead to missed buy and/or sell opportunities or requirements.
Although screen size is a factor, differences in layout between ipad and android phone are sometimes annoying. Some views are not possible on ipad which are just great and work on android phone
From the investment apps, one of my favourites. Easy to use, can use Itsme and Instant transfers. I wish Bolero had more competitive transaction costs for ETFs, I would invest here more.
App just keeps shutting down every few seconds. Doesnt have many features. Please fix this.
Straightforward and easy to use brokerage app. It does lack some of the tools commonly seen with other brokers like charts.
After more than a year still the only app I know that ignores disabling auto-rotate. Fix this already please, it doesn't make any sense

Great app, have been using it for years and really appreciate the useful updates! If you could incorporate an "upcoming dividends" tab next to the transactions history, in the accounts section. This would be very useful to see any forward /expected dividends coming in.
Poor design Very limited options to trade, no limit orders
Overall the app functions well and is pleasant to use. However, since changing to a new phone (OnePlus Nord), I am unable to actually do something. It doesn't allow me to enter an amount when trying to buy/sell or enter a price for a limitorder. As long as this persists, I cannot give a rating higher than 2, given that it currently functions as a glorified portfolio display. Could something in my phone's settings prevent interactivity? If so, please point me in the right direction.
