Thing is when you go for delivery there are no timer, Restaurant also make us waiting long time, it's gone minus mins. Some restaurant do ready order for pick up, but it's not ready. even the core error is no option to unassign the order when get uncertainty circumstance. After all then support team is very productive.
Local agents of Bolt COURIER are extremely biased in on-boarding of new drivers. I can't sign up to drive for more than 2 years as at the time of typing.
The standard rates given to each order was correct way before. Now it is according to number of orders. I know that the money is given to people who only complete the associated number of deliveries. But, the number of deliveries for bonus acquiring is too large. Especially considering the fact that almost 60 percent of the delivery guys are part time workers. The bonus is not needed. Just make it the way it was before.
I sent a prompt to a certain client and she paid for the food and yet that amount didn't reflect to my courier app and when am trying to reach you through support they are not even bothered about the issue right now it's like two mouths no action or reaction....
UA.1.01HERMES that new version of the app is totally trash the the older version was faster than that now apps work like there are to much bugs are in app and working very slowly...
App crashes all the time please do check for bugs and give an update regarding this , everytime checking on all deliveries it gets back to main page and no notification arrives due to this crash and without my knowledge it goes offline
The app works very well. However, it would be much better if it showed the active restaurants in the map as well as adding the tip option for clients so we benefit more as couriers.
The app works fine and is easy to understand. However, one of its biggest issue is that it doesnt show me the clients location. I had several orders where the client is 2 minutes walk from the restaurant. Since I work with car, it's really frustrating and waste of time to make the journey + find a parking, just to deliver it to the client that's 2 minutes away. I just wish that I can see the clients location (even an approximate one would be okay) so that I can decide if its worth accepting.
The functionality the app is quite good, and the fees per distance are pretty fair. However 7/10 deliveries i get customers asking me how they can put a tip online as they don't keep cash, it's both inconveniencing for the customer and disadvanting for the courier as well as you walk out with no tip when the clients actually want to tip. It'd be nice to have the option for the customer to tip online just as the other courier apps do e.g @Uber Eats, @MrDelivery...just to mention a few.
The app is cool But Please upgrade this we need an option like 👉Cancel option 👉Tips option 👉Cash or card option And most of the time we receiving the orders which is 5-6 kilometers just for pic up Like me myself yesterday the client told me she will tip me over the app I told her there is no tip option she replied like that's bad can't be like that the must upgrade so please upgrade lots of people are complaining about it thank you. Upgrade the app please

I am working with motor bike and last 12 days i did not receive any single order . And my friends they work with buke cycle they received regular order more then 10-15 per day . And i speak with help line but they did not resolve my issue . That is unfair
It's very easy and not complicated application to use. I enjoy doing the pickups and drop offs i get to meet a lot of nice people.
I really like the app, but if only you can manage to upgrade the app. Add tip option.
Its a good app but its about time tip option is added.. And bolt should check pick up point.. Too long to pick up orders
Needs a bit more work, more info in the progress menu, to know progress separate on all 7 days of the week, more info on what the delivery contains when the workers ask what order do I have, cause I can't tell for the moment only the name of the recipient, and the Service ( Bolt Food) needs more marketing and publicity in Romania, people don't know about it.
Would be great to see on the map from which Restaurants you can pick up orders. Also some "buttons" has to look more clickable, as it is not obvious from first time like the ones with ✅ in it. Tick shouldn't be there, creates confusion. Other than that, nice app.
No real time calculations by the app to calculate which (nearby) courier is suitable for the order. Sometimes getting 8-9KM of pick-ups from Viimsi, Mustamae, Peetri while standing in the city center. Picking up those orders means you have to drive for 12-13KM just for 3€ as well as ending up so far away from the city center. And you can't decline more than 7/10 orders, that's making the scenario even more pressurizing.
Notification Sound is very low. It should be more interesting... Or when we are free and use other apps on background and whenever delivery arrives it should directly come on screen. And one more thing is the map icon on the app directs on the taxi mode. It should be more comfortable while driving.
App needs to have: online tips. As in taxi solution. Please, show us client location be fore we accept order. So we can manage our work more. There is 80% accaptance rate already, if your excuse is courier cheating...
Glitches, glitches and again glitches
The work is bad They will always add extra 150 ghc money every weekend before you wake on Sunday morning apart from the 2% they deduct off your gross earnings money in your balance before you go online And they don't respond to your email concerning the issue This is the third time it happened It's bad and unfair You can't get contact the customer support unless you are active and you'er delivering an order and you can't get any order unless you pay your negative balance
Hello, after using your application, I can share my experience: 1. The sound of the found order is quiet enough 2.I would like the sound to turn on itself when an order is found, and not always sit at a high volume 3. Small names of establishments 4. I don’t know if you have a description of the location of the establishment, but I didn’t notice. 5. Need AMOLED dark mode for the app. It's already eating all the battery with GPS on, so at least dark mode should be there. Need more navigation options, because Waze and Google Maps are bad for precise location. Please include Here WeGo, Open Street Maps, Baltic Maps etc.
All works pretty decent. It seems like I'm not seen by the app, location service lagging...(deleted) Edited 08.11 Crashed... again...and again... You are forced to restart app 3-4 times a day, to keep working. Otherwise you will sit and wait, when other guys around you get their orders. Developer should work harder on app stability.
Account not working since 1 month no-one in BOLT knows or can rectify it.
How much can i make a bicycle user.. i don't like the fact income is hidden from none others.. its not wise.. people will hardly join.. as testing new devices is risky and only few do it.. abeg how much for one order.. 200 or 500. Talk am now
The app have random touches effect , if I just complete the order and go into stats to see my earings , it will go back to home screen and then i can not even press go offline because of random touches. The app had done 2x random declines and then turn it off by itself The app when in background always closes itself when i re open it says offline and then after seconds it shows active order.I am missing orders if the app is in background If i tap on navigation with google maps it opens chrome.
