Nice range of restaurants and shops and has a lot of discounts daily. However, support is useless even if you do manage to get a reply after hours of waiting. Even contacting support is done in such a unintuitive way... I've seen smaller food delivery apps have way better and way faster support who's actually there for the customer. And if you send them an email they just tell you to contact the in-app support. They replied multiple times to my email, could've used it to actually help me...

The UI is terrible compared to other apps and their support is useless. I had half of the items in an order missing and they could only offer in-app credit instead of a refund. The app doesn't clearly show where the restaurant is located and I thought I was ordering from a restaurant close to me but ended up ordering from another one of their places on the other side of the city AT RUSH HOUR. I caught it immediately after seeing the map but their support refused to cancel the order.

There's no support! They mention it everywhere in the "help" section and it's nowhere to be found. Like what is the actual heck with you? I get delivered botched food and I complain about it in the review and they specifically ask to go to support section, but it's not there! There are a lot of good things to be said about the app, with shiny interface and all, but get the basic functionality first, and add the bells and whistles later. This is how it's done in any proper development environment

The app, works, restaurant selection is on par with other apps. Customer support for ongoing orders is pretty much inexistant, they don't answer fast enough. I would expect to be able to get support for an order that is currently being prepared or delivered before the order is finished.- 3 stars for slow customer support, since as a platform that is what they should focus on.

I love that they deliver longer distances than the competitors. It makes them the only choice in many cases. The search tool in the app is downright terrible though and finding what you want to eat takes longer than going to get the food yourself. Fix the search so you can find dishes and you get 5 stars.

A waste of time, just a marketing ploy! How is it possible that every restaurant that I choose, the transaction cannot be completed. The generic error message is 'something went wrong' and sometimes the error message is 'delivery not possible due to high demand'. When I called the restaurants, they mentioned that nothing is wrong in their side as I can pickup, order out or sit-in. Hmmm, then were is the fault and who is lying?

They wanted a review so here's one. It's a great app, works as intended, deliveries happen on time, no problem with the drivers (other than most of them not speaking local language but personally it's not an issue for me). However, the prices of delivery have nearly doubled and with each increase, minimum order amount has also increased. Right now, we're at the point of being unable to order a single meal without being charged a "small order fee" making it no different than Glovo or Wolt. Shame

I had missing items in my order. I pressed the help button, then I chose the missing item option. There it said I should contact support. Then there was a question: did this information solve your issue? I pressed yes assuming there is a support button somewhere, but there's not. I went back and had to press No to open a chat to support. This is the issue: you have to get to your specific problem in the help page and always press No when asked if this is helpful in order to contact support.

Although the service is yet to roll out to my part of Lagos, Nigeria, I still installed the app anyway to check its accessibility and useability for screen-reader users. Generally, more accessible than the Bolt cab-hailing app but work urgently still needs to be done to label all elements correctly. For instance, Talkback doesn't telll me the names of the four tabs at the bottom of the app screen. Fix accessibility please.

The works great. It's as good as Uber's food app, which about all one can expect. The problem is that the delivery part isn't very well handled with food often arriving well after schedule and drivers simply not rocking up sometimes. The app has no chat feature at all so the onus is on the user to find any sort of support.

The app itself is fine, didn't have problems with the main features. Although, there are 2 major things that are missing : 1. Cannot tip the courier from the app 2. The app should make mandatory for the restaurants to add the allergens for each dish. There are a lot of people with different food problems that are not ordering because of this. Right now some restaurants are adding the ingredients, but most of them are not.

By far the best food delivery app in my opinion. Might be because of all the discounts available, but still, never had a problem with it. The app is user-friendly, it has a pretty diverse range of foods, and like i said, the discounts are a cool bonus. Hope it will continue to grow in the future

Had been using this app since it's release and was perfect, had basically free delivery on almost everything that I wanted. Earlier this month (April, 2022) I had a bad delivery, where my food was wide open so I went to the support and they gave me a partial refund. That was fine, I guess. But coincidentally afterwards they shot up the delivery prices for me, making this app now useless even with the credit that was given to me by them. For the current prices, might as well use Uber Food.

Order tracking is amazing! Access to many restaurants that normally restrict their delivery range on other similar apps. Coming back to it after a few years of using alternatives, I gotta say, it's pretty great!

Your support line is not good at all. I have a payment method issue, and my card works on all other apps except yours, which leads me to believe it's a compatibility issue, and all you say is to use another card, when I don't have one. Would be a good idea to accept Paypal in the future, and improve your support line as well, for your first agent didn't even care to assist me and I had to wait for another one for some reason

Absolutely horrific - they will have a restaurant available and then say it's suddenly too far but other restaurants in the same area is available - rediculous little app I don't recommend this gibberish - order from another app - also no tip option that's a big red flag 👎 oh 🤣 they said I should use the collect option - then what's the point. Now that's fixex and error messages jeez 😤

App allows fraudulent price increase for the restaurants and does not warn customers! I run into restaurant that changes for the package, by making it mandatory option while selecting the meal. There is NO warning for the customers, that there will be price increase because of that. You only know, when you are actually selecting the meal. I mean - are you guys serious? You are in the food delivery busines! And now you charge for the package separately?

App is promos are great. However orders are always late, takes mostly twice as long as shown when ordering. Food is cold when delivered then. Orders gets cancelled after waiting for more than 3 hrs. Most orders have been a huge let down. Uber Eats far far better.

Great app, appreciate the specials, however, this app would get a higher rating but due to not having an on app tipping system, I'll give it 3 stars. I feel terrible for the driver/courier when I can't tip because WHO STILL CARRIES CASH. Come on Bolt, help your couriers/drivers. They also need to make money

WORNING! DO NOT USE THIS APP! Even that they have discounts and low delivery fee the quality of their service is poor. The support people have no experience they only copy paste some texts or are behaving really rude towards the customer that is searching for help. The delivery is poor by not taking care of the food(will not get to you in one pice and will be good only for the trash can). You can not add other things to your order after you sent it.

I used to think this is the best delivery app in ghana for their speed and courier reliability. However since two weeks ago i couldn't switch payment method because the app hangs on a loading screen which led me to stop using the app. Today i contacted support to sort the issue and they said they wouldn't help me unless i send them a picture of me with my Id! Absolutely mad invasion of privacy and a rude way to treat a year+ long daily ordering customer.

I wish I can leave a note to myself / private rating to each order / restaurant. Very often I forget whether I liked the food, many times there are better and worse dishes in a single restaurant. Some private log would help me remember.

At the beginning i though it's a really great app. Food was always delivered on time and everything was good. Until the coursies needed a really long time to delivery food. There was a forty minutes gap between the order being prepared and courier picking it up. The worst part was that I cannot even reported it, I tried but I was always redirect to a help side, when i only could get answers for an already asked questions

Not all features are user friendly. Also it's quite often that orders are mixed up or incomplete. For example today I received pizza from different restaurant that I ordered from and after writing complaint I received only 1/5 refund and no more answer to my further messages. Customer service on low level unfortunately. And delivery prices staring to be insane.

My first experience was great, food arrived no issues. The next two order either the driver didn't show up, or the restaurant wasn't at the location listed on the app. Canceling the orders was easy and the support was helpful, but not going to be using it again anytime soon. Also why is there no tipping feature?

Ordered food using the app for the first time today and guess what??? The food did not arrive. I called the driver a few times and he was extremely rude, he kept on saying the delivery was 10 minutes delayed even though the app said the food was delivered. He later told me that the food was picked up by another driver. I am still waiting. Going on 2 hours now

I'm was a regular user of the app before first issue. We made an order burger with fries and they came ice cold. Fries tastes like warmes up from before and burger was absolutely cold. I paid 18 eur. Support is like AI thats gives you discount 5 eur for the next order if you are not happy🤣, but listen I just lost 18 eur and didn't eat the food. I need all my money back. Looks like after a bot gives an discount they think that custumer becomw happy and conversation is closed🤣

The choices are limited and the things items they sell are al ays changing so sometimes you can't get the same good and even some paracetamol when you have a headache.the other time the app just stops processing payments and says try later and taking hours to get it fixed.. seems the customer response is slow
