I used to use this app to pull up the e-ticket so I don't have to print it out. It was quick and intuitive and I could pull up the ticket's QR code to be scanned in seconds. The new update essentially removes the function that I originally downloaded it for. I can no longer pull up my ticket. This is not an app anymore, it is basically a portal to their website without the helpful aspects of a browser. Please revert back to the older version, there was nothing wrong with it.

the updated app has removed the ability to bring up your boarding pass within the app. even when you retreive it through the confirmation code (which i need to dig up the email to do so) you still just get the receipt and not the actual passes. it seems the passes are only available through the link in the email. i used to use the app so that I didn't have to dig up the emails. the app is now worthless.

While its dope to be able to get tickets while on the go, the app is clumsy. Many glitches including slow load times and crashes. Numerous times I've gotten to the check out only to run into a system error causing me to have to go back and enter all my info again. The app also kicks you out and have purchased many tickets without being logged in and not realizing it reset, therefore gaining no points/priority boarding. Both website and app need a lot of work.

Horrible App Experience. It doesn't even let me log in, even when I type the correct username and password. That problem was OK to navigate around at first because I could just book trips on their website instead, but now the website doesn't even let me book trips. It always gives me an error at the end after I type in all of my information. I use a Galaxy S8 phone for reference. They need to update this app ASAP and fix all of the bugs.

BoltBus is great. this app.... not so much. feels like its just windowing a webpage inside the app. which is relatively self-defeating. Tickets/boarding passes do not appear in the "My Trips" page after your outgoing trip is completed. so you have to use a different avenues to pull up your ticket/pass after you get to your trip destination. Actually.. maybe they just cancelled my return ticket... I guess ill find out when I try to board... this is at the very least one of the feelings i get.

You can't get access to tickets that you've purchased online without a confirmation code. I used to be able to do this in the app. Now a basic essential feature is gone. Also I am no longer able to log into my old account after your last major upgrade and lost all of my points. Tried to reach out to customer service via email and I got no response. Truly disappointed.

This is the worst reservation platform I have ever used. The functuonality has gone way down from the last update of the app to this new one. I was finally able to logon but could not find my boarding pass or even a record that I purchased a ticket. I had to call customer service after finally finding my confirmation email, scouring my emails in the trash folder. A call with customer service confirmed I had a valid ticket. I hope the issues get ironed out soon, because I really do like Boltbus.

I was very pleased with the previous version of this app -- I rated it 5 stars. This latest version, which I was pestered to install last night, is completely different from the last, far less intuitive and requires obscure credentials & confirmation codes in order to log in, buy tickets, see those tickets, etc. Previous version required only a username and password -- standard process. This version required me to provide an email address, renew my password, then a confirmation code in order to display my tickets. It's a bus ride for goodness sake, not a TSA security checkpoint. Don't install until this app is fixed. At the moment it's a frustrating disappointment.

Seriously flawed app. Doesn't stay logged in and even after you log in, nine times out of ten your boarding passes are nowhere to be found. This requires you to rummage through your email to find your confirmation code and then go back to the app to enter it and retrieve your boarding passes. A serious redesign is sorely needed.

The app used to work great. Since the overhaul, it's AWFUL. I can't log in, even with the correct username and password, and I've never successfully purchased a ticket on the app (or the mobile browser). Which makes the app completely useless. Seriously, this needs A LOT of work. For reference: Pixel 2.

The current update is terrible. I'm not sure how the company thinks they are making things more convenient for customers in anyway. While the previous format is streamlined, this one is unescessary confusing. Before, I only have to sign into the app and go to "My Trips" to get my ticket. Now I have to go to my email, fish out my confirmation number, and submit it to the app to find my ticket. They've somehow taken away the convenience of having an app in the first place.

WARNING! This app is bugged. Recently downloaded it and it caused my phone to not be able to charge with I plugged in. I almost thought of buying a new phone but after researching on the internet, I came across an article that talked about app or software update malfunction causing phone to unable to charge. When I uninstalled it, my phone charged normally. Be aware!

The previous versions of this app was great. Very easy to use. Now with the latest update it is barely useable! It doesn't remember my credentials, it freezes and some of the stop names are vague! Please roll back to the previous version until this version is perfected!

This app has so many problems. The log in button is not working. Even if I input a correct username and password, it just redirects me to sign up a new account. Although it shows that tickets are available, clicking "book" gives me some error message. I would rather use the Bolt bus website than this terrible app.

This app has worked great in the past, but in the last month I am unable to retrieve my booking using an android device. This was really the only reason I used the app, now that I'm printing tickets, well....dont need this much anymore. Additionally, there are two stops listed for Seattle and one is definitely a bus depot and not a stop, so why confuse everyone?

This new upgraded app is horrible. It tells you wrong times, and the app doesn't let you choose your departing times. This is the second time I had to go through the browser to pay for my ticket. There was nothing wrong with the old app, please fix this one asap.

The app is very easy to navigate and estimates accurate arrival times. It make it very convenient to make a last minute decision to travel. Still waiting to find a dollar fare but oterwise I will keep using it.

Just spent 40 minutes with customer service with absolutely no help from them at all. I created an account in Sept. (read the confirmation email to bolt bus), bought 4 tix through them in Sept. (I read my confirmation #, order #, etc. to them), and gave them all my info to reactivate my account, but they had absolutely no record of my account ever existing nor did they have my past tickets on file. They were rude and only said they cannot help me. I lost all my rewards and they lost my loyalty.

Garbage! New update and the upcoming trips has been removed, replaced with putting in your confirmation number and last name, regardless of being logged in. This is counter intuitive and makes for less of reasons to use the app which seems like a link to the website.

You seriously need to update your app for Android users, been using this for a while and every time i use it and forget that it crashes after entering in my payment method, i get incredibly fed up, cause i spent the time to use it, then at checkout just crashes and doesn't save my trip i just made. Forces me to use website, which takes just as long if not longer. Please take responsibility for your app, I have actually lost money from this app crashing and not saving my purchased trips. Ill say it again just to be sure.....Fix your app!!!

This app is the worst. Cant log in, no feedback on if its even loading when i attempt and trying to click on anything on the side menu just takes me to the sign up page and not any kind of sign IN. Not user friendly and incredibly frustrating.

The new app UI is like desktop website retrofitted on mobile screen. No option of keep me signed in/Remember me. No option to display the ticket like in older versions. Improve the features to get those 4 stars.

The app wont let me put my name in the billing information because it has a Hyphen in the last name. Very poor design, whoever designed this app must've been a moron or a very cut rate developer. To add insult to injury, when I called the center to try to book through there, they tried to charge me an extra booking fee. Ridiculous.

Boltbus left Newark, NJ on time. it will arrive in Washington, DC on scheduled time. This a good ride and reasonable priced for a trip from Newark, to Baltimore, and Washington, DC. The riders were very considerate of each other.

Not letting me purchase my ticket, between the website and the app. I'm trying to buy a ticket one way and both the app and website freeze up. Such a shame. I heard good things about BoltBus.
