BOM Weather - Mel and Syd
A simple application that displays the weather forecast using data from (and copyright of) Australia's Bureau of Meteorology (BOM).
Note: This app only currently works for Melbourne and Sydney, entirely due to the way data is data from the BOM. If anyone wants to help extend it to other cities get in touch!

App is too basic and boring. I get more out of the stardard boring app already installed on the phone. Get some skills. Shame i cant score 0.
No bells and whistles, does everything you need it to without all the added junk that no one knows.
Need some formatting and display finesse to make it easy to quickly focus on what is important. As it is, everything has to be read.
Pretty simple but all I really want to know re forecasts. Saves fiddling around on the BoM web site.
I'm sure it's accurate but looks very unprofessional the way it's presented. Shame - was expecting much better from BOM
Great app! Does what it says; it's silly that people are complaining that it doesn't show their city - it tells you that!
Since it removed forecast temps for all around Sydney its useless unless your in the middle of the city, bad bad move developer...

Does exactly what it claims. Confirms that melb will be stormy today whereas the standard GS2 app says sunny!
Does one thing and does it well: follows unix philosophy.
Stops working after 7 pm every day, otherwise simple and concise

Great app, Request: background color and text color options, and custom size for each text aspect (large date) & enable "MOVE TO SD" & if you could make this into a full screen widget =D THANKS FOR THE APP
Often has trouble parsing data. When it works its great.
Perfect and just what I wanted. This app is designed to be super light on resources! It does exactly what it needs to, and very effectively. If you want one with flashy animations and pictures, get something else, duh!
It tells you the weather, but presents it as one big lump of text.
Great to have an app that retrieves accurate forecasts. Requests: 1. Ability to config update frequency. 2. Current temp widget. 3. Forecast widget.
Love the app ... it doesn't come with any fancy graphics but it works well
Looks like crap but who cares? Does the job perfectly with the only exception is that it needs to display the current temperature

No problem with the information provided...just needs a nicer interface and maybe a widget to compete with other apps out there.
