The app would not accept any of my three cards for payment. It obscures the card number and other data as you enter it and does not have a feature by which you can display them momentarily to check them. However after entering the data at least twice you would think I could get it right for at least one of them.
first thing me using and it was super easy and fast. A few times the video chat seemed like we were going to disconnect but didnt. The provider was very polite and courteous. Will def use again!
Do not use. They are having troubles with their systems and insurance is not being properly stored and billed. This has been confirmed with several customer reps and a supervisor. I've been working with them for four months to resolve this only to be sent to collections.
Very convenient and easy to work with. It'great for the flu or a cold to prevent spreading an infection. First time using the app and I will definitely use it again.
Attempted x4 times to get a privider each time ended in "internet disconnect". I waited forever each time in line only to ve dropped and start all over again due to disconnect.
Very convenient. My Dr. Office was closed today and this took maybe 5 minutes for everything. The doctor was very nice and helped me with my problem. I will defiently use this service again.
The app worked great. The physician I saw was very kind and thorough. For ailments easy to treat, I would definitely recommend this.
It was an great 1st time experience and great for non emergency things. The provider was Dr. Whyte and she was very knowledgable and helpful. It felt like i was in the office from my bed

Why step foot in a doctors office during cold and flu season if you don't have to?! I'd give them 10 stars if I could, for the time-saving service it provides! It's a win-win all around. 😷😷🙆🙆
Only accepts 3 insurance companies. Got all the way through sign up just to find out they don't take Cigna. Lame.

It is a good app to have to talk to your doctor and video chat I could not get the video chat to come on I don't know if it was on the app end or the doctors end
So much better than taking my sick self to a place with other sick people, risking catching something else, and being miserable the whole time. Plus, this is open 24/7 and is half the price of a physical visit.

it was really nice to be able to be seen by a doctor without going out. I work all day and I really didn't feel like trying to get an appointment. I will be doing this again. If I need to.
This app is horrible. I waited 4 hours to be seen. An hour and half of that it said I was next in line. Was never seen I cancelled it. Feeling like crude and wasted 4 hours of my time. Would recommend just using a computer of going some where. I reached out to them to see what was going on and no response. Check to see if you insurance has a virtual doctor over this

Dr assist told me there was a, wait and never came back. I sat and waited an hour. I couldn't find a number to call to follow up

I had my first visit today and it went better than expected...Call me old fashion, but I am used to seeing a doctor ik n person. Dr Khan was very helpful.
Amazing!! Fast and easy. The only thing that i would say is that when it asks ypu for Billing information- it needs to read "Insurance Billing Address" I spent a long time trying to put in my home address. But after I went on to the Bon Secours portal and read the instructions I found out. It took less then 10 mins. Thanks for this app.
