Bond Touch

Bond Touch is the app that supports the Bond Touch bracelet - the bracelet that keeps loved ones connected through touch. With a simple tap, your love feels a gentle vibration and sees a light through their Bond Touch bracelet that lets them know you are thinking of them, no matter where they are on the planet.

Use the app to connect your Bond Touch bracelet to your phone and to your loved one. Once you install the app, just follow the instructions and you are ready to start bonding! To enjoy Bond Touch, Wi-fi and Bluetooth must be enabled at all times. Remember to leave the app open in the background while using Bond Touch.

- Choose the colour in which your partner’s bracelet will light up when they receive your touches

it's really special to me, and a great way to feel connected in long distance relationships. Sadly, though, the sensitivity is awful, it'll set off when I accidentally brush it yet often doesn't register intentional taps, and the connection is somewhat sporadic.

Don't get me wrong, I love using my bracelet to connect with my partner. The main issue I have at the moment is within the app. I recently disconnected from someone and decided to pair my bracelet with my long distance friend. Although, when I connected with my friend, I was receiving their taps, and they weren't receiving mine. The app was glitching to where my old partner was still receiving my taps even though we weren't connected. Took a few days of troubleshooting to finally fix it.

Always says that my partner isn't connected, even though they definitely are, and touches have stopped sending consistently, meaning we constantly don't receive touches from the other person. Update: it's been over 3 months now and none of these issues have been fixed yet. Both me and my partner show permanently disconnected to each other, and touches will not go through.

My long distance partner and I have been using the Bond Touch app and bracelets for over a year, and they're so nice to bring the physical sensation of touch when we can't physically be together. Highly recommend. We also just upgraded the bands that come with the bracelet to pink and yellow respectively, and are so happy with the springtime vibes they bring! The only issue I have encountered is that my phone or phone percentage no longer displays. My partner's does, just not mine. We usually remind one another when our phones and bracelets need charging through the bond touch application. I've searched for a way to resolve it from my end but I don't know if it's my phone or the bracelet. I know it's nothing major so you should be able to fix this! Please and thank you! I will not change my review because this application has gotten worse.

Its mostly decent, but has some issues. For the most part, it does the same strange bug where it asks to connect the bracelet over and over again with a Bluetooth popup even if it's accepted every time, despite already being connected and functional. It has been happening less frequently now, but still happens occasionally. Thank you for fixing the errors :)

Hi. I cannot seem to connect to my BondTouch when it says to tap twice in the intro. I have tried on three Samsung phones of different models now and still fail to connect. (I have Bluetooth on.) The only way I can seem to connect is by using my Tablet, which is rather clunky as I do not use it as much and can't carry it around with me like I can do with a phone. This is rather disappointing and frustrating. Tips and advice would be appreciated.

For the most part the app is good and I've had no issues with anything. I would like to see improvements though. Mainly the chat. It would be so much better if we were able to save pictures to our personal phone gallery then in the app chat. I see there's a limit to how many pictures you can save on there and its just not worth it. Same thing for secret photos. There should be an option to save it if you want to and have an option to turn off deleted chat for 72hr. As for now, I don't use chat.

It's a great app and me and my SO use it all the time! Particularly the private photos/secrets function is very useful, I like that they stay for only between 24-72 hours. It'd be really nice if we could send private videos to each other too over Bond Touch, which is the only reason it loses a star. No other app is nearly as secure as Bond Touch and we don't feel particularly safe sending stuff over other apps Apart from that though, highly recommend!

Still having connectivity issues but support has been pretty helpful and I really like the bond touch I've been using it for the past year and only now has this been a big issue for me. My phone when it searches for a Bluetooth device to pair with can find my bond touch with ease but when I try to connect in app, the app can not find my bind touch device at all.

My gf and I enjoy the product. I resolved the notification issues myself but still th shipping of the bracelets was complete trash, the box it came in looked it it was used as a door stop, customer service is the worst experience ever, shipping took 2 weeks to deliver EVEN AFTER PAYING FOR THE EXPRESS DELIVERY, they didn't bother telling me that the colors I picked were not available nor did the website tell you that the color is not available and they still won't refund me the cost of shipping.

Receive over 1250 notifications a day about bond touch wanting to pair. I can't have notification sounds on because of it. Absurd. Constantly says at least one partner is not connected when both can send and receive taps. You have to be precise with taps you've assigned a meaning to if you want the meaning to be applied. I've updated the app, the firmware, reinstalled, all to no avail. Creates a terrible user experience even when I'm not using the app

Unfortunately, this Christmas gift was a dud since the app asks for permission to connect to Bluetooth every 5 seconds even when it is already connected. I have tried resetting everything and nothing stops the notifications. Surprised this wasn't tested before release on Android 12 (pixel 4a). Edited 1/24: firmware update did fix this issue. I wish the bracelet was a little more responsive (sometimes my touch doesn't register well) but works overall as advertised now! Thank you! 👍

Love the idea! We love being able to send our little messages without having to pickup the phone and text. BUT. Please fix the issue where the bracelet CONSTANTLY asks to pair with Bluetooth. It's obviously already connected, and it repeats this several times throughout the day. Works great other than this. I have no issues with my bluetooth other than this app/bracelet. Fix this, and I will update review to 5 stars! (Pixel 3A)

So far, okay. Decent app and my partner still has yet to set up his, so I haven't been able to explore much yet. The only issue is that the app/bracelet keeps disconnecting and connecting so it keeps asking to connect a bunch of times. Gets pretty annoying quickly, is there anything to fix this??

Setting up the app was very easy, however one major mishap that the company did not consider when creating the interface and color preference choice / option was to actually name the various colors, for people who cannot distinguish between colors or have vision impairment. That was honestly quite frustrating.

At first I was so happy. Finally, a way to keep in touch with my partner, but nowadays my bracelets only lasts 2 days on battery even when fully charged. But his lasts at least a week. Sad and inconvenient that i have to keep charging every 2 days just to keep in touch

i really wanted to give this 5 stars, because there's nothing wrong with the idea- this is something i was willing to and did spend a good amount of money on to be connected to my partner, but i don't even receive half of the taps that they send me and vice versa. It feels like i spent 100$ on a pair of paper weights that will occasionally do their job. will reconnect when i see them in person and update if that fixes it.

My partner has an iPhone and I have a Galaxy s20 and no matter what we do, the bracelets do not work. Mine is fine but her iPhone constantly disconnects, customer service seems to be stumped and it seems like we'll be returning them. Have had these bracelets before with an iPhone with no problems, not sure why the experience isn't easier.

Have a problem where my touch bond isn't vibrating, I've checked the app, checked the blue tooth and even looked it up and made sure I did everything I could, it is up to date with updates and everything.

Well 3 weeks into having it the bracelet tore and fell off in lord knows where when I emailed them was told they only take care of thier products issues I explain when you pay a hundred dollars for something it tearing is a product issue only for thier customer service rep to rudely repeat himself the bracelet is cool definitely pay for a different band the one it comes with is cheap I'm not buying a replacement lol

Everything works fairly good so far but I cannot figure out how to replay my messages. I can assign a meaning to them, replay it from that screen, and then remove the meaning to not clog that screen up. That's about the only way I can think to do it. I think it might just be my phone.

I only had one problem with the app once but then I unpaired the bracelets and it fixed it. Sometimes if we both have the app open it does say that one of us is unconnected but it still sends the touches so that part really doesn't matter much. I love our bond bracelets, I'm glad I made this investment.
