I purchased 1 month subscription but without informing me they deduct next month charge also via Google play.. but the problem also after deduct also I can't use bongo apps & after searching any of drama , apps showing I have buy new package.. if I go to purchase option also it's shows I am already subscribed.. try contact with help center also but not can't reached
I use this app on my Samsung 4k tv. But it's so buggy, plz fix the bugs. Test out your app on a Samsung tv.. Plz enhance our experience with you. And also the web version on pc got some bugs, like the video time line bar never goes hide and for this looks ugly.
Dont use your credit card with this app. They charged double your card. After there have no option to cancel the subscription. And its from Canada. I already report directly to google regarding this issue. I have enough documents proof to submit them. Every month you charge double and now unsubscribe button is missing from menu. And you also violate Canadian consumers LAW.
I have downloaded the app, they told me to subscribe the app for watching contents and said to send my OTP on the number 16443, I have send my OTP to 16443, but still now the app is showing I'm unsubscribed!! This is so disappointing.
Hello developers nice contents there! But playback failure is always issue periodically. This is too much disgusting. Please resove the issue!
Such a stupid app. Continuous ad. Why you are showing me ad in my paid subscription? Hoichoi app is much better. Bongo is simply wastage of money and time. Search option is not working, bufferring. Simply garbage.
So far so good.. beautiful app.. No doubt.. But it needs more expression on bangla dubbing.. Right now it's just without it and bit funny. All the best ๐
Bongo never can be an alternative to Netflix as they have stolen some content rather than giving royalties to the content creator... specially Bangladeshi movie copied from CD,,, what a corporate service! Why if the film owner sold their copyright then how can be the so poor resolution? Also regards about buffering on Samsung smart 4k tv where every platform run smoothly at 50mbps speed but bongo needs repeatedly restart to view content! What a server!!! Just deleted bongo from TV

This is a very rare application. The video does not play properly. Couldn't connect to server after a while. Please try again later. Shows this problem and removes it from the application. Just download the application My mb loss, bongo big application is a very bad application
After using almost one year I am giving inly one star rating,, coz of itโs low class maintenance.. Every contents of this app containing more than 5 or 6 ads..
Unable to connect with Server most of the time.... a proper maintenance might fix this issue.. otherwise the app seems to be neglected by the maintenance team... shouldn't overlook into this if they want to stay in business
I have tried almost more then 10 times. But unfortunately I am not getting verification code. Whats the reason. Why its not working. If it is working with only Bangladeshi number for registration then I would suggest mention it on your app.
This is a nonsense app. Just waste of time. Nothing to see, only loading, not playing any video. But ads is all-time running. The app developers should fix this issue. Remember, to get better to do better. Thank you.
Using high speed broadband but continuously two or three time buffering within a minute. Some content is not playing. App is below average quality. Team bongo should work on it because we prime members using subtraction of this app and we expect good quality service.. Team bongo team should work on technical side of this app. Need many more improvement.. please solve it as soon as possible..

Worst apps ever seen. Thousands of ads they shown in a free content, Disgusting. Apps flexibility also lower than any other ott platform.
I have subscriptions for one time to see movie. But, Bongo bd already deduct automatically in next month. How to close automatically subscriptions payment from bongo bd.

This is very annoying. Adds problems after a while. And there is a loading problem. All in all, once someone downloads it, they won't look back a second time.

Take too much time to upload! When streaming, it disconnected automatically and, if I play again then it started from first sec.

Hi, Bongo BD is the most worst app , I have ever seen in my life. They have posted some of the clips of "Akash Jure Megh" Turkish Drama in Facebook. But whenever I looking into Drama in Bongo BD app. I couldn't find it. It is kind of misleading the subscriber's who buy this premium version of this app with โน49. #Worst experience ever. They deserve zero star in rating at Google play store. I want to cancel my subscription and return my money back. Please response as early as possible
Such a worst customer service experience. Automatically renewed subscription from the Playstore but in application it didn't updated. Called several times in customer support number during weekdays and office hours no response, send emails and contact with Facebook messenger showed the payment receipt but unfortunately they didn't solved the problem in 3 days. Uninstalled it .
