TAXI BOOKING FEATURES:
• Request a taxi cab right now, or select a future date and time for pick-up.
• Don’t know your location? – Send the taxi to your current GPS position.
• You can also tap a location on a map, or type in a pick-up address.
• Select a pickup or drop-off address from your phone’s Contacts list.
• Save a pick-up address as a favorite, and use it for future bookings.
• Select booking options for your cab (wheelchair accessible, pet-friendly, etc.)
• Get a fare estimate based on map distance between pickup and destination.
• Send additional info the driver – type a message, up to 255 characters.
• A confirmation message lets you know your booking request was accepted.
• Push notifications alert you when your cab is on the way, and when it has arrived.
• Push notification alerts you if your cab is late. You can choose to keep waiting or cancel the booking. TRACKING FEATURES:
• Display the current location of your taxi on a map.
• Cancel a booking.
• Display up to three previous bookings made with your mobile device.

Before destination box would have filled out, like I just needed to type YVR. But now I have to type the whole address. This app has a lot of problems and with every update it fixes some issues and create some more again. It's unfortunate.
10 min of my life I will never get back. All it does is show you a map with no cabs on it and it says no cabs in the area. Which the area shown is Burnaby and this is Bonnie's taxi was only operates in Burnaby so it's safe to say that it doesn't work. Even if it did work I spent 10 minutes trying to find a place where I can order a cab online. There's no button that says order a cab. It's basically a Google map in a bad bad she'll looks like it was designed by an 8 year old 10 years ago
Unstable app. It crashes frequently. It frequently can't access the server. It also said I hadn't verified my phone number, then subsequently said it did. I had to run this 6 times to book one trip
Lost all my history and preferences. Can't add a short cut. Good idea but lost in complexity.
Credit card payments are disabled in app. Hard to use for medical trips as I only get a paper reciept
Useless. Just showed no cabs available and crashed whenever I tried to do anything. Don't waste your time.
App just says "no cab available in this area" after the update. Everything worked fine before.
It's terrible to select the destination. You can't type it, must ise the map.
There is a typing that auto capslocks letters when trying to edit text messages with drivers.
The app does not do bookings properly and auto cancels the trip , been waiting for over an hour still no service 😏
Addresses so not autofill. Finding your own address is limited to dragging around a pin in the centre of your map which is ridiculous.
Operator is and was totally unprofessional. What difference does it make " what kind of pet do I have." I simply asked for a "pet friendly" van cab. Disgusted by lack of appreciation for even calling those losers

New update asks you to register again and it never sends you a phone verification code so registration cannot be completed

asked for 2 cabs, twice...got one and apparently it was my fault? please allow uber in burnaby and shut down... your company isn't welcome in vancouver/burnaby.

This app is garbage and all people needs to know even irresponsible developers even don't care and dont reply as customer service. They dont care users complaints and igonring comments . I am so sorry they even can not make themselves a little bit respectful. This app send a code and when u change password still does not work . No one cares and try to fix the problem.

A nonfunctional application for a nonfunctional taxi service. If you're trying to call a cab and you've been on hold forever and are looking for a faster way to get in touch with them you'd be better off sending smoke signals than wasting your time and data on this application.
