Super bad applications 💯 verification code entered always invalid and finally block my log in. Trust me don't download this useless and broken apps.

Will uninstall this app for now. Frustrated about registration. I can access my BonusLink account in my laptop via website. App ask for BonusLink card number / PIN / NRIC, at last say other already registered this account. Even though I receive OTP on my HP. Pls fix this issue and it is terrible user experience.
Verify so many times and yet still can't proceed. After changing pin still error. Such a waste of time.
Easy to use. Points updated real time. Login problem? Initially yes, bcos of confusion with the app pin and the website login pin, they are not the same. Install the app on the phone that you are using, entering the sim number where the app is installed for the OTP, otherwise you'll get error when login even after entering the OTP. The app only runs on android 7 and above.
Cannot use app at all as it stating my account is blocked but its not true as i changed the pin and i can login easily thru website. Why so trouble? I need to use the app now...pls rectify.
use 4k points to purchase umbrella using this apps then claim it at nearest shell station,sadly staff told me no stocks but inside apps shown still left 2++ umbrella there. Points been deduct but cant get the product somemore got due date! disappointed
Very disappointed with the app, worst user experience! Tried to login multiple times with pin and fingerprint, error the whole night and only worked in the next morning. Clicked on merchant page via the app, firstly it couldn't load after language page, had to exit and try a few times; secondly it wouldn't open up merchant app, but still browsing within blink app that doesn't fit the screen well; thirdly it kept having error at the verification page! It's not ideal to keep asking for membership
This is a horrible apps. Bugs, lagging user unfriendly. I hate the go back feature after I click on a redemption gift. It will go back to the top and I have to scroll down again to where I stopped. "Thank you for taking the time to provide us with your feedback. We will take them into account to further improve on our Android App user experience". We prefer to hear you have solved the issues, not the above same old words.
Already entered right info but app say already registered by another user. Stupid app.
Use web to login (phone number) can login. Use apps mention that the phone number has been block. Please fix the problem. Thanks
Alot of issues with Your app. Your app is lagging alot. From the catalogue i cannot see the points until i click and go inside. But when i come out to view other stuff it goes back to the top and i have to scroll back down. I cannot view items within my redeemable points so i have to view all and find one by one which item i can redeem. Its more useless than useful. Pls improvise

Do not waste your time and money on BonusLink. I had bad experience trying to redeem my BonusLink points through their App. It was my first time using their App so I did not know the vouchers would be in 'My Wallet'. I thought the vouchers would be delivered by post to my address. Anyway, when I finally got the answer through email that my vouchers were located in 'My Wallet', the vouchers had expired. Better to join other rewards programs.
Really frustated with the apps, i can login by using laptop but i can't login by using mobile apps eventhough i'm using the same pin no.
So many bugs and very slow. Not reliable for making redemption. Sometimes app just freeze. Couldn't fill in the blank and unable to proceed. Only usable for checking points balance but statement is from few months ago? Basically this app is useless. Whoever made this app doesn't care whether it works or not.
Im not kind of people who collect pts via purchasing. Btw, this is my review. 1. The apps have problem to reflect pts even after 3 days. Suppose i got several pts as i read in notification. Emm but i dont care much about the pts as im not point collector. 2. Browsing through apps is very slow and tedious. 3. Some page in the app link to web page. Not convinient at all.
App is still useless at this moment, looks like your QA does not do the job properly. Most of us here me including just want to sign in & not re-register, but your last step prevented us to do so. Stuck at referral screen even we skip by clicking proceed bring us nowhere but halt by your stupid prompt saying card has been registered by others. Fix that!
Disappointed app and hotline assistant won't help much either. I have problem to reset my pin. It takes me almost 1 hour to repeat the whole procedures via calling. The assistant keep mentioned that my ID number was wrongly entered. But there's not the problem. Even I had reenter the pin like than limit bcos it said "unmatched ". Excused me? Where's going wrong? This assistant hotline need some improvement. It's difficult. I'm having a bad day because my problem still not resolve.
Key in STP code, shown card number and balance point, however, unable to go further from that. DDMMYY provide as option to log in but keep asking to contact service centre for assistant. Unable to reach for assistant. Simple reward card make it too complicated to access. Wasting time app.
Low quality App, lots of frustration when updating personal profile data, after gone through many lines multiple times but in the end cannot press the submit button, screen keep flying up like playing with the user. Waste of precious time to use this App.
Cannot proceed beyond referrel code, the app keep saying pin setup failed..changed pin no but same thing happen..worst app!

I think the recent updates messed everything up. I already have a Bonuslink card, but the app keeps asking to key in my NRIC and email as if I am registering as a new user. Even when I keyed in my particulars, there is an error message saying the card number has already existed. So how am I supposed to proceed?
