App has improved lately, although still not the greatest. If the developers ever read reviews, I have a suggestion. When in schedule and going into a specific item months in the future, when using the back button, it resets the calendar to the beginning, causing a person to need to scroll all the way back to where they were, the back button should put you back in the spot you were, not at the top again. Thank you

Truly a bad experience, Pixel 2 XL user. the app is likely the worst I've ever used. 20-30% of the time I cannot get past the team selection page and receive an error. When it does permit me to get into the guts of app, most selections are supremely unintelligent, if you try to do any editing of your profile...well, good luck, you'll have to use the website for that. It's not any better.

Completely useless app. Every time I open it it prompts me to login. Which I do. Only to get the message that my "attempt to re-login failed." Or it will seem to sign in, but when I enter the team code to join my son's team in the app, it informs me that I have to log in. And from there the cycle repeats itself. Infuriating. **I tried to uninstall the app and reinstalled it. Same issues.

4/15/20 Update--lowering my rating. The more I have to use this app the more frustrated I am with it. The inconsistency between what functions are offered on different OS is ridiculous. Videos section only exists for iOS and not Android or PC. Why is that? Team Notifications don't seem to work even though I have the setting turned on. Not user friendly. Better apps out there.

Still no luck getting it to work, tried for a little over a week now. I had a lot of difficulty using my phone to sign up. had to do all the registering on my computer. Reset password a few times. Now the app on my phone just says Database Error. So after about a week I am still unable to actually use the app.

I saw the other reviews and downloaded the app expecting the worst. I had no problems at all, but am using it solely to read the team schedule. I think what might have been different is that I set up my account first on the regular site. When I opened the app, it didn't ask for birth date, etc., just email and password.

The app is quite slow to load and it often shows my and the team RSVP status as a question mark icon for quite some time (they are set). Getting into the upcoming schedule for those who have multiple teams can be tedious. It has a long way to go. We have found it easier and quicker to organize our team in a WhatsApp chat. We use the app because the league requires it. Go elsewhere, if you're looking for a simple thing to manage game attendance and give you such info quickly and easily. 🍆

Terrible glitchy app. Cant sign up! Under the date of birth field: enter your date of birth as MM/DD/YYYY. The numeric only keypad opens so you cannot enter the slash (/). I enter it (no slashes) but then an error message pops up which says I have to be over 13 to sign up! I'm 32. Date entered is accurate. Then I try to enter it by copy/paste via Clipboard with the slashes, and then I get an Attempt to Create Account failed error message. This app is garbage!

My local Dept of Parks & Rec chose to use this app so I suffered through it for one season but will not use it again due to many big issues that made it hard to use: manual schedule entry, inaccurate attendance, poor communications with no parent response or coach text feature, iphone vs android inconsistencies causing inaccurate attendance, bad email announcements, and the lack of a real time text option.

Horrible app. Not intuitive to navigate. Difficult to find messages. Even more difficult to respond. Responded to a small group message and the response went out to the whole team, which caused a huge mess.

This is a buggy team app that mostly allows families to view the team schedule and set attendance. Thankfully, it now reliably sets attendance, but the calendar feed is very unreliable and everything takes far too many clicks. The app shows ads, so I hope the league gets kickbacks for using this unreliable software.

I have been trying to log in for over a week now. I keep getting a cannot connect error First I received database error messages. I would really like to be able to see what is going on in the app. This is how our coach is planning to communicate. Others can see me in the team, but it will not get me there. It finally logged me in...but now I can't get to our team. I've uninstalled and reinstalled the app. I get a message that says there's a newer version.....but it's not available yet

App is slow and takes long time to navigate between sections. The calendar sync doesn't work. Tried to emailing the developer first but the email address they publish doesn't work so no way to troubleshoot before reviewing.

Activation code didn't work for both parents and then after finally getting into the app with help from the league, the app won't accept my login and won't accept the temp password it sent me. Uninstalled twice, tried making a new account, it won't budge. Completely fubar.

Worked, some what, over the summer except when I updated my status it would never show if I was attending. I go back in to the to update attandance again and again and again and again and again and again and again and now it won't load the fall schedule or acknowledge I'm on the same team from the spring. Find a different app to use.

Not able to login to my account via app due to data base error. Told to try again later, but still no luck. However, I am able to access my account through the website, so know the problem is not on my end. Will adjust rating and review if I am ever able to login and use the app.

This app was good at first but just signed me out and have not been able to log in since then. It continues to come up with an error message. So I've reverted to using the website to log in instead. We've also tried signing my daughter into the app who is above the age requirement but when we enter her birthrate it says the age requirement is 13 which she is. I tried entering my birthday and still the same message. Clearly from other reviews this has been an ongoing issue and is resolved soon.

Good idea, but not reliable. Users have to login at least once a day. Information not displayed consistently on Android and iPhone apps. Sometimes data won't load.

I love the description of how it's suppose to work. However, it does none of those things. I'm sure it's supposed to but none of the functions work properly unless you log on via Laptop or computer. As a coach, it has made me walk away from the app and use another one. Get it together guys, it's a short season.

Despite installing/uninstalling no less than 10 times, I've never even been able to log into the app. This despite using the exact same sign-on credentials to log onto the website. Pathetic.

Can't create an account. The required birthday field apparently requires slashes, which are not an option in the number menu that appears. I tried to copy and paste from another app but the app still failed to create my account.

So its 2018 and this is the best we can expect from an app that is supposed to connect people with their teams? If you can't ever log in, it is useless...which is the case for me and many others on here. The disappointment is that my kids soccer league uses this app to put out info. Doesn't work.

This is easily the worst team app out there. I've used a bunch through various sports and this one is horrible. Move on and use another. The app has 0 notifications. It's not a good tool. There are many others. Stay away!

Helpful for scheduling and communicating with the team. There needs to be a way to delete, hide or remove a team from the main page once the season is over.

Terrible... they updated the app and now I can't log back into it. I tried resetting my password and Team Connect gives me a temporary password which doesn't work!

garbage app. Teamsnap is 100x better. never works correctly and is currently not working at all. also confusing layout for events.

Finally was able to log in after about 2 weeks trying. But now that I am in I cannot join a team. The email invitation didn't work either. It can never "connect" just says "try again in a little while"??? lmao really??? Will I have to wait another 2 weeks to be able to join a team, who knows? So basically we are S.O.L

I can't even set up an account with this app. When it asks me for my birthdate, the numeric keyboard pops up without the slash to separate my numbers. It won't accept my birthdate without slashes! Worthless!

App is still terrible can not use the enter button to start a new paragraph when sending out a team email. Embarrassing.
