Category : Libraries & Demo
Very impressive work by the developers. The demo includea a crazy amount of options and you probably need to read up to understand them all. I was interested in the QR barcode scanning and it works better than the commercial ones I've been looking at.
Looks like a very good and quite functional library and demo (despite "alpha version" status). I'll dive into learning it. It looks like exactly what I am looking for. (something for developing a vision-based positioning tool)
One of the most intriguing apps I've ever used. A save screenshot option or better yet, save screenshot and (for example) a 3 frame average would be amazing 🎶
I'm impressed by the speed with which the app renders Structure From Motion! Amazing work guys!
Love it! It'd be cool if you could save a full res processed image though :)
Absolutely remarkable application, than you for the hard work, it is appreciated.
as a person in field, this app helps me understand and compare techniques. Love it
Amazing, I would love to see it again even more functionality.
Awesome tools and examples
im glad i stumble into this app. comes in handy.
Probably the best CV system on android
Thanks.. Awesome
I've been looking for a sandbox and can always use great samples. You've provided both in abundance. Thank you.
Dark frames for some reason. Cool for camera calibration and stuff
Now eye can see
Fast, clean, and a variety of functions
Amazing demonstration...
This is great stuff - and best part: the code is all right there. Consider me your biggest Boofster!
BoofCV is like OpenCV but entirely written in Java. This app demonstrates its features.
Great library and demo. Thanks for creating it!
What an awesome demo and library! Thanks for this.
I just tried out all the features and the app is a good demonstration of the features. I had some difficulty with Camera callibration, but that's more my fault than the developers. Overall, solid app.
My senior design team is working on a computer vision software project that detects whiteboard, extract it from a video stream, and process it for output. The canny edge detection and corner detection actually gave us a few idea on how to achieve that. Thanks
I'm surprised there's not an entire category if these type of apps.
Amazing that you've implemented so many algorithms into an app. Kudos!
This library is constantly getting better, any function has its own example with source code. Really well done.. a real alternative to openCV
Have been looking for a good pure Java/Android CV library. Seems to do a better job (in terms of fps) than OpenCV for Android.
...This is the best BoofCV demo ever written! (Can the author of the best BoofCV demo ever written implement multiple simultaneous API calls in a future version of the best BoofCV demo ever written? Kinda acting like dynamic filters over the camera preview? That would rock.)
Ok, so - I'm not a photographer or a developer, but based on my laymans evaluation, this is the best CV app I have seen. There are a few that have better object recognition, but the other tools are freakin cool. I just got it to play around with and don't really have much of a purpose for it but ai really intrigues me. The gui is perfect bc it barely needs one. Props.. Only other thing I can suggest is to add an option for color adaptation; for colorblind ppl like me. yellow/blue 😁
