Awful app. Showing past orders that aren't mine. Always shows items out of stock. When using Web page no issues. Then when I put an order through on app wipes the basket and doesn't put it through. If I could give less than one star I would. Won't recommend this app its terrible.

Love the clothes and the website until you get to checkout, it takes card details for payment and then when I do it its suppose to redirect me back to the website and it doesn't, I'm afraid incase I get charged three times for the same items as its says it ordered and then my money is still in the bank . The website automatically opens up my app . I would love to order but unfortunately the website will not allow me to do so .I don't know if there's a glitch in the system but I'm unhappy .

The clothes and prices are great. The app is so bad it's almost traumatic to use, I need anger management classes after using it. In short, It prevented me from making an account, so I saved items as a guest and when I was finally able to make an account they all disappeared. It then refused to let me log in, the password link only took me to the homepage and even when I worked out how to reset it still didn't work and every. single. page. was so slow. Would rather sew the clothes myself.

Its okay. I'm a regular Shein shopper...their website loads fast and has more filters to find what you're looking for. Shein also has free shipping every Sunday all day. With taxes and shipping on Boohoo, it was an extra 15 to 20 dollars for only a 56 dollar purchase. Not having free shipping us really a deal breaker for me. Sorry.

Tried to set up an account in the app, wouldn't let me. Did it online instead. Now it's saying my account email and password doesn't exist. Getting rather frustrating!

I thought the website was extremely slow and glitchy, but the app is even worse!!!! It's an absolute nightmare to view your wishlist; it takes 20 seconds to load every item, and completely crashes everytime I try to delete or view anything from my wishlist!! Honestly with all the money boohoo makes in profits, can't they pay a decent website creator!? I would have spent thousands more at this shop if the app/ website wasn't so user unfriendly, I just give up and go shop at ASOS.

Disappointed in this app. I have tried 3 times to pay for items and it glitches so bad and then kicks my items out of my shopping cart. So this is the third time I have had to go back through to add the items back. Something that should take me a few minutes has taken hours. I really want the items and am very discouraged from even trying anymore.

I ordered size Large in cargo pants because that's what I normally wear but the waist was extra large but the length didn't even math up to the width. It still says the product is getting delivered when I have already received it and played express shipping to now even get it on the day it said it will deliver. Very bad experience would not recommend ordering anything from Boohoo

Charge you for returns 👎 Charges $15 AUD to return an item and has inconsistent sizing, as is fairly standard, but they don't do anything to help you determine what your size is for this brand so you simply have to gamble that you'll lose $15 everytime you buy an item. I won't be using the site again because of this and nothing else (I liked the clothes,) online shopping without free returns just doesn't work.

Fine until the app decides to not accept the password you have saved and have always used...... Clicked on forgotten password and a link was sent to my email inbox..... The link took me back to the home page! So no way of changing it so will have to re register and lose the years free delivery I have already paid for.

Disappointed!!! The app is so slow and buggy. I was trying to order a dress that i really liked, and it wasn't allowing me to use paypal nor my card. It was saying it had a problem, please try again later. I am so annoyed that I had to put back my stuff in the wishlist. If i have to go back later to try get the dress, my size will already be sold out. Please fix the app, you're losing sales.

There is no where on this app for me to contact if the FAQ'S do not apply to my problem. My last order still has not arrived despite having paid for express delivery. Then I read that delivery refunds are not given to items outside of Australia!!! This information should be given at checkout and anything in my order that is outside of Australia should be identified before payment of express post. This is not right, to pay for a service and then not get it. BAD, BAD FORM BOOHOO!

Can't log in to my account. Suggests to reset password which sends and email to do that but it just seems you back to app. Repeated password error message so you can't get any further and no way of changing your password.

Luv boohoo returns is Terrible.I hit wrong returns label and had to print it off myself. When try to return the parcel with returns label it won't except it when getting scanned.I tried 5 times at different shops. I even bagged it all back up and return with Boohoo address and pay myself and that don't work. Iv tried email that don't work says it's not right email. The virtual thing just keeps knocking me off. Over £75 worth of stuff to go back 3days left to send it and I'm getting nowhere

I have paid 5.99 for next day delivery and still not received the parcel and there is nowhere to put my complaint in so something can be done done about it. If they can not delivery on time then the 5.99 that I have paid should be compensated back to me and explained to the customer. But that's were they get you .just hope the stuff iv ordered is OK as it's for my sons wedding.

This.app.runs.so.slow. I'm not sure if it's just like this for Android or if the app itself just cannot keep up. It takes for ever to load items to view but it is especially slow opening my wishlist. It does have over 100+ items on it, but it takes EVEN LONGER to go thru and try to delete things. It's still usable but good god.

I keep trying to place my order and it tells me error once I click to pay. But it does deducts the payment from card!!!! It's ridiculous!!! I really want that item!!

I had a dress in my basket. I went away from my basket to look at other options and when I came back 20 minutes later the price increased by £1.70! Nit a good algorithm

I want to put something in your car you can't remove it it keeps saying an error message so you can't purchase anything it's horrible it's sad because I would have bought stuff from the app if it would work right

Not bad device, notifications are reasonable, it is easy to use only thing is I wish available sizes were on the main screen not when you click add to basket

So far, no issues with ordering and the reviews for the pieces that I have ordered have been spot on. The photos of the clothing and descriptions allow you to clearly see the material and imagine how the item would fit your body. The size chart also helps tremendously. Beautifully stylish clothes for ALL sizes!

Doesn't let me log in. The password reset link doesn't work. Admin are useless at communication for returns and support

They charge too much for shipping and you'll have to pay for the return shipping as well. That's terrible and you don't even get complete refund. This is my first time buying. Not ordering anything from this website anymore.

I love the clothes that come, and delivery is really good. But trying to return is a nightmare, no options to resend a return email with the QR code so cant even get one. And there is no way of contacting them, on the app there are no options
