If its logical enough to rate any thing at 100% it will be this bk app. I like the way it keeps quatities total on the invoice even if the items on such invoice are different from each other. As a suggestion to u the developer i would like to have a feature added to it. Add a dash board that sums up all expenses, all sales and all purchases then accumulated profit over the financial period. Let this dash board be displayed on home screen.
Yourl denied about having ads on users apps that have been paid for. I've screenshot and sent yourl proof. This was the response i got... "Will inform it to the team.", Until there's an ad on my app, this will be my rating!!Yes i did email yourl & sent proof and YES it is an ad saying "FLASH SALE" with a count down, stop denying this, its disturbing! It has nothing to do with my business, why you promoting your business on my home page, software that i paid for????
Very resourceful, BOOK KEEPER has simplified my receipting of activities, now I even create my own Invoices. It came very handy for my private veterinary practice, now I create invoices and receipts on the go, how cool could it get?
I love this app because it's simple to use and convenient, but I'm disappointed that I can't buy a monthly subscription. They only have yearly and lifetime subscriptions, which I cannot afford right now. I desperately need this app; I hope you have a monthly subscription option for those of us on a limited budget.
not able to sync with other devices, as soon as the changes are done, sometimes it takes a day, and sometimes within minutes. there should be an option to sync the app anytime you want to, such that asssonas I make some changes and push sync, the changes get reflected in the other device as well. Hope to see the update in the app.
I am quite happy with the application ! But a very important function of budget is missing.
I can't see the reports like balance sheet and profit&loss account etc. since yesterday. All the transactions can be done, but can't see the reports, whenever I click any reports it shows blank white screen. I had recently downloaded this app and the trial days are also left, but still I can't see the reports. If this issues are regular then I am not gonna use this app and software. After all its about the whole financial year of a business.
Everytime i subscribe i cant use the app untill i contact the app provider for activation and this is taking my time

I've connected this app to my drop box and synced to another phone. But anytime something is updated on the app. It can't refresh and it doesn't reflect on the other person's phone. The app hangs all the time. The idea behind the app is nice and useful. I'll appreciate it if these complaints are looked into
Worst software I have used , ledger is not showing all details buy pro version but no use se after uninstall ,and then reinstall , it is not even showing basic version
Very nice and smooth app, if you just can add some extra features: - Editing the main accounts - Adding option for more sub-accounts - Multi units option for the same item (by pieces , by boxes, by bulks... etc) - An option to move the header (company details) to the right side of the page. - More space for the company signature (it'll be easier if you can make it adjustable) Many thanks for your great efforts

never rec'd download. pd for 3 yrs and they sent an invoice for 1 yr after I paid over a week ago

This app did exactly what I wanted but sadly they have just increased the monthly price from $11 CAD to $21 CAD. I will be looking for another app. Update: I have since been offered the yearly subscription which works out prefectly for me. Thank you for the option. My initial review was 1 star but since being offered the change of plan, it is now 5 stars.
This is an excellent app. One problem though, in both estimates and invoices show discount percentage in the item table even after I have disabled it in the template settings. This happens in both the Android and Windows apps. Kindly sort us out.
Recently received the message informing that unless I pay for a subscription I cannot continue. Deceptive from devs as this is the first point I saw there wasn't an ad supported version. Spent hours transfering data over which is what they want you to do to tie you in. Very deceptive and poor marketing strategy Edit: I have just paid a reasonable amount for a competitor app which was upfront and clear of their expectations from point of installation
I have just started a small business and this app is facilitating me very well in maintaining accounting records and inventory position. I can easily creat invoices and send to my customers. Customer ledgers are very supportive in reconciling the outstanding balances with customers. Highly recomended app for small businesses.
Book keeper team is Exceptional, i have a support person, in the person of Para, he is awesome, eager to help, very patient, speedy response, this guy is what every employer needs. The app is exactly what I need as a small business owner. Multi user, multiple stores. Easy to navigate. Impressive interface. Give accurate results, good security, I am impressed with the Keeper family, so I join you guys.
Nice Windows software. But i have issue. If possible can you add a free product column for scheme purposes. Because some of products have scheme like 1+1 offr. I want a extra clomun in invoice. If you see other accounting software are inbuilt free quantity option in sale and purchase invoices. Kindly help. I am registered user and use this software last one year.

Another issue: i am using the trial version and i am studying the app. The non-admin user create a journal but it does not sync to the admin on the computer. How do i fix this? Edit2: i pressed import from pc app but it says "no users data found"
Bookkeeper app is quite a good dynamic and versatile software with easy sharing of reports and finance documents such as invoices. Able to open up reports in excel and word and with very advanced inventory features. I do love this software and it's future is bright.
i am using bookkeeper software since 2 years both in pc as well as mobile. it works fine. i m again going to buy new subscription for my other business. few features really is required like, there should be option to generate separate delivery orders for credit customers and to select do's to make 1 invoice. mac os app very much required, and online products linking i. e on WhatsApp or other social media etc which is very trendy and bookkeeper yet to give.
Wonderful App. Works like normal accounting software for desktop computers. The only drawback is that, it has no general ledger features. For example, tranfering funds from cash account to bank account is impossible. All the same good App.
The software works well. The only issue is when I lost my device I couldn't retrieve my data, all info was lost. Couldn't get help, I was sent from pillar to post. Can't update partial payments on the Invoice.
Really liked the app. Though it has a lot of room for improvement still there are many good things about this app which aren't there in other apps. In my opinion, the most needed feature update in this app is to be able to find a item without writing it exactly the same as it is saved in the app. For example I should be able to find "Power Window Switch Bolero Power Plus Main" by just typing "Switch Plus Main". I think this feature is required in every industry even in a grocery business.
