One of the biggest stresses that come when heading to the doctor at a hospital in the traditional offline method is that the patient usually has to wait for backbreaking hours before his turn comes to meet his doctor. At times, we all can see an endless queue of patients sit for a painfully long waiting time, which can be both tedious and agonizing. A simple web and mobile based application for patients to find and select their preferred hospital from multiple lists of hospitals, book appointments, track their OP status, help them reach the hospital on time and keep their booking history for future reference. Convenience is what everybody desires. Patients/Users can quick look all the available hospitals and healthcare providers near their location.

Actually I tried to book an appoinment with Dr.Janet Indu Lily Rasalam doctor at Sut Hospital. But my phone is updated to anroid 12.so I contacted the phone number given in the visiting card .So they directly booked an appoinment . I pay money using Google pay barcode.I got token number one.I visited doctor in time. Staff support is great and it's very smooth. Any way good application .But please try to update fast to anroind 12. 👍
Doesn't have an option to login once the app is reinstalled. It says Mobile number and Email ID already registered and you are stuck there from proceeding further
An excellent app, which provides easy OP reservation in almost all hospitals. Great help!
The staff were very friendly and helpful. They helped me to get doctor's consultation according to my convenient time. Really useful in this pandemic situation, where it is not possible to go to hospitals for consultation. Thank you Team.
Worst money wasting app, booked appointment waited for 3 hrs, called the customer care number.once responded and after that not picking calls. The customer care number got switched off, while ringing. Don't waste money on this app
Really satisfied, Booked my op in PRS hospital, TVM though this app, it's an amazing experience, got well treated from the hospital staffs. No need to wait in the reception for op ticket. Really recommendable..
It's a very helpful apk .I am from Thiruvananthapuram.Most of the hospitals are available in this apk. Before I used this apk .I used to went hospital early morning and wait for tockens and wait in long ques. But when I start to use this apk it's very helpful to book online op tickets and now I can't stand in long ques. And i can consume my time . So I am really satisfied with this apk
Cant even give one rating , but without that the review cannot be published. As soon as i installed the app recently i couldnt open it and isnt working properly . I went through the previous reviews i came to know the pathetic condition of the app.
I using this Apk to book appointment with Dr. Sreekala (SUT Pattom). Last month they started this facility at this hospital. Two times i got token number one. And its smooth procedure to consult doctor by skipping the reception queue. We can also confirm whether the doctor is on leave or not. The staff called me at the booked date and conform token number and time. Staff support is great👌. And i consulted the doctor with in time. Really its very helpful. 🙏
App is not working on Android 12 Ver. I tried on 2 of my mobiles. Its still working on old versions.
Very poor app experince. I booked a doctor via the app. I got skype id to make the video call as well. But when i tried to make the call on the appointment time there was no one at the receiving end. I contacted their support service and they picked once to inform they ll infrom the doctor post which even the customer support team did not even pick up. The UX is also poor, difficult to navigate.
Nice experience at SUT hospital pattom. Staffs are supportive and friendly. No need to spend time at reception.
Very bad piece of application. Never gonna use it again. Very slow to load the contents. Most of the options don't work. Also when I was showing booking it showed the amount as 285 ₹ but while paying through UPI it showed the amount as 293 ₹. So basically they took almost 100 ₹ as their service charge. Actual OP amount was 200₹.
I am unable to cancel my booking and get refund. I have already sent a mail, but no response.
I used this app for booking Dr.Shibily Rahman @ ( Neyyar Medicity ) . I got best treatment from there . This app help me to consume my time. I kindly suggesting the developers to add hospitals like KIMS and Cosmo.
Terrible experience. Does not register device screen properly. Does not accept OTP. In short does nothing except waste space and time. Design an app that works before publishing it.
Worst app ever used by me. There is no option to cancel a booking. Cancellation option in its webpage is showing but whatever you do your cancellation request go further. So so pathetic and app created just to take your money. Its customer service team won't even pick the call.
This app is very usefull, because i have using this app for 3months for booking the op ticket.
This is the best example of an app where nobody thinks before developing it. Where is the option to sign in? On installation of the app, there is only option to enter movile numbers and mail id, and if you're lucky, you will get the otp. If you get the otp, you will get the message 'email or number already registered'. But if you don't let me sign in, how would i do it? These peiple do not even have a website where i could hope to sign in or reset or something.
App performance is bad. contains alot of bugs.. most of the occasions it hangs and automatically closing. Facing unwanted delay in payment.
I can't give below 1, else it would be 0. Please do not download this app. I booked twice, money debited, dint get booked and no refund also came. The office is highly irresponsible and they say u can book once u go to their office. Then y is the app. Pls don't download it.
If we book through this app we are only getting the benefit that we dont have to weight in the queue for taking op.When we go to see the doctor ,eventhogh we book one day before,we are not given any prefernce based on the token number they have provided and the best thing is our op mostly comes late .And if we enquire they replies online op's have to generated from computer which comes late so usually if you get aplointment time between 10-11,they wont call ur op number until 12 unless you make any issues.so token numbers we get have no use,the best thing is that usually they follow descending token system🙏,token 7 and all usually comes after 11 and 12(eventhough 7 th token patient is waiting there)
While trying to login with the registered phn number, it is showing number already exist. Then what am i supposed to do, create accounts with new numbers everytime i want to login. The idea of this App was useful, but now app itself is useless
This is useless app. They are just collecting contact details. Don't register. All days were showing token full while trying to book doctor's appointment at MIMS Calicut. How do I delete my account?
I have to wait for a long time at SK Hospital Trivandrum. Though my token number was 2, I was allowed to enter as 11th patient. No preference as the app claims. Bad service from hospital desk for online appointment.

Great applications for visiting doctor in hospital. Tvm based hospitals provide a decent op booking solution. Before using this apk it's very hard to take tockens and stand in hospital reception. Now it's very easy to book doctors appoinnent through this apk. Once I need to cancell my op. It have option in it and i got refund in time. Customer care support is also good and friendly to help.
