Basis your company’s arrangement with the Airlines, book your tickets at special corporate rates:
- Flight Bookings can be made to & from anywhere, be it domestic or international
- There is no restriction on which Airline you can book. Indigo, Jet Airways, Air India, Go Air, Air Vistara, Air Asia, Spicejet, Emirates, Etihad, Qatar Airways, British Airways, Lufthansa & all other airlines are fine
- You may book seats in Economy, Business Class, in Premium Economy, First Class, etc
Similarly, you can book hotel stay at specially negotiated corporate rates:
- Search & book over 40,000 domestic & 4,30,000 international hotels
- All category of Hotels available

- Choose meal preference & additional baggage while making the booking. Cost will be included in the booking itself

Know your company’s travel policy & rules while booking:
- While searching, this app will apply travel policy limits set by the company
- And the options which are out of bound will be separately highlighted
- You may still go pick the out of bounds option & submit your request with justification. Then its up to the approver to accept or reject the request
“My Bookings” section:
- Gives you access to see all your completed, upcoming & cancelled bookings
- It’s from here that you’ll be able to submit your request for modifications & cancellations
“Approvals”:
- This section is divided in to 2 parts; “My Travel” is where you see the travel requests submitted by you & their status. For approved requests, bookings can be made instantly
- 2nd part is called “To Approve”, where all the travel requests of your team (for whom you’re the approver) will appear for you to approve or decline. You’ll be asked to provide reasons for declining a request
- See all booking details like when, where, who & other custom details needed as per company’s policy
- While submitting a request, if you exceed the limit set for, you’ll be asked to provide a reason & it will be visible to the approver. Besides the reasons, the approver will also see how much monetary loss will there be if approver approves the request.
Behind the scenes (configurations):
- This is where your company’s travel department configures business rules
- Like preferred airlines / hotels, black listed airlines / hotels which should not be bookable
- From here, the company’s credit pool, default business credit card & corporate credit cards are also configured
- Things like user groups & their respective policies, approval matrix, allowed products too are configured here.
- User types, i.e. Traveler, Travel Arranger, Approver, Administrator and their respective rights are added from here. Please note that the same user can have multiple roles

It is erroted app because when you installed app aks to email id than enter email id than show wrong email id not option for registration only ask login option
Crating trip takes more time to open, correct it or make it simple
Wasted lot of time in booking a hotel due to a bug in the app. When I reported it to support they said everything is fine and I need to check properly. When I gave the proof they accepted the issue. Doesn't even give the credit for reporting the bug! Other OTAs actually reward their customers for reporting the bug.
App is giving lot of trouble. Doesnt allow flight booking. Auto closing. I uninstalled app & trying to install back. It just doesnt download on best of speed and network. This is an absolutel let down providing service to Corporates.
Overall it's a good app however it should also be able to save the credit card details which need to be filled every time. Compulsion of naming the trip in the beginning of booking process should be done away with
DO NOT USE YATRA! CHOOSE ALTERNATE!This app is lower to basic requirements, does not have even Multi city option for flight bookings! How many years is the company? And yet you haven't developed such basic features? Shocking apathy. Have used newer companies which have Multicity search functions. Really pathetic standards. Making a complaint to CEO, but knowing the competence of the tech team and marketing team as highlighted, can you expect much?
Unable to login through my icici login id. Sent a mail to the team months back. No response
You could not book your selected flight if other low fare flight is available. Continue button on fare alert pop-up doesn't work. You can't even feedback using the aap, because feedback submit button is dummy. This is called irony.
After updating the app this is not working at all. Facing problem and I have to book ticket from other platforms. Atleast old version was better where I was able to use the app.
While login in to app, an error showing. Due to technical error we couldn't login. Any solution for this ? Tried every possible option to solve this yet the same error. Not worth much
i personally suggest to never use this app. App doesn't sync at all with airline systems. customer service is a joke. There is zero benefit of using this app and do not even expect them to respond on any kind of refund.
still the same issue....while booking hotel after entering city it auto closes to again main booking page , very bad interface and app function.
Sometimes the hotel rates found changed in few days... Also some well recognised hotels weren't added.... Please add an option to extend the stay... In such cases one has to book the hotel again.
I am not able to login even after signing up and using the app for once or twice. there is no help desk available to solve the issue

Good app, booked ticket display could be improved. Given it is a business travel app, people will have multiple booking. Should include grouping by destination and DoJ
After providing business email, it stays on landing page only. It's happening after recent updates.

Great app to book tickets quickly. UI is user friendly
View on ipad is only portrait not in landscape which is difficult when you use a apple smart key board
Very poor app..Not good for booking flight.one and half month till not received my refund amount..Don't use this app.
Yatra for Business app doesnt work.. when u click new trip it never goes to that page.
