Book Writer Free

I really loved this app when it worked. After getting a new phone, i tried to import my projects (some very precious), and it simply won't do it. So I have all these really important files that can only be opened with this program, and they're worthless if it doesn't work. It's very upsetting, and I really wish the creator would just do a simple compatibility update so I can retrieve all the words.

Very Disappointing. As others have said, I had this app on an old android Samsung phone and it was fantastic. Downloaded it on my new Samsung s9 and I cannot get past the age verification screen. If the developer can fix this I will change my review, but I'm doubtful. As for now do not download anything from this developer as they clearly care nothing for the users of the applications.

Please fix your app. I've tried reinstalling it a handful of times over the years, but to no avail. I used it to write stories when I was in primary school and am certain it should be connected to my Google account – I'd like to recover my old creative works (and it seems others were attempting to do the same) so it'd be highly appreciated if you could update the app.

The app was good for a while, it worked great and was a great outlet when I moved and was in a very bad place, now it doesn't work very well. It's constantly telling me it's offline or to connect to the internet, no matter how many times I connect or reconnect. I hope it gets fixed cause I'd hate to have to delete it :/

I installed this app a while back. Wrote stories. Can't transfer it to my new phone. When I down load it again. I can't get past the permission for 18 plus or some such nonsense. Can't open it. Cant get out of it. Cant get my stories onto this phone. Uninstalled it reinstalled it. Crashes on that one page. Wont work!!

Like others have stated. Used to have it on an old tablet. Much fun. After a few years decided to redownload on new phone. Can't get past first screen. Pretty sure no one is coming back to fix the issue either sooo...... Goodbye old stories I will never get back~ Rip.

When I went in the app, it came up with the "do you want to hide 18+" blah blah blah, I pressed done but it kept saying internet connection is required. I checked my connection and it was connected as I suspected but it still said I needed internet connection so I put on mobile data but it STILL didn't work. I ended up deleting the app. In conclusion, I'm not sure whether it was my phone that was the problem or the app but I'll still give it 2 stars

I loved this app so much, it was incredibly user friendly, and sharing books with the world was fun and exciting. And it really encouraged me to write more. But unfortunately, it no longer works, because every time I try to open the app I get a slew of error messages. It's very upsetting, because I had quite a number of ongoing stories and books that were in progress, and I only had them recorded in this app. Please find a way to get it working again, it was such a pleasure using this app.

I installed... it doesnt take up alot of memory so that was good... two seconds later it says it couldnt retrieve data... that message went away. next there was a suspicious warning...that they only save data saved on the app... red flag... two seconds later it asked me if I wanted to put a parental control on for other peoples stories... i clicked no and it wouldnt dave my info... it said it couldnt save info... a big frickin uninstall for me!

What happened? I absolutely LOVED this app, just last year I was browsing, writing the usual until I got a new phone and it completely stopped working. I can't get past the "Hide Age Rating 18 Books" it says that I am not connected to the internet when I am! Please. Fix this. I loved this app, don't let it die!

I have this on my tablet and I thought it would be a great idea to have this on my phone, since I take it with me everywhere. But the app won't even let me in. After I get to the page that tells me whether or not I can hide 18+ age rating books and hit done, it doesn't do anything. I really want to download this on my phone because my tablet has about had it and I can't even connect to the internet on there. I thought there would be a better chance of it working on my phone because it works well with most wifi, but the app isn't even letting me in. Someone please reply!

I had a bunch of stories a year ago, and then I got a new phone and tried to get in but it won't let me!! it gives me excuses like "No internet detected" when I have my internet running perfectly- I reeeaally want to like this app! but on every device I use I can't get in! please fix this so I can enjoy your app.

used to use this app to write books but I tried to download it and cannot get past the "hide age 18 books" part so therefore cannot use the app. This is not the only problem considering when I used to use this app, there were other malfunctions like me not being able to set a book cover, profile picture, it kept saying "error retrieving books, not connected to the internet" when I clearly was, and etcetera etcetera. I read tons of bad reviews and certainly, you guys really have some fixing to do

I cannot get past the options screen where it lets you choose to hide or not hide 18+ books. I have tried selecting yes, and no, but nothing works. I had this app before on my old device and enjoyed it, unfortunately I will need to seek alternative options because of this issue. If in the future this gets fixed I hope to use this app again, until then, goodbye.

This app use to be amazing. For a few years now it has been unusable. I believe the creators gave up on it, which is a shame. But to the person who wrote "Just a Smile" I would pay for the printed or online version. If you ever decided to print it please let me know :) Thanks for everything bookwriter. It was a great few years

This app is great, I had it on my tablet and was writing a book. I deleted it because I needed the space for something else. Recently I've wanted to write again so I downloaded it on my phone and tried it. It didn't even let me past the 18+ screen, same with my tablet. I honestly don't believe the developer cares anymore because it last updated in 2016, now they just make £4 relaxation apps. If I get a reply it'll show the developer/developers actually care. Thank you for reading my rant. I hope I get a reply.

Once I wrote a book in here, it works just perfect. But after, like, 3 years. I can't even log in to the app, I can't even pass the introduction section. Can you guys fix this please, I really want to read my old book again and rewrite it....

I used to have this app on my tablet a long time ago but due to complications with my tablet i lost everything including all the book i wrote. So i figured why not try downloading it onto my new phone so i did and when i open the app i can only go as far as the Hide age rating 18+ Books screen it says "Error: Saving user details - Error incorrect details". I used to and still do love this app so please fix this or tell me how to fix this problem thanks so much.

This is the best writing app ever, I had used in on all of my other devices. But now, on my new device, it says I am not connected to the internet and wont even let me enter. And I am connected to the internet, according to all of my other wifi apps and programs. I really want to use this again, so please help me in some way.

This isn't the first time I've downloaded this app, restarted my phone, and uninstalled and reinstalled. I HAVE DONE EVERYTHING. Yet I still can't get last the +18 rating without it saying Incorrect User Information. Honestly, I'd give this no stars but I can't say my piece without giving it anything—

Broken like for real it used to be good and I liked the app but since I had to get a new phone it says error no internet can find books and says incorrect details. Like come on I have contacted them and they don't care they never replied to me about it. Don't use its a waste of your time its broke and I do trunk they are going to fix it.

Ive had this app for a while before and it did some good for me. But then i broke my phone and had to get a new one. I downloaded this app on my phone and it didnt work because it said i didnt have internet, when i clearly had internet. i would love to continue writing my ideas, and use this app as it was perfect to do so. Also would rate way higher if i didnt hve that problem.

The app WAS fantastic. I would use it non stop but now i can't use it. Every time I try to open the app, re-download it or anything it stopped working, saying there is an error. I'm hope this doesn't happen to everyone because it was a great app last time i used it. I'm sad it stopped working.

I expected much more from this app. Turns out when you first go in it won't let you sign up. It's sends out an "error" message. I downloaded and uploaded the app twice and it gives me the same thing. Don't bother wasting your time, guys.

The app isnt useable just keep getting "error saving user details - error incorrect details. have tried this on several different phone both old and new with brand new emails and everything. rather annoying since this was one one of my favorite apps

I used to love this app but uninstalled it due to needing more space have tried to reinstall several times since but it won't let me past the recent updates screen. If this were to be fixed would definitely redownload and use.

This was a total waste of time . Hopefully everyone eles downloading this can get use out of it. I can't get on this to write anything it's not allowing me to get through the beginning what all I want such as I don't want to hide 18+rated stories ,but then with full bars and very strong Internet connection it tells me an error occurred .
