I gave this app a low rating and user unfriendly app. During user account creation, date of birth should be dropdown list on day, month & year for selection or other better date entry format. You may request your team member to create an user account whom year of born is 1940, let exprience how he/she felt. I was flabbergasted but then decide not to create an user account.
Scrolling my current challanges & medals lags the apps a lot. Kindly please correct the bugs/lags. Thank You.
I want to update my steps at 11.30PM, it keep loading until 12AM and Im unable to update my steps today π’ Already tried clear cache, restart phone and uninstall/install apps but none of it worked. So sad. Please can u upgrade this app so it can track lost steps π’π’
The latest update makes the app almost unusable. I'm using Samsung galaxy note 9. App takes forever to load from one page another. Previous version was way faster than this. I'm sorry but it's really annoying and disappointing
Apps user friendly. Staff very helpful and friendly too.
App is STILL FORCING users to allow push notifications! New version has an improved interface but lags in displaying a page. I also miss the older versions which did real-time sync if data.
Bookdoc takes ling time to open after previous update. After few minutes, login successful but previous steps and premium package is missing
I have not opened this app for sometime. When I open it today, it asks me to sign in & sync my device. It detects my device that has already being linked but I can't access my ACTIV page. Such a bummer. I'd revise my rating once this is fixed. Thanks.
One of the worst app .. unable to sync occasionally... Do not join the paid event... Wasting time and money due to app unable to sync activity and no response from the team when there is an issue.
I initially gave this app a low rating because it wouldn't sync properly with my Google Fit app. I received a very rapid response by text, phone and email. Very impressive! It seems mine was not an isolated problem. I had to enable autostart for both apps, disconnect the app on Google Fit, then connect to Google Fit via the app itself. Now it syncs the current day's steps etc. but alas not the previous days' data. I'd give it a higher rating otherwise.

It does not sync with Hauwei Health. You can only sync once per day to Google fit for the steps to be allocated. If you do it in the morning you only get the steps registered up to that point in time. I am disappointed in the app. I am trying to do challenges with Petronas and I am being way more active but the app does not recognize my efforts.
Happy to use this app, but can't leave a full star review as it always missed syncing some days of my steps.. Causing inaccurate average data and miscalculated end month achievement or competition. Happened quite often. Some missed taking data for a day. Some 2 or 3 days. I do not have free time to open the app everyday. Hope really can improve on the auto sync issue. Thank you.
Often failed to sync steps. Disappointing
I updated the app to the latest version after received a prompt for update. Later, when I use the apps, I keep getting pop up to connect to Gmail. Even thought I already answered the question, it continuously popped up as if I haven't answered the question. And Now I cannot use the app at all. Please fix it as soon as possible.
Steps inaccurate. Few times i ran and walk more than 10km but this app recorded only around around 2k+ steps??. Does it make sense? Also can't sync google fit where the record is much accurate. Today total distance 22km.. and yet only recorded 3881 steps. This apps is totally not recommended. Disappointing! Other apps works perfectly well but not BookDoc. Doesn't sync well with Google Fit
So difficult to use. Not user friendly. Cannot find any government hospitals and clinics. Only private hospitals and clinics available. This apps only for super rich.
The tracking/reading from integrated app is not consistent. Quite frustrated to uninstall/install a few times.
Small issues always cropped up now and then like unable to sync with my fitness app resulting in loss of data that is not recoverable, sometimes you need to input data for the BMI calculation, sometimes it's automatically calculated. And today the app keep prompting for update now. When I pressed the update now button, it brings me to Google Play store w/o updating the app. So now I can't access BookDoc because of the Update Now pop-up
im a little bit confused at first, why would the apps erased the previous week recorded calories? but still keep the steps recorded i cant view the graph as well and its something that has potential to demotivate the beginner like me ;) my suggestion, make it more user-friendly, minimum space needed to download it and able to count calories depends on our activities thanks
Not easy to use and find special department in a hospital only. There should be directory open to see. Search ui is useless.
I just installed I hope bookdoc/virtualdoc replace need for walk-in..where elderly see a doctor online,and we go over to collect med..for elderly repeat cases..or clinic courier med to our home.BUT not with this app.MUST PAY TO video/sms call to doc.wow..this.is how doc make more money. Zero star.not keen
Blinking error opening the Activ screen. Already lost 10 days of steps for challenges. For people reading this: 1. Click 'unsync' at the bottom of blinking screen and resync OR 2. Uninstall n reinstall, allowing permissions as needed. I suspect the culprit is Google Fit having permission issues and the app unable to display the popup screen (hence blinking). Now, developers give me a reward - I just pinpointed the issue for you to fix =D Also, add on sync for previous days data!
Marvelous Update Dec 2021 Since Huawei no longer able to link with googlefit. Bookdoc doesn't have other alternative that Huawei phone/bands related person to join at all. Please include Huawei health to be link directly
The synced data from Garmin to bookdoc were lagging by 1 day and not up to date when refresh, which current step will not appeared. This will impact the virtual challenge joined, especially for team based challenged for daily points (zero points as steps counted is zero) . I have contacted bookdoc teams but it was not resolved. I have tryied to unsync and connect to googlefit, the steps and date is updated correctly. Means, there is issue with fitness tracker apps.
Downloaded this app because of the ICAEW-MICPA challenge for Sep month. Today is last day, Bookdoc still cannot sync the total steps correctly with Fitbit (8k+ steps vs only 548 steps logged by Bookdoc). Same issue keeps happening, even after 2 app updates released in SAME month, after unsync and re-link, after uninstall and reinstall. Still, it shows I miss the challenge when my Fitbit steps already exceeded Sep goal. What is the point, it can't even do one thing it was meant for. Wasted month
The app keeps reminding me to sync up everyday even already done so. It keeps on everyday but easily to missed our steps. And this app couldn't connect to other health tracker i.e smartwatch for data collection. It depending solely on the phone. Well, not every time people brought their phones to their physical activities.
I'm new with this app (1week) but it is good, they have rewards for your achievements , and sometimes challenges. If you want more you can buy the premium one. The team are also helpful, they helped me with my problem untill it is solved. Installed this bcs of dimsum, but i think i'm going to keep it in my phone for a long time.
I have been using this for more than 1 years. The apps is very user friendly and has simple and clean interface. The apps is able to trace daily step and offer rewards whereby the user can enjoys discount from the vendors that listed in the apps and the rewards is offered according to your rank in monthly basis. Overall, this app has done pretty good job. Keep it up.
I really can't give this app full stars, it misses out on syncing even after I started using a Fitbit, and for the past week it completely didn't sync my steps, causing my tier to degrade from platinum to silver.
