BookedIN Appointment Scheduler

So far... really good It helps keep me organized. It's super easy for my clients. They dont need to download another app or need to create a sign in to book which is what I mainly love. The simplicity for my clients. I do with that there was an approval period added to each booking. So I had the chance to accept or decline it. Also, woukd be nice to customize your page a little more like adding pictures. Changing fonts. Studd like that. Other than that happy with everything else.

Thank you for actively working on fixing the issue, looking forward to have them resolved for good! Everything is good except one serious issue: Online booking won't allow client to pay for deposit once they picked their appointment. It would just freeze and not go to PayPal to take payment. We wouldn't know about this until clients called in and try tell us about it. This happened many many times and still have not been fixed yet...

I have enjoyed the benefits of this service. I give it 4 stars only because there is not the capability to add a client photo to help associate who is who prior to their arrival, or the fact you cannot add before and after photos in the client notes. In my industry, this option would be a huge benefit. But updates are being made and I am hopeful this service becomes available soon. You can't beat the overall price for what you do get though. It has saved me a ton of stress in scheduling. 👍👍😇

I am very happy with Booked IN as my photo session scheduling app. It saves me a lot of time. I adjust it to its free version in periods when I'm less busy and back to the paid version in periods when I'm very busy. I have been using it for several years. I added bookedin to my web page after reopening, following COVID shut down, I own a small Barbershop and I'm the only Barber. That being said, it was relatively difficult cutting hair and answering my phone. A good friend had designed my website and at the time advised me to include an app that would book my appointments. This was the app I chose, best thing I could have done. Very quick and easy to use even for most of my older customers, I would have to say that 99.9% love it@

Every barber or hairdresser must get this service. I have been getting new clients without advertising since using bookedin. The fact that I have integrated bookedin to my website, Google and social platforms has allowed myself to focus more on my cuts and less time on the phone answering calls and texts. Only thing this app is missing is to integrate a file option to be able to upload a photo of each barber or bairdresser next to their names to have less clients booking with the wrong person.

The app stopped working and still doesn't work after the update, even with a brand new phone far superior with lots more resources. What should I do restore it ? The updated logo with red hands of the clock are red, still opens, the clock stays there for a good ten seconds, and then disappears, replaced by a blank screen (the app only). No icons, no nothing. This is the ONLY app that doesn't work on my Moto G7 plus phone !

However I love the system, super easy to use and update and my clients love it! The only flaw with the app is that I cant request payments and im on the move a lot so i either need to wait until I have time on computer or attempt on website on phone which isnt as user friendly! But thats really small and they say its being looked into The team are really helpful with any Qs and get back quickly

I love the app but I'd really love it more if the layout was abit more organised like treatments could be categorised like lashes and all the treatments, waxing and all the different treatments ect and also when making a booking if they wanted to add in other services they can from the one booking so i do have to manually go in and block out the time needed coz if i dont see it and another client books it makes it extreamlly hard.

I love everything about Bookedin. No more back and forth scheduling appointments. Clients simply pick a date, book and pay all at one time. I get an email confirmation and done !! I would recommend this to everyone!

Not worth it for the money, the mobile app is waay too limited on functionality for $40/month and the UI is clunky and not intuitive. For the price you shouldnt be so tied to a desktop, especially as a small mobile business.

This review is long overdue. It is an excellent platform for booking appointments. It is very simple to set up yet comprehensive. I would highly recommend Bookedin to anyone that needs a reliable service for talking to clients.

Works perfectly for my small business. Wish I had done it sooner. Made my life a whole lot easier. Only wish there was a way to take a payment other than paypal. They charge way to much. Maybe a link for Venmo, or a way to link your existing credit service, or banking information.

The Customer service is "Small Biz PRIMO!" - by which I mean one to one, with caring professionalism, and kindness! Read some of the replies to posted feedback on the App and know - that's REALLY how cool Leanne, and the rest of the Fine BookedIN Team Mike has assembled are! It also enables me to remotely manage my office appointments smoothly. I've Almost got all my peeps using it... So grateful! 0:)

I have been using bookedin for more than a year. I love it,and my clients love it. They respond quickly to questions. I tried many different scheduling services, and BookedIN is the best!

Wish show monthly cost prior to trying to set up .. got half way through free set up ..to discover &54 p/month ... deleted ...and at that point the bits i need are not clear ... want to know before wasting time listing 100s of piercing critera ... want to know does all i want before even signing up .. so hard finding a app that takes a deposit apon booking .. that integrates with facebook and uses paypal ... and a customer service is not dyer because it's in another country...

At iLashfess I have used this service for over a year and I am very satisfied with it. Its easy for my clients to utilize..easy to understand. They love the notifications and reminders. I definitely reccomend this service to anyone!!!

i would gladly give 5 stars if the free plan allowed more than 5 bookings a month or if the premium features were included or if it wasn't so expensive to get them. it's a great app but I'm just starting out and i can't afford thr extra expense yet

I have been using bookedin for qell over a year now and I love how easy this app is! Not just for me, but for my clients booking their own appts as well. The reminders help reduce the number of "no shows" whoch is a God send!

Absolutely worst booking service I think I could have possibly been roped into they have taken my money 3 months in a row have not received a dime of my money from any of my clients who have tried to pay I've asked them for a call back three times and have not received that call back they keep sending me emails will not talk with me do not have live tech support do not use this company

Great app for scheduling and my patients. Easy for me to plan ahead, and get reminders for new patient bookings and any cancellations.

So I am a new user but I am IN LOVE with the functionality and flow of this application. I am truly pleasantly surprised. I have already referred people, I think it's AMAZING.

It was ok until it demanded emails for all clients... Not all of my clients have emails. They're older... So I can't have this.

Great service. Excellent application. Reminders has decreased our no shows immensely.

Quite slow comparing to google calendar but still good app. It can be better organised.

Is a nice app but for $54 a month is just ridiculous.
