I'd give zero stars if I could. The app doesn't work, at all. I can't sign in ever. I keep changing my password and uninstalling and reinstalling the app but it doesn't do anything. It's completely useless, I have to call work to get the front desk to tell my my schedule. Don't waste your time or sanity, just garbage.

A disaster for a business. Constant errors. It even randomly acts like it schedules appointments that it never registers! This has been happening for years, and they don't get their act together. This app will cause lost clients.

This app often times will have an appointment that is on the website but does not show up on the app. It is also difficult or impossible to adjust the amount of time per appointment if you want something other than the set time. I really want to like this app but at the moment it is incredibly frustrating.

This is the WORST app ever. Desktop version is just as bad. It constantly glitches and kicks me out. Operating system is a joke. Do yourself a favor and use Quickbooks or Square.

I hate this app... always buggy. Always kicking me out and reseting the login screen. Now I have to login everything again, account name, user name, and password. Makes it very inconvenient when I client is now waiting for you to log in again. Hopefully, you don't input anything incorrectly or you'll have to start all over. Not even a see password option to make sure you got it right. You would think because they get monthly income from the business they would continue to invest. Greedy

Huge connection issues often and it's not my boss' network. Many of my colleagues can't log into their personal Booker account suddenly. I finally can't log into my own as well using the app, but for some reason can on the website? As for someone who mainly uses Booker via the app, I need the app to actually function properly 100% of the time. The website on mobile view is trash as it's designed only for desktop viewing. Maybe change this so we have other options when this happens.

This app was working fine for me but in the last few months really started glitching. When I open it, I'm logged out and when I log in, I receive an error message telling me the check my credentials. It will be fine for days then glitch again and sometimes it'll stay that way for whole days. Its incredibly frustrating. I can log in to the website fine, so its definitely an app issue. Its like this for all my coworkers and we have android and apple phones.

Always tells me to check my credentials but won't log me in. The website on my pc is fine, sort of, but the app won't let me log in eventhough its the same password and has never changed. Get it right booker. They also call a lot with spam. Multiple times in a row. If you aren't going to give the app 100 percent, im not giving you my time anymore.

The mobile app is always down. When it isn't, it runs super slow. Not a functional app. I enter my password and I get an error message stating to check my credentials and re-enter my information. I go on the desktop site and it works but then pop ups come out of nowhere asking if you want to add an appt. So frustrating 😫

Edit: I've just uninstalled/installed for the nth time. But in 4 attempts I received the messages: unable to find hardware, clients, countries, mobile apps. This is ridiculous!!! I just want to see who my clients are in the morning. Original: I'm frequently unable to access my client schedule because of the unreliability of this app. Either the page will not load (spin) or it prompts me to sign in again, but then will keep returning to the log in page.

It's really difficult to use this software. Not intuitive, so many glitches. Honestly hands down the worst booking system I've experienced. Both phone and online are ridiculously unintuitive. Mindbody should just drop booker all together. If genuinely feels like an old man built most of the app. Lol why are all the product categories so weird for a SPA app? Golf, goggles, swimwear, and piano shouldn't be a locked category for my products. Y'all are the absolute worst. Bad customer service too.

Updated 12/20/2021 Have not been able to log into mobil app for over a week! Before that sometimes could log in sometimes not. This has been bad for years! But now is completely useless Please fix the booker app!!!! It is making my life at work Very difficult. Wont load most of the time comes back with errors or just keeps spinning. Cant work like this!!!

Needs a lot of work especially for Android. Shuts down and signs me out multiple times a day. Never saves my password or fingerprint. Half of the time the app won't even load and an error will appear on the screen. Easier to open up on a seperate browser which defeats the purpose of an app.

I'm locked in to using this system for my business because changing would be a logistical nightmare but I want to warn others. It won't connect to your Google Plus Business listing like others will. No tipping screen for secured appointments. No packages on the mobile menu. No option to secure apt with gift cert on mobile version. Bad attitude help desk with no critical thinking problem-solving skills. Clients get charged multiple times on same service ticket. There's so much more...

I love the app when it works. It rarely lets me log in. It is constantly telling me my login info is wrong yet when I use the same log in on the computer it goes right through. I genuinely don't understand how that works but it is what happens at least once a week at this rate. It is incredibly inconvenient as nd frustrating when I am trying to book a client's appt from my phone or check my next day's book.

My staff and I love this app. It works great. We can keep up with all of our appointments and create appointments from our phones. It do need more features such as pictures for styles, and display our tips, and payroll for the week or month of individual stylists and barbers. Other than that we love it. Been with them for a year so far.

Terrible. This is the program our clinic uses and it's awful. Glitchy at the best of times. Was bad enough before but for the last few weeks, completely unusable. No longer accepts a login. Can log in online but that's very difficult to use on a device. PLEASE FIX IT!!!!

i started using this app because it is what the salon i went to work at used. The text updates to myself and clients are great. Ocaisonally they are sent to me in Spanish when neither i or the client speak it which is weird but not a big deal. it is easy to add, edit, or delete appoinments. I am so happy to have access to my appointments outside of the salon. The only downside is that I cant get my clients phone numbers through the app.

Super glitchy. Doesn't send SMS, sometimes shows weekly view, now it doesn't. Very limited on what the app actually can do, it's basically just for a quick view of your schedule. For changes or making appointments for more than one service it's best to use a laptop.

It's gotten to the point where even restarting, or resetting your password still gets an error message to "check credentials". The app has always been rather buggy & slow to load & can kick you out upon refreshing. Very poor design & needs reworking asap as I use this for work daily!

When the app is working it is easy to use and has zero ads. However, when it's not working it makes booking and checking my appointments difficult. It has been down for over a week and I rely on this app to know when my clients are coming. Please fix it!!

This app is always down. I am constantly having to bypass the app and go to the website to log in. Even if by chance I can log in, the schedule is wrong and doesn't have all of the clients that have booked online. Beyond frustrating.

Constantly has issues unreliable app. Crashes, failure to recognize business admin credentials, error codes, etc. Would be good with a complete reconstruction. Consumers need an app that is reliable and dependable. Business cannot thrive on something like this. Please fix..... Again.....

My employer uses this app and it has been downs for days three different times in the last 3 months I've worked there. When it works it is decent at what it does but the lack of stability is too much. Probably get 4 stars otherwise as a user. Cant speak for the cost for what you get sadly.

Overall this app is great. it's easy to schedule and process payments. only problems would be the restarting/refreshing when switching between other apps, like between a text message and the booker app, and not being able to enter a card to hold an appointment.

It was working a few weeks ago to let me login, now it doesn't. Lots of freezing, crashes and error messages. I have to now use the website to login to check my schedule which isn't ideal. Mind-body needs to fix these issues.
