Booking calendar reservation

Love the app but 2 things...1~ it's missing a place to store credit card info like it does with name,address & phone numbers. 2~ I wish I could swap people in rooms without having to take one out. Otherwise close to perfect.

I was investigating this app for some friends who own a campground. Although being able to see all of their bookings on a calendar at a glance on multiple syncing devices is nice, the calculating capabilities are sorely lacking. First, on the phone app I do not see an amount per day. I would be nice to know WHAT amount it is using to calculate. I also can't find a place to put in a tax percentage either on the phone or online. When you add in a tax amount manually, it does not add it to the total. I also find that you can't add an amount for an extra person per day or an amount for an extra service per day. Even if you put in the extra service and edit it to accommodate the number of days, it does not add it into the total. This has the potential to be a great app but it definitely needs work. Sadly, by the time it is ready for prime time, I will have found something else for my friends to use.

Great App! But 4x price increase? -- The App is great, no other app we looked at has such a fast easy interface and very useful overview of upcoming bookings. It is actually fun to use compared to other apps which are mostly sluggish with impractical menu structure. We planned to subscribe to the Web+iOS and iCal packages this week. Unfortunately the monthly prices quadrupled in March 2020. From ~16 USD per month to 66 USD per month. As a starting resort we just cannot afford it and wonder what caused the 4x increase in price. We only would have needed two iOS installations and one web access for our 12 rooms (We tested the Android version for good measure). We already have costs for a website provider and a hotel channel manager thus our monthly budget for online services is already high. We are just starting the resort so we are unfortunately not ready yet to pay the new 4x price of 330 USD per year.

I have an issue with the way you setup the premium (trial?) portion of the program. There is no way to tell what is or is not premium, but if you select an option that is, no warning, no asking if I would like to try the premium features just instantly enabled a 30 day trial (I hope it's a trial as there was no confirmation what so ever and I'm not going to have a charge on my account). So now I can't even test the free features to see if they meet my needs.

This app is amazing and very affordable! I have used several different and very expensive property management softwares! Reading the other reviews frustrates me! This is very detailed software. You have to take the time to learn it & set it up correctly. I've been learning for a month in detail. It just keeps amazing me! To have on computer and phone is great! It's also so much better than the last one I used at 400 per month! US dollars! Thank you so much! 🤗🤗🤗

I have used the app for a few years now generally I have been very happy with it in my application as I dont use it for a human motel just recently when I update clients info it doesn't save this is on both the app and internet versions very frustrating. I would give 5 out of 5 stars if this could be addressed and if the client field titles could be customised.

Excellent, well thought out app. Just having a problem customizing the date format in SMS templates. Cannot get rid of the default mm/dd/yyyy format. Update: Problem solved! Amazing response by customer service.

Very useful app. I utilize its functionality to a limited extent. The desktop version could be more smooth - it feels a bit rusty, compared to the android ver. BW

Need improvement in payment/deposit section. Sometimes guest pay or add deposit daily. And it is difficult to record it in this app, because it is either down payment or fully paid. Add deposit field can only record number without any further detail(payment date or etc). Will surely subscribed pro if this is implemented

The application is stable and does what its designed for. I'm waiting for additional features like different user roles. I need to give access for cleaning team without permission to change bookings.

The App works well but Support is bad. You can't get anyone to assist, they refer you to articles that aren't helpful 😭

I give 5 star.it is really good but i have to let go after the free trial because it is too expensive.every single item Need to pay if u want the special addition to the basic package. Cant afford to pay every month

Good app. But how can I share my calendar with my Co workers where they only can view without add or delete. Rather than sharing the password

Trying to buy premium plan. But payment is not being accepted. Shows error everytime. Please resolve it.

Useful for small property. Would like to be able to enter guest name and select number of rooms so that i dont have to enter each room if the person has bought more than one. So down payment and invoice will be to one person.

The best app i ever used for hotel use, it has also financial report to see all your profits and diagrams to see the percentage of the bookings. Everything you think you gonna need for a hotel is at this app totally recommend it! 😍

UX is not meant for single unit rentals very small and confusing, UX little confusing as well. Hard to read.

This is a good app for small or medium business for managing reservations. There are under developing features, hope the products to be successful in the demanding hospitality. Thanks to BedBooking for the hard work and great product.

Changed price and become triple more for subscription, 37.000 IDR to 90.000 IDR. Also now after last update in start of August 2019, program start to hover if I try to change reservations, very bad...
