Just terrible 😔. I can't know if the guest who booked my listing has paid or not. That is just unacceptable. Also, it happens that I get no notification about the reservation. This makes the app completely pointless. The pricing is so unclear and complicated as well, I have no idea how to change it and when I think I made it, the price isn't changed...made me regret getting in the business.

Tried to register and put up my accomodation for renting. My account got blocked for security reasons and I tried to get password reset mail to unblock it. After a dozen of futile tries I didn't get a single e-mail with instructions. Horrible service.

Their customer support service is catastrophic, one BIG 0 ( zero) my honest opinion to anyone who wants to list their accomodations please skip them, do not waste your time, they are not able to reply to your email in 4 5 days, they are saying that there is chat but there is not! Dear Booking do you think that everyone is able to give you a cellular call to you? No it's not. Your Head of the Customer support should be fired ASAP, again, to all try and find other solutions for your apartments!

It was a great app but these few months are cr*p. The calendar can not be opened no matter how many times I have to adjust it, uninstall the app..no matter what I do, the calendar is closed. I can't work like this. Fix it!

This is the worst app on the planet. You can't edit anything. Photos upload one at a time, four clicks and a wait for each one, and then they won't load in the rearrange window. It links you to the internet site, but your properties won't show up on there, even after you link it with the pin. So you're stuck using this clunky, horrible app, and you can't change anything. It's been over a month and I still can't update my bed types from double to queens. Junk.

Came here to tell how dissatisfied I am being a host on Booking (non-professional). The app is garbage and offers less functionality than the mobile website. There is no support. Automated 'partner assistant' freezes. Auto-generated description of my property is nonsence and can't be changed. Standard rate can't be changed. Calendars from other sites don't sync. I show lower prices on Booking than on AirBnB, with the same photos and description, yet I get zero requests (vs several on AirBnB).

It's a good app but really hard to edit the daily rate per number of people. The app is quite rigid in that regard. It would also be good to change currency based on the country

Something went wrong when I changed my old phone with new one. Despite notification settings I can't manage to set phone to notify me with sound. That's the most important thing if you want to work properly. As for me as for my guests! It's not so bad to work in the app but there is way to make it much more easyer to handle all the things it offers. Please let me know what to do with sound notification. To reinstall the app or what???

I believe that hosts should also have the opportunity to leave public reviews on the guests. There are adorable and respectful guests, nevertheless there are guests who are not!

I tried to host for them but their app and their platforms are terrible. For each single thing you need to log in into a seperate platform. Extremely confusing and I didn't have any controls over my bookings. It caused me a lot of problems. Even getting rid of your listings is extremely difficult. Had to call them to delete my account, and of course, finding the customer service number was also not easy. Terrible app
