Good for booking; lists your past trips but not currently booked trips. I've emailed customer service to add that feature.
it is a mess to try to use the departing and destination...it keeps saying cannot use same departing as destination...and it isn't!!!! getting fed up

Tried using the app to check hotel prices and book a hotel for a upcoming trip, but had a problem with it. It wouldn't find any of the places I tried searching in Alabama. These are right outside of larger cities so I am quite surprised they didn't pull up in the search bar.
I go to book a room and it tells me there was an error. I try again 3 more times with different places. This is crappy
Such a useless app. They need 100 of years to catch up with other useless apps. At least no adds.
This app is about as glitchy as it gets, which should surprise no one, given how bad their website is too. This is a scary company to give large amounts of money to, in my opinion.
This thing is useless. Can't print Iminary, can't compare prices. Zero interactions. For bookit to be such a good company they desperately need to upgrade this mess.
Great prices but need to use site as posed to app to book business class flight. Only option available is coach.
Made A hotel reservation, says error please try again. Yet I get immediate notice from my credit card of the approval. I call. Book it. & they can not find where I booked anything. But yet they have my money... I had to call my credit card company to dispute the charge.
Made reservations on the for 12th of Jan. And I'm try to use the app and it can't find my confirmation # or my email .. have to call because thay charge it already...
Inconvenient to make payments before the due date. You would think they would want the $$$
App is terrible. Unable to find trip information that is already booked

Im not sure what happened to this app but im sure it used to work?! I cant even look up a hotel in ontario canada to check availability let alone book it because it doesnt let me search any of the cities? Its like they dont exist?!

Needed to make one way flight. Could not find way to select one way trip. Default is round trip and all that is apparently available.
U can't just book cars that is so carzy

It doesn't work. I booked our trip online and when I try to pull it up through the app, nothing happens.
Please do not book vacation on this website, they are bad customer services and no star for this compan5. You will loose your money . Do not book this website.
Horribly limited app function and extremely slow
allows you to change flights etc, but then reports an error and forces you to take their suggested flight.. i have a trip booked for 2 weeks away, and i can't view the details in the app; can only see the past bookings..
