It will not keep the filter set. Now it removed the facility I work at and can no longer pick up shifts through the app meaning I am losing pay. Happening with several coworkers as well.
the new app is amazing. The app is amazing when it come to keeping time , but the app is not quite favorable to me, the notification of shifts did not favour me at all, while others were being notified with 14 jobs in high frequency non will come to me. this is a vvvvery big issue that the technical dept should help me to look into.
l have not seen any other agency or staff worsened than Book Jane. They don't care about your documents, and their company documents. I applied for working in here 4 times in different years and months, directly, by application, email, telephone and they didn't try to solve the company and app problems. only told me that they are doing well but they didn't do anything. So much postponed and delayed and finally I gave up.Besides the company doesn't pay your taxes and makes problems for tax.
Recently downloaded this app for work and when I go to create my profile it constantly says Error: Internal Server Error....makes it super difficult to pick up shifts at work.
Terrible customer service, the worst. You can send them and email, they will not read it carefully, then ask you a question (that was already in the email), instead of fighting them, you reply, they don't read the reply and ask a version of the same question, it goes on and on...
A total scam. They ask you to submit your papers and do tests. they promise you a specific shift. Once you are in the system, you would never hear back from them. They dont even answer your messages. Stay away
Freezes or won't upload shifts. Wrong times listed. Doesn't notify shifts.
They didn't allow me to put in my employer code and there's no explanation about the app, overall horrible as a first impression experience
Since the upgrade I've not been able to download the app. None of their suggestions work. Disappointed.
I gets tons of job notifications but there is never any jobs posted when I check.

Administration is rude and inconsiderate. Doesn't care about employees only about how much money they make. Will kick you to the curb without an explanation, and they don't care about health concerns or other reason you may have for cancelling a shift

Love the app, and the concept. The only improvement i think should be made is the ability to upload pictures and documents from Google drive. Otherwise I have to download to my phone.

Pros: when you pick up a shift, it tells anyone else who picks up the same shift that it had already been taken, so it's really first come first serve. It also sends you an email confirming the shift is yours, which is great. It also notifies you when there is a new shift. Cons: The App keeps sending notifications and when you go there you don't find any shift sometimes which can be frustrating. It would also be nice to be able to sign in and out of the App instead of using timesheet.
