Totally bad experience... There is no communication between the bus services and application providers. The second thing is app helpline is totally pathetic because the can't help you , they can only Disconnect your call or argue with you for corporating with the bus terminal staff. Never try to buy ticket online totally ridiculosis app.
I highlighted the issue and they fixed it. Really impressed by the service, app as well as the bus. Changed my review. Thanks for listening and fixing. (Correct your seats number in app. As I purchased Business Class single Seat# 4 for a female and after sitting in the bus Seat# 4 was a double seat. After so much hassle eventually got single Seat#12. Fix this rest of the App is great.)
Worst experience ever. The application shows the option for change and refund while we booked the ticket. But when we needed that option, it has disappeared. Pathetic service, terrible customer care and unstable system. We called customer care and reached to the Islamabad terminal for the mater but nobody solved it. Will never ever use or recommend it the app or the Faisal Movers service.
If i can rate zero . So this would be perfect rating for this app. I booked 3tickets of 12000 and they showed timing of 12pm, although, bus moved from it terminal almost 2 hours before. They donot have any coordination with bus terminals. Terminal's ticket counter said that they cant do anything as its not their responsibility. I booked kaniat travellers through this app.
Very bad service and unprofessional staff. I booked my seats through this app. When I reached at terminal. They are saying that we have canceled the bus. And they didn't intimate me. Further there staff are very rude and not accepting there mistake. Overall it's a very bad experience.
Its a very good but there is only one problem that almost after every8 to 10 app needs to ne updated. Sometimes memory on mobile becomes and the app does not updated. Except this the is best for us.
Very pathetic ticketing system, useless app, what is the purpose of buying ticket online if you have to stand in line again to print out the ticket otherwise they will not let you get in the bus even if you have the printout of the online ticket. And in many systems their system is not working and they deny your online ticket. Very very pathetic
Its just scrap -useless app. So many bugs. I wanted to book from ABK to SDK. It said route not available (false). Then i tried to book from LHR to SDK. finally it showed me different bus timings, then i tried to book a seat, it asked me to enter name and CNIC.i did.when i clicked proceed.it said, plz check you email or phone.and there was no option to enter email or phone.i tried to refresh.but it didn't. I'm seeing this app from more than a year..but it never worked. Plz Get good developer plz
One of the most pathetic apps I have ever experienced... despite several updates, still full of bugs and issues... shows severe incapability and incomptenecy of the developer.
Pakistan Express is my top choice. Waraich Express is also good service, but its staff is cheater just like Faisal Movers. Faisal Movers are top cheaters & fraudsters. They made "Book Karu app" only to grab your money. "Bookkaru" is a pathetic app and a Mental Torture. They have Extra charges, poor service, and a lot of bugs. Some of the bugs are incorrect seat #, incorrect seat availability, wrong wallet balance, refund issues, no booking alert, etc. It is better to buy ticket from counter.
Too bad to use. Loading while looking for available tickets and routes. Developers needs to work on the app. Purchased my ticket almost 5 hours ago,haven't received confirmation message yet and in my booking its still pending. Helpline number is busy
Wrost experience,I booked ticket then try to change timing or cencell but there is no feature to cencell or change destination seats or any thing. I think these multiple features should have this application.
I booked business class ticket through this app but at the terminal they gave me ticket of normal seat at the counter they told me for refund you need to contact bookkaru app. But they don't reply to my emails and on they whatsapp they see my message but don't bother to reply back. I think they are scammers. Going to take legal actions against them.
Very Pathetic App. They have no coordination with Faisal Movers Terminals. The Routes and Times visible on app are not actually operated by Faisal Movers and when you ask them for refund they will refund your amount to their pathetic apps, pathetic wallet. Worst experience ever.
I have installed this application for convenience but this app is useless, I have enter correct email address but in response message appear that email is wrong, I have changes 3 email address but problem continue the same.
It's NOT a helpful service. Nothing is here. It seems the developers have only launched the app but included no facility as claimed in different sections of the app.
Booked seats, asked to refund, policy is to return the payment before 40 minutes. Now they are refusing, very rude staff, very bad behavior, totally condemned, not recommended. They didn't refund even I was asking before 5 days. In policy they written 40 minutes. And they were refusing even I was asking five days before departure. The madam on online help said we will not refund. I told her the policy she said no. We cannot. What a shame. Should be an FIR, but no time to for small money.
+It is still not possible to purchase ticket through this app as it keeps on asking for input of phone and email while no slot for that is visible. ++ Male and available seat colors are also same very difficult to distinguish. +++Company should invest in it and hier a competent or at least professional developer.
I used to hate the app, it was one of the worst app ever until now. I booked bus tickets twice this week and every time the app worked well, so I am updating my review. It is working for me at least.
Try to link your app with the mobile bank apps, this will make it very easy to use as daewoo has done. Even skyways ticket is easy to purchase than yours Please link it to all the banks so that direct payment from the banking app can be done
very bad experience , totally non professional behavior , I had booked a seat of Rajpoot Travel , when I arrived at terminal and asked for a ticket they said we don't have any seat against your booking , please contact book kru , when I tried to contact , no was busy for more 3 hrs , when the contract was made they said we could not inform u but we had cancelled your booking due to availability of seats..due to peak time I could book or travel by any other transport , they wasted my time.. t
I wish to give zero star if it was available.very very bad 😞😔 and poor service of Faisal movers from Alipur. At day time it becomes a local bus as they stop and pick up the passenger.Even they drive off from motorway 🛣️. I want to give zero ratings.
Worst experience ever, Booked a ticket 15 days before and still not have a confirmation, two different companies with zero coordination. The Bus terminal says they don't do anything BookKaru should manage and BookKaru says Terminal will manage. I'll suggest everyone never karuBook anything using this pathetic app.
Very very bad experience.. I have book 2 tickets for Islamabad on Chand Raat. They have deducted the amount and when we reach to bus station faisal movers they said there is no service in this time... I have call them for refund they said charges will be refund tomorrow but today after 5 days still waiting.. Now they are also not attending my calls... Totally disappointed
Please add busses of route Khanewal - Rawalpindi. In App I am not able to find a single bus. But there are many buses on this route. Please update the app.
No one can do dare to put them behind bars. It's a completely fraud app. Payment get paid and i do need to pay again for that ticket.
Worst experience. No option of refund or changing tickets date, even if seats are available and departure date is not near still there is no way you can change your ticket timing inspite of wasting your money. PATHETIC!!!!
I'll rate the app ad below average. Like you can't top up more than 1000 at once . Then you wait for the three minutes for next top up. My emai6and no is already afded yet again it pops up please update the same. What the hell is this
completely a fraud app, before booking shows the user that refund/ change is available, but after booking, no refund and change available.They are just looting the money. Never trust on this app. Don't use this for booking, else you will regret. Pathetic Service alongwith customer care.
Please resolve the issues; I'm not sure what you're up to. There are a lot of issues with it. It always prompts you to upgrade the programme, but once you do, it returns with the same error. It still displays that error after uninstalling and reinstalling. After booking 1 ticket, account information is always missing. Please revise.
