At times it gets stuck, that's really frustrating when you are running short of time and the App isn't functional. Moreover after payment's whole procedure the final msg i.e. "Oops something went wrong" is highly sickening. On calling Bookme service it just continues to play music without being attended. All of above mentioned issues need to be resolved.
I've been using Bookme App for the past four years. I've never had any issues. I received the greatest deals, and they always answer my questions when I call. Bookme.pk is the finest app available for multiple types of booking. I have been using bookme since 2018 for almost every week. I had to get online booking through telephone call that was very hectic and had to reach bus stand 30 mints before departure. Excellent service. I was unable to locate the active number for QConnect and their official app wasn't working either. Super stressful since I had a job interview the following day in Islamabad and I had almost given up when I stumbled upon BookMe. Thanks to their prompt service, I wasn't only able to reach the interview well ahead of time, but I also had a very streamlined experience. Now I don't use any other app to book buses when traveling to other cities, even with terminals near my home.
Very good app...I can book tickets for bus, cricket matches, airplane tickets by just one click at home and no need to stand in long queues. I can also have my Mobile recharge of any sim from my bookme wallet so no need to go outside. I can even pay my utility bills simply by one click. I can also do online shopping from different brands and can also get discount voucher by using this app. Also I can make multiple programs of trips and visit to different places. It has made my life much easier.
It's been sometime that i have been using bookme. The UI is very user friendly, the Call center agents helps nicely. The SOPs are clearly given, the refunds are made as instructed via first call. But the process can be speeded, which would help alot. The discount deals is what make me stick to it forever, as it helps in lowering my cost of travel. Recommended for use.

I had to go to khanewal. My friend told me to book ticket from bookme app. That was the time when I listened about the bookme first time. I installed the app and searched about the buses, and a detailed list of all traveling companies appeared. I booked ticket of my choice. With bookme app your booking is just at one click, you don't need to go for booking physically. Bookme also provides you discount on your ticket. In short, Bookme is a very helpful app and recommended by my side.
This application "BookMe" has really made travelling easy. It is just too convenient for anyone who wants to travel home city to destination terminal. Such an easy mobile interface, easy and a variety of payment methods available. High discounts available too, travel in a luxury transport at cost less than that of economy local transport through normal discounts or by Road Master. It is exactly what I was looking for. Very very very bad experience for travel through multiple times. In a bus service, i have to wait on terminal 2.5 hours more than the booking time and bookme didn't provide any assistance for this service. The took for granted. After this travel, again i faced issue... Bus 45 minutes late. More, the seat i purchased 3 days before, was given to someone else. I called the helpline and they didn't provide any assistance for this purpose. As their saying, it's non of their concern. very bad service
In today's day and age, it's hard to find a reliable app that doesn't scam you. Bookme is the best app I've found for booking tickets. The discounts are always unbelievable and the interface is simple and easy to use, and they always have the cheapest prices on flights.
