The search is poor, with only 3 mutually exclusive search types (title, subject, and author). There is no way to further filter results, so searching for items actually available in your library is a tedious manual process. There is no way to search for a particular media type. It could easily provide a notification when your books on hold are available, but it does not. In short, everything it does, it does poorly. Can you reserve a book? Yes, but don't expect it to be convenient.

It's a clunky app that pleads for an upgrade. Conviences are not having to navigate the library's catalogue, notifications of items available for pickup or download and pending due dates. The app fails spectacularly in what should be it's most useful function: searches. There is no advanced search option and it frequently returns a false null result or a wealth of irrelevant data. Use the app but double check null results online

I used to use this app alot, but...have gone back to it after a break reading from my kindle and now it will not connect to any of my local libraries. It keeps saying there is a connectivity problem, this has been for 3 weeks now even after uninstalling and reinstalling. Very frustrating as it used to work really well.

I really like the app as it is easy and quick to see what we have on hold and to place a hold. However, they REALLY need to update the app on the Apple store (wife has iphone) as the latest version is 3 years old, and won't consistently remember library card numbers.

While it's not a 100% perfect app, in that there are additional features that would be helpful, I do really like this app. It makes it quick and easy to see the status of my holds, due dates for books, and to place and/or modify holds.

Used to have basic functionality although was infuriating in certain aspects, like needing spelling letter perfect or it would fail. No Intelligent searching at all. But now it won't even let me log in to my nearest library. Bloody terrible. Please fix it.

I used to use this app with very few problems, but now it is absolutely useless. I cannot access my account & it tells me to search for a library to get started. It won't let me search or tells me there are connectivity problems. Aaaaargh!

This app has some very basic functions. Unfortunately, the functions are so basic as to be almost worthless. Even more unfortunate: they are buggy and don't work at least as often as they do. I feel very fortunate that my library subscribers to hoopla so that this isn't my go to library app.

Dreadful. An app from the 1990s? You can't search if you are logged in. Searching brings back bizarre results even if you have specified author or title. Asks me to select my library even though I have one selected as default.

I was able to use the app with great success,, but recently I'm unable to search for my library. Tells me there's a connectivity problem. I really enjoyed using it when it was working.

the platform is poor. the graphically interface makes one question where all the funds to the library go. the app constantly logs you out of your account forcing you to go get your library card and re-enter your card number again, and again, and again. Hmmm...

I used to use this app all of the time for my account and to help with my grandmother's account. The app is super finicky about allowing logins and more more I can't even search for my local library to try using it again. Our library still uses Horizon as its cataloging software.

Useful app. Very helpful in identify which item is ready for pickup and seeing when books are due. Hoping app will provide ability to view lists and library card.

Basic functionality doesn't even work. Something as simple as searching for a book that shows up on the website, and no results show up.

It makes it so easy to get books from the libraries without spending a lot of time there. Also easy to check status if the books you have.

I am able to do the basics put books on hold etc. , nothing else, but this is the only app my library uses are I would delete it. It's a shame because I would really like it if it worked properly.

Slow, and clearly hasn't been updated in years. The app would look right at home in 2011 when it was introduced.

It gives me only two options either to locate the Library or search for library And both the options when clicked results in connectivity issues :(

Some quirks and occasionally crashes. Update, 10/13/21: Now disonnected with my public library account and sign is not working properly.

Keeps crashing and won't let me sign back in. I use this app all the time. Are you ever going to fix it?

just stopped working today. too bad, I really liked this app to quickly see what was due and what new books I had in. Their IT guys need to get it together.

Something happened at the start of the year and the app can no longer find my library or any library near me.

Horrible app, doenst function, doesn't even show a logo of my university. Doesn't let me sign in.

When I press to scan, app crashes. Android, samsung s20 ultra. Please, fix it

Absolutely useless. Won't even load the library I'm looking for, nevermind anything else.

Used to work fine, now asks for Library search and when I try to search my library, it says not found. Piece of junk 🤔

Quick access to all of the library's functions..... Especially the fines that I owe. 😜
