Transaction history available only for 6 months, what a joke. I have never seen a app like this which won't provide your own account transaction history. CC neither understands issue properly nor able to help in providing missing vouchers. Till you get what you paid, it's good but if you get some issue then you will see the hell! Never seen such a stupid customer care.
At first the transaction cancelled so I waited for the refund but didn't get it, and so I cancelled the ticket but now i get only 250 or something back what that also till now didn't get it what the heck is this i will never ever book tickets from your app. Instead I shall go straight to the theatre and book tickets ... Thank you for your excellent service 😡..... This app is fraud guys they are refunding our amount as bms cash which can't be withdrawn or transferred to another account.
Please do not book tickets here. The whole UI/UX is designed to cheat customers out of their money. The 'Movies' tab on their homepage leads to a page where movies releasing 3-4 weeks down the line have been bumped up (over movies released in that week). While the date is displayed, it's not very obvious. So basically they have found a way of bettering their cashflows based on customers' mistakes. On contacting them, they flatly refused to refund or cancel Zilch regard for customers!
Trying to book ticket for a show, the amount gets deducted but the ticket is not booked. Tried it several times but facing the same issue. Although i get refund the next day. But is there something wrong on the recieving end of BMS as the ticket money is not reflected and hence the ticket booking process fails.
The app is very useful and most used by the crowd . Still its missing a star due to the charges they add in the movie tickets and the customer service they provide. The customer service is not customer friendly , they are only focused on themselves so if you make any mistake during booking or something, you cannot expect any help from them.
My experience with BookMyShow was very wasteful when I have to book tickets, the money goes out very quickly from the bank but at the time of refund the costumer service does not know where it dies at the time of making the payment. It would have been better if I could have booked the ticket in offline itself. BookMyShow has poor customer service There is no option to give less than 1 star, if it was there then it would have been ZERO from my side.
I have bought 2 movies, I have downloaded the movies but it has no audio. I have complained about it on twitter and helpdesk email. But the issue is still not resolved. I have provided video evidence of my grievances too. But the situation is still the same. Worst. I have shared every information (my device, am I streaiming it etc) at least 20 times to support team over email and twitter. But no positive response from them.
Book My Show STREAM is a scam! It won't play on (atleast not all} Firestick device... Even though Netflix, prime, others are smoothly working!... And Worst is, their customer care mail will Simply reply try on Other device and then SIMPLY STOP REPLYING TO YOUR OTHER MAILS & Subsequent reminders! Why should I be recommended to watch on A Handheld device when I have firestick working seamlessly on Firbre network for all other apps - simply cause you're won't, even after your claims! Money wasted..
It was my first time using this application and my booking got cancelled twice by them and money was deducted from account that also for twice. And there's no option to talk to customer support also they don't reply on chat support. Why don't you refund the amount as fast as you deduct it from people's Bank account when you are at fault. Very bad service. Very very bad experience.
Try to improve your app stability! Your customer support is useless. Tried 2 times to book tickets both time money was deducted from account but no tickets were issued. Our time and money both are important , don't treat your customers in such way please! Try to give them some respect. I asked for BMC cash , that was also not possible. gg! For wasting a whole day!
There customer support is worst. I have raised a concern thrice but still didn't get any reply. I rent a movie and they sent me link but without getting seen my link has lost even this is not showing in my stream library ,I can't able to see it on fire stick .i tried to contact customer support but surprisingly there were no one to reply. I had to paid again to rent a movie. I lost money for first renting bad app and bad support.
I have the worst ever experience booking the tickets on Bookmyshow. First they charge you convenience fee which is more than 10% of your ticket amount and all you get in return is the inconvenience. I tried booking tickets using the axis bank voucher and then when I tried to cancel the ticket there was no such option. Even the customer care service didn't help me and told that there's no such option of cancellation if the tickets are booked with vouchers. PATHETIC SERVICE!
Don't book movie tickets from this app. I would recommend Paytm for it. I have tried to book tickets for two different movies but evertime it was got cancelled and my money refunded me very late after taking so many follow ups. Request bookmyshow to resolve this issue otherwise it will loose there loyal customers.
Worst experience. I got confirmed tickets and the same tickets were sold to other people. Looks like my movie was cancelled and bookmyshow didn't even bother to inform me. I went all the way to watch the movie and had a bad incident when someone else came to me saying its his seat. And there is no way to call support. The chat support in the app is useless. They respond after an hour and the response won't even show any notifications on the phone. Disappointing service.
I rented 4k Spiderman No Way Home on bookmyshow & that was the biggest mistake of my life. After paying the rent when I started the movie all I could watch was a green screen. They're just looting money from this app & their app is not even good enough to stream a 4k movie. I wouldn't recommend anyone to rent or buy movie from this app & lose your money for good. Moreover their customer support is also not responding at all.
I'm using the app for last 4 year. The latest updates after corona are really looking good special streaming features, but in the new version I have to tap multiple times to open a screen special See All for viewing latest movie list. I think QA team needs to working on UX. Thanks
Poor experience. Unable to get OTP while login . In the profile page, I was unable to view my booked tickets. Also I have doubt about the booking process. I booked tickets for the next day but unfortunately it's booked for the same day. I cross checked the date while booking. Even the cancellation prices are too much.
1.The website is extremely fast and highly efficient with the sole exception of confirming the ticket after the amount has been deducted from my account. Since the bank updates me almost instantly about the transaction, there is no lag from the banks end of the technology 2. I find it extremely unreasonable to have to pay 4000 grand for a set of tickets that cost only 1000 3. Having to choose between losing out on good seats or going broke making payments till a booking is confirmed is not fair
In stream, i had rented a movie, however the screen is quite small and i cannot expand it.. the sound quality is also poor. I raised the concern, however no response. Its a poor app unlike netflix or prime.. please don't go for BookMyShow stream
Ticket booking experience was decent. But in the name of rewards. Just spamming by sending Coindcx sign-up coupon repeatedly! Very bad. No use of using BMS. Previously it was very good and loaded with lot of offers. Nowadays really bad 👎
Worst after sales service ever. There is no margin for error as a human in this app. I accidentally booked a ticket for wrong day and within 5 mins I cancelled and also rebooked a ticket for the right day. Yet I was charged exuberantly in the form of cancellation charges. Worst after sales ever!! I am never booking through the app again. The Luna Chatbot is pathetic, no support whatsoever..agent didn't even come to chat and then ticket was automatically closed without even solving my query
They have cancelled a concert for April, I was enquiring for a refund, and till date[MAY], they cant give me an update nor refund. Its almost past a month now, and no refund still and no option of that on the app. They are the 1 who cancel the concert, and they should take responsibillity. I must not waste a single penny because it is my hard earned money.
Okay it works, but there are a handful of problems with it. First, the app says No Internet Connection sometimes or just keeps on loading, even though I have a super fast connection. Second, I have seen people getting charged for the tickets and the tickets don't get issued to them, the page just goes on loading and loading after the payment is completed. Interface can be improved. It's not bad but can get better. Please add a dark mode. If you can fix all the above, it's really worth 5 ⭐
