I really dislike this app it's horrible, I'm stuck with it per my textbooks. There's to many problems to list. Let's put it this way I can kind of see to read my books on any device but the interface is so crazy you can't touch it as if I was holding my book but it's on fire yeah read that. Yeah I always have the best devices to so it's them.

Define function is not working, it just google word "dictionary". The text is very hard to read or adjust to the phone screen, not like an ebook, rather like a pdf file - you have to pinch to zoom in and out all the time. Text to speech sounds like robot from old sci-fi. I would not use this software at all, if I wasn't forced to by my school. The PC version is even worse...

Love this app and book format. I do a lot of driving and the read around function is great. It really helps me keep up with assigned readings. The voices can be a little hard to get use to and sometimes the pronouncing of difficult or longer words are are little off, but nothing to bad.

Although I didn't have any major issue while using the app (transition while zooming in/out and scrolling can be better though), for some weird reason this App has been draining battery on my tab as well as Laptop. Kindly look into the issue as it defeats the purpose of using a tab and read my notes on this app while on the go.

Audio play settings are terrible and will not consistently stay connected to any devices (tried speakers, headset, car radio) when playback is paused and re-started. No swipe option to close the app so once I open a book it stays open on my status bar unless I completely log out. If there are fixes I'd love to hear them becuse the rest of the interface is great. Audio on my commute is my primary use for this app and I'm just frustrated so far.

2020, It is a great app. Very useful, it has great features. Helped me a lot. Thanks. Its now 2022 and I'm still enjoying this app. It helped a lot when writing papers for college, to look and read the text book, highlight and to take notes. I also used the read to me feature, but I rather read it myself. Thank you for this app, it is great and helpful.

Exceptional, but not spectacular. Sometimes the app will not fully load on my Chromebook, and sometimes on my phone as well. Sometimes it gets stuck on the logo screen before taking me to my library and I have to force stop/close it and reopen, sometimes this has to be done several times before it behaves correctly. I would rate it 4 stars....even 5 stars, but not until the bug is corrected.

Unbearably slow compared to every other digital manuscript I've ever read. Will waste countless hours of my time over the span of a degree if this isn't remedied. You can't load four pages in advance at a time?? Both in browser and on my e-reader it is unbearably slow to load the next page

The University I attend issues paper textbooks. Having the digital option is great when you are as busy as I am. The rental for a digital textbook through VitalSource is reasonably priced so I am able to afford it without adding to much extra expense.

Nice app, glad I could load the books on multiple devices: phone, tablet, and pc. Only draw back was the audio reader, wish it understood word wrap better. It would have made the Bluetooth connection during car rides make more sense. Highlighter and bookmarking features are nice.

Very convenient and it's not "buggy" like a lot if apps are. It has helped me a lot. I just wish it would allow me to place it on all my devices. Currently I have it on my laptop and my cell phone. But I also have a tablet and a desktop. It won't seem to allow me to use it on all my devices. I'm not sure why. Overall, great app.

App is OK, but export to SD card on a tablet would be better. Also the Windows version of the app needs an urgent update. App keeps crashing. Have tried restarting the computer and same thing keeps happening. PLEASE FIX BOTH THESE ISSUES. Thank you kindly.

Love the convenience the app offers. It runs smoothly and interacts across all devices. The highlighting, notes, flashcard features are so helpful. Can't wait for the live pen feature to become a permanent tool.

I have only had those app for about 20 minutes and it deems very difficult to use. You can only turn pages by tapping the screen so it is constantly turning the page when I don't want it to. The highlight function isn't working properly. The text is hard to read because it is so small so then I zoom in but then makes it more difficult to highlight and navigate. I only got this app because of a book that I can only access via the app otherwise I don't recommend. Very disappointed.

Won't Open, Not User Friendly Like a lot of people I bought this app for my college books. The app hardly ever opens it just freezes on the loading screen. The highlighting option is not at all user friendly. Most of the time at highlights words that I wasn't trying to highlight, or or the options for what colors I want pops up and will not go away, blocking the words and I'm trying to read. Over all I hope to never to use this app again after this semester. Use the kindle app instead.

No bad. Contiuous scrolling can use some improvement. I'd sugest only rendering 2 pages ahead and behind the user's current page. The drop in frames when using this mode is noticable, and fixing this will make for a overall smoother feel. The cloud sync is an excelent feuture as well as the the highlighter functionality. It's also worth noting that when using this app in split screen mode on my tablet I sometimes can't see the bottom of the page!

The app doesn't load when I try to open it. I have to Uninstall and reinstall every time I'm trying to access it. Please resolve this issue. I can't study efficiently if I don't have access to my textbooks.

So as a busy full time Paramedic trying to go to college full time, it is hard to lug around big text books. It is nice that I can grab my tablet or cell phone between calls and catch up on some reading. It is nice to be able to highlight sections or bookmark areas so I can review them quickly before an exam.

It can't be that hard to have the highlighter be accurate while using the (read out loud) function. Highlighter is always inaccurate and always skips ahead.

good experience overall, but the notification player for listening to books is inconsistent. sometimes it doesn't show up but other times it stays even when the app is fully closed. it also doesn't go in the new media player section in android 11 which I believe it should.

This is terrible. Slow, or does not respond. Does not send reset password email. No help on the website. Wiley you have a terrible customer service. On your website says chat now and the hours but then self help of how to navigate your website which had updated so no longer congruent with the selfhelp and BOT.

The app isn't intutive and the 'walk through' doesn't show much on book navigation. If a book is divided by sections AND chapters, the default view is only sections. You have to be very specific in where you click, and the features aren't great.

I don't have a lot of experience with most of the features, but I'm giving it 5 stars simply because it is so much easier to read an e-book style version of my textbook in this app than to try and get the browser to work on my tablet. Thanks for this app!

Good app but the coachme feature doesn't work on the app version for me, only the internet version (apps up to date & tried reaching customer support but they told me it's working fine). Also: - please please add a sleep timer feature!! - option to turn highlights into flash cards - dark theme option. Would be 5 stars then :)
