Bookshelf - Your virtual library

Perfect library organizer. It also has a store, and intuitive interface, so I have discovered that many books I own are part of a series. You also have the ability to edit books in any way; I use it the most to change my books cover art. I recommend this app for anyone--it has already saved me a ton of money.

Cool app for organising a personal library. The bulk scan works very well and offers good search options. It focuses to much on the read/not read aspect for my liking and offers limited statistics. Also, the inclusion of image crop capability would be nice. Good app.

This is an absolutely fantastic app. I wish I had this when I was in high school. I was hand writing pretty much all included in this app into notebooks, for over 800 books and counting. Labor of love, for sure. Thank you so much for giving this to us. Also, I really love that I can select which cover/edition of each book I have, as the page counts do differ! Other apps did not allow for this. I have shared this app with dozens of people since finding it!

I love the app, it is a great way to organize my increasing book collection. One thing I have not found how to solve (perhaps is not there) is how to organize names. Some authors have two names, some have a last name that has two parts, but the default goes to the last word as last name. Is there a way to fix that? Like quotation marks or the like? Thanks for the great work!

No directions anywhere to import an existing list. No mention of limits or numbers of books/media. Loaded 1 book and exported to get the columns in the .csv. Updated with a few books. Uploaded. Prolems: there is a bookshelf column, but you must select a single bookshelf to upload to, and then manually move them to the correct bookshelf; the "read" column is a 1, 0 for unread by elimation, no in progress setting I could determine (no directions); no option for co-author.

This app has been fantastic for cataloging my books. There have been several times I've picked up a book thinking I don't have it, only to come home and find two copies I didn't know were there. This is going to be a great help withmo book shopping in the future!

Excellent app, I love it because it loads so quickly and the barcode scanner works very well unlike other apps. Very quick and easy to add a whole pile of new books to the collection.

I can’t view the book covers exactly at the size I added. It reduces the size of book covers. Thus, both the cover becomes blurry and I have a hard time reading what is written on the cover. This problem must be fixed immediately. I should be able to display the book covers in whatever size I have added photos for the book cover.

I just downloaded the app and 30 minutes into using it...it's freaken awesome!! So easy to use! I LOVE that it has the option to "batch scan" as well as batch scan your books into a bookshelf you specify. Just took out a box of books from storage and have decided to sell them. I created a bookshelf titled "to sell" and batch scanned all 30 books in under 2 minutes! It scans that fast! There's more that's awesome about the app, but this capability is my fave! Kudos to the developer!

Way better than the last cataloging app I used. Now I can separate out my physical books from my ebooks. The only thing I would beg for is some kind of check mark or something on Read books when looking through them on the shelves. If they add that then this app is perfect.

I love batch scan feature to scan multiple books at a time. But 4 stars because it can't recognize dome ISBN baroda so you have to manually input them in. Sometimes on rare occasions it won't have the title so you have to add it.

This app is great. Easy to use and it's just right for my needs I like creating lots of different shelves and tags.i quit using Goodreads. I found it too cluttered and busy. This is so much simpler. The only thing is some web compatibility eventually?

Really happy with the app layout and functionality. Would be great if there were more reviews for books but that will hopefully improve in time. Otherwise it's a really nice app.

I love this app! It's simple and has all the features I need. It even shows the prices! Still, there are a few things that would make using the app easier: It would be really cool if you could switch between the different sections (Books, Shelves, Tags) just by swiping to the left/right. Basically like you switch to the different pages on your homescreen or from Chats to Status in the WhatsApp Messenger. It's also kinda difficult to find the right version of the book and a category you like.

It has been good so far, I have created 25 shelves and stored over 200 books. Most of the books, could be automatically scanned and added. A few books were added manually. I could feed the information of place, date and price of purchase on all the books. However it would be more nicer, if you had a list that I could print and even share online, without that person having to download the app to see.
