Through this app I found the books I've been wanting at a good price. Question though; why can't I add any books to my cart in blackwell? There's no add to cart/wishlist button whatsoever. What's puzzling is that it also said it delivers to my country so I'm a bit confused here if it can be used or not.
A great app for comparing and ordering - my issue is with the technical and UX sides. It's extremely slow, and there are some user issues. The most obvious one is that it's really hard to get to your cart - as far as I can make out there is no link or button on the home page or wishlist to get to it! It also requires quite a few clicks to add something to the cart, and some buttons lead you to the shop's website on the browser, which means you can't add to your cart on the app.
Currencies are always wrong. The developers arrogantly want to wish away a bug into a feature no matter how much you specify the fix for them. A real pity.
There are 3 separate bookstores in this app. I prefer Better World Books, which has individual books not only with price discounts, but with free shipping. 1 night I bought 5 Dean Koontz books for under $20!!! If you appreciate the feel of an actual book in your hands and at tremendous savings, get this app and enjoy!!!
It's kind of confusing. You start on one sight and by a touch you can be on another. Not sure how to share a wishlist, seeing as how I have made two different versions. The prices are good. Just not easy to use.
Very easy way to find the best prices for whatever books you might need.
Not very well made. You can hardly organize the way your searches appear. There is also a frequent bug -- when you click to see the second page of your search, it says "Nothing found" as if there's an error. Annoying!
Good app so far! Does what it says. Only negative I have noticed is that sometimes the prices differ in a scale of a cent. Possible features: I would love it, If I got notifications for price drops on items I have selected.
I ordered 2 books that i was very much excited about. They arrived on time (2 weeks) but what i got was more like cheap pamphlets- they look like the owners manual you get with a new appliance. My cell phone manual is better quality. I was hoping they would have color photos inside since the subject matter is japanese shibori dyeing methods. One pamphlet has no pics at all and the other has a few small black and white pictures all together on 2 pages. Big let down. What a rip off. $15 wasted.
I was so excited as I was adding books to my basket. When I was about to seal the deal and update my address, my country, Philippines is not included. This broke my heart because I was excited and joyful to find so many interesting books that I'd like to purchase. Only to find out that my country is not part of the list. It even say on the application that it has free shipping here in the Philippines. :( Will give 5 starts if this can be updated. Such great list of books!
Hey I like the app except Its a bit all over the place like u have to go back and change servers every time it would be better if u could give use the image of the products then click the one we want without going back and forward between the websites
Poor returns policy - purchased book of children's crosswords that contained NO crosswords. just word searches and other puzzles. Book Depository continually wilfully misunderstood. asking for endless admin trivia that they can already see from my account. but then I would have to pay for return postage to get a refund. buyer beware.
Great app. Very easy to use to look at books but when you order and give your information there isn't a easily apparent button to confirm. Still don't know whether the bookshop got my order as they haven't taken money from my account. Help

Great app to compare prices across different book sellers. || Some suggestions for the wishlist tab: 1. Allow an option to change the default seller's prices instead of defaulting to BD 2. Extension of point 1 - option to display the best price instead of the prices from just one seller 3. Have an option to have the list in a table format (columns: image, title, author, BD price, BW price, etc) || Suggestion for search results: 1. Allow sorting by title
Great app, compared prices from multiple stores to give you the lowest price available, very reliable! I mostly use book desposity because:great condition, very fast shipping, accurate and awesome costumer service! Totally recommend.
I love how easy it is to work with this app. Everything is straight forward. I get options and info on the shipping costs and the different editions and availability. Really like this!

A very good app but when I add something to my wishlist and visit that wishlist, it says that my wishlist is empty. When i re-add it, it says that the book is already there. Also, when I add another book it will say that page is lost.
Perfect for comparing prices and availability. Easy to use and gives all necessary details when searching for a specific book; either by title or author. I highly recommend this app.
They are great! Very nicely priced books. Just add on your wishlist and watch when you will get a good deal. Paper packaging by Book Depository, no plastic - great.

the app has just about every book you can think of the only thing is it s , so damn hard to, figure out how 2 pay for the books!!! I have to send to my sister to pay. if I didn't love2 read so much I would say screw it!
