Way too many unwanted notifications. App works for the reason I had to install it, but then starts spamming other services. Very annoying. No need for further details, I described the issue perfectly. I downloaded the app because I had to in order to make an appointment to use a local service. Then received a bunch of spam for other products and services that I did not sign up for.

Awful app. I have spent 1 hour trying to book an appointment to the hairdresser and still couldn't make it! At first I kept receiving error messages from this app, and then I couldn't pay through the app. The app sent messages that my bank didn't authorize the payment but when I called to the bank, they said they even hadn't received any payment requests from anywhere! I do NOT recommend this app. It's highly inconvenient and fill off errors!

Great app for booking, but I am really missing an option to filter reviews by service, or stylist/hairdresser. Many times at one salon they have multiple services available and even though they could be great with nails they may not be the best with eyebrows etc. This filtering option would make this app even better!

Really good app, but... It's a really great app to make appointments for my barbershop, but I think boosky could make this app better: calendar integration, in the sense where, I give Booksy access to my callendar, and then it only proposes to me time where my barber and I are available. Instead of only showing time when my barber is available

I was having great experience until few days ago. I have same barber I use for a while now and usually if he isn't available, the date is blocked out. Friday the 20th, it was open to book, so I did. When I got to the shop, they said he hadn't been there all day apparently. So I cancel because obviously it was all misleading information for me and I showed up with no one there for appointment. I get charged $45 from my account. I don't think that is right at all.. I shouldn't be penalized at all

Handy for making and changing appointments. Never had a technical issue, very reliable. Only stopped from getting 5 stars because notifications of upcoming appointments use American system of dates - mm/DD/yy. Needs option to change to another format, eg. dd/mm/yy to avoid confusion.

Booking is very easy and I like the remainders. I wish there was a setting to record what you asked for as your cut - remembering grades/fades etc is something that I often struggle with and would like the app to record.

Excellent experience with an outstanding professional barber. I have not been able to find a barber who has the knowledge and experience to cut a beard, Javan has both. Very relaxed atmosphere, I will definitely be back and would recommend this barber to anyone looking.

Great overall, but quite annoying that the dates for appointments are in American, so it's quite confusing at times and I have to double check I definitely booked the correct date. You would think such a simple detail would be adjusted for the rest of the world in an app which is solely about getting appointments.

Update: 05/16/22 Still no response from customer service. DO NOT USE THIS APP!!!! I booked a hair appointment via this app and got ripped off. I paid upfront for service that I never received and I can't get my money back! The hair stylist says she never received payment even though Booksy took the money out of my account. Booksy's customer service is non-existent. I spent 20 minutes ( on serveral occasions) on hold and no one answered. Save yourself the headache and don't use this service.

I like the books the app because you get to review the places you want to go. if they have pictures or photos you're able to actually see the quality of work that is being presented and make a good judgment call from it. I believe the more people review the better this app will be because now we are a good resource for things in the community.

Been coming here for YEARS! The only place I've been to that knows exactly what I like and how I like it. I've tried other places but I'd rather drive the extra kms to get what I want the right way. Carmen(the owner) did my first lash lift and tint for my first visit and it was spectacular! And she's passed on my preferences to the staff if I can't see her so I always get what I want. Kat is my other go-to! So friendly and nice and also does a terrific job with lash lifts/tints and Henna Brows!

I have been visiting the studio since December and each time has been a treat! it's a 45 minute drive, but totally worth it. Christina is extremely pleasant and the treatment is very quick. The atmosphere is always nice and clean, and they offer several services. The Brazilian Sugaring Studio is highly recommended by me.

Assyria is always kind, attentive and very much interested in what the client wants while also providing her professional spin. Basically she works with her clients to achieve the desired look. Assyria recently did the big chop for me (literally brought me back to life), I've sat in her chair twice since, her great service has remained unchanged. By the way, the shop itself is pleasant and the guys in the shop are always respectful. Much appreciated 💖

Worst app ever. I was told I could check or change my appointment, which by the way is WRONG, and after downloading it there is no place to go to find your current appt to change it. I would give this app and service a 0 but you had to give at least 1 star to move on.

We arrived early because we wanted to check the place out. There was a big screen TV playing a movie. We didn't mind waiting and the entertainment.The service was done professionally on time by Demarkus. He was very professional and friendly and answered all my questions. The cut was super awesome! We are very happy with his services and we this will be our place for years to come! Nothing like supporting our brother! We recommend him to all our family and friends!

Krystal is awesome!!! Both myself and our grandson love our haircuts!!! We're new to the area and saw her reviews so we thought we'd give her a try. We found ourselves our new barber!!! The shop is clean and organized and the other barbers are friendly and respectful. Thank you Krystal!! We'll be back!!

First time using it, had issues trying to register my card, finally got it registered, paid but changed the appointment slot I wanted, so got charged 8 pound to cancel and reschedule. It should have told me the slot I wanted had been taken in the time I was registering my card instead of moving it to the next available time slot

Scheduled an barber appointment, although it was never confirmed by the provider and the shop was closed, Booksy allowed the provider to tag me No-show. I got charged $30 and Booksy won't step in to resolve the issue. They told me to contact the provider, and if they deny refund, to dispute with credit card!! They take the money, but won't take responsibility!! Do not schedule through Booksy, call the provider directly!!!

Always a professional service, Always warm and welcoming. Starting to see some amazing results, Only shaving your legs twice a month is a bonus. I have PCOS and get really paranoid about hairs on my face, I have always worn a scarf regardless of the weather. Now I hardly wear one.

The app works fine on my ipad but has stopped working correctly for my android phone. Available appointments are not showing on my phone which for the business I use it for is a problem as I can not amend appointments unless I have my ipad. 2 stars because on my ipad it's great, but as an android user I am disappointed

This app is a misrepresentation to black barber. After missing one appt. the app locked up and I could no longer schedule appt. I think all barber should see what and who are representing them.

I'm irritated as hell. A barber I used to go to over 7 yrs ago put my phone number on this app and I CANNOT REMOVE IT!! I get text notices from different phone numbers so every time I block it, another one from a different number. I keep downloading the app to see if they've made changes to this aspect, and NOPE! It's irritating and upsetting and I wish they would make the process easier. I should have the option of removing my info from an app I never heard of before.

I made an appointment for a haircut via Google. I have done this multiple times. I need to change the time and it won't let me. I downloaded the app and created a profile and it still doesn't bring up my appointment. How to I cancel/change the appointment?

I absolutely loved my experience with Catherine! Her work is very subtle & natural looking she is exceptionally talented with aesthetics. I would highly recommend. Very clean & lovely venue

Works perfectly for booking. The only issue is that for some reason it blocks the phone's clipboard access. So, if you have a long password, be prepared to type everything by hand

I booked a body contouring package with Brett. I was so impressed with the results from just one treatment. I am amazed at how much improvement I see already in my belly area and my bottom. I am so excited to see the final results.He made me feel so comfortable. I was so impressed that I also booked a facial contouring package and a chemical peel. The services he offeres are so reasonable priced as well. I am so happy I decided to do alittle me maintaince with Brett, he is absolutely amazing
