Booky - Restaurants and Deals

My first time to book an order thru this app. 2 numbers texted me and I can't even contact any of them. And when I called the booky support no ones answering my call. After more than an hour, the delivery guy called me at a lost because the restaurant made a wrong pin of our address. I booked thru this because its free delivery. I get hunger for booking a free delivery. I don't recommend this app.

This is one of my favorite apps for buying foods and snacks. Though the app itself is good and of much use. I hope you can provide easier confirmation after scanning the QR. I have experienced falling in line after scanning and customers lined up at my back, causing delay because of the delayed confirmation text message from your app. I hope to see the solution on your next update. Thank you!

I cannot filter the food, glam, etc. It makes everything easier. Also, the signs that a restautant has an offer is nowhere to be found. Having a sign makes it easier. This app used to be my favorites plus the promos that you offer, but now the app makes it even harder to look for establishments that has promos. Bring back the old yet super convenient interface.

Crashes and shows a blank page most of the time. When you the press back key it automatically exit the app. It's really frustrating and time consuming to restart over and over. I would've rate it 5 because of the deals but it is kinda frustrating that I end up not using the app.

Good app for deals. I especially love that if you don't use your 1 month free trial that much, they'll give you another month for free ☺ But a problem I've encountered is that when I press a push notification, the app launches but doesn't finish loading. It only shows placeholder stuff and no text or images. Edit: issue was fixed!

I can't even sign up with booky no matter how many times I try. I have input the right number to sign up but I can't receive the code no matter how many times I clicked resend. I have tried to uninstall and reinstall the app but it does not work. I have tried doing it on the website but its also not working. Very frustrating and disappointing experience. Won't recommend it to anyone.

Last year I subscribed to Booky again, for one year. It was supposed to have a Landers promo which I did not get. Quite sad because I could not use the app. It comes with a "something went wrong" msg when I check on Account details. The people behind it are generous and kind. They immediately attend to concerns too. It is one great app for foodies and budget friendly, too

The app offers really good discounts and I can see myself using it regularly. But the app consumes too much battery when being used. Browsing through the menu is a pain in the ***. It's laggy and it keeps scrolling up when you scroll down. Also there are duplicate promotions showing in the same menu.

Every time I scan the code it automatically directs me to the claimed part, which is really frustrating since I haven't claimed anything yet and embarrassing when I'm on queue, coz of course I have to double check. It was good before the update. Was planning to subscribe after the trial but it seems it got updated to the negative side. Not gonna recommend anymore.

Before you download the trial promo make sure you know that they will automatically deduct payments for your regular subscription after the promo. sometimes we forget about this since the trial period is 3 month...if you cancel the subs, it will be effective immidiately. Payment made will be forfited. easy money. the next thing is you cant cancel the subscription from the apps. you have to log in to their website making it harder for non-techy person to figure out. Just a warning.

Great app! Me and my wife had so much savings from this app, that when our free trial was over, we opted to avail 1 year subscription. Just a little disappointed to know that the only difference between Booky prime member and free member is the expiry date. Same offer, same limit in offer, no other benefit other than having a full year validity. I was hoping that being a Booky prime member would give us unlimited access to their discounted offers (no 4x a month limit, etc) Still, big thanks!

This app offers great promos but the current version of the app I have now is INCREDIBLY SLOW. It's very difficult and unmotivating tk navigate through the app. The lag from just scrolling through the offers is too much. It's got nothing to do with my phone, I've checked. I've also tried u installing then reinstalling the app but it's still the same.

the app is very buggy after all the updates. whenever you click on something it will freeze on that category even though the screen is still moving and it will not allow u to click on anything else. this bug is experienced using the following phones we have: asus zenfone 3 and 5, vivo , samsung a6+. therefore it's not a phone issue its the app itself is buggy as hell.

Unsubscribing is very inaccessible! I still got billed during this pandemic eveb if I already attempted to cancel my subscription. Maybe my cancellation did not push through but nonetheless, it is very hard to do. Can't help but think that this is an intentional design decision to keep people from moving out of the subscription because it is very hassle to do so

The discounts are great but the app is always, always, always freezing up and that's not good since the coupons are only for 10 mins. Even if I'm just browsing, the app just freezes. Thinking of deleting after the trial if this doesn't improve.

I'm thinking of uninstalling booky. I'm a prime member and every time I redeem, the timer shows claimed even if I haven't claimed at all. I feel embarassed as everytime I show the app to the merchant, I would have to explain the issue and ends with decline from store managers. Too bad as I pay every month for booky subscription yet I can't enjoy the benefits because of the issues with the app. Latest experience was just last night with Tokyo Tokyo.

I just finishedy trial and Booky is mostly okay. I do wish they had more partners because sometimes the options are too limited. Sometimes the app doesn't work, and the promos are not regularly updated. Half the time I click on one, but it's already unavailable. I actually want to keep the app, but the payment options are also unavailable to me 🤷

Never had the chance to try this in restaurant but when I have to used it, the app keeps crashing everytime I open and sometimes it gets lag when I'm adding some menu to favorites. I don't know why but it will be useless if I want to try the app but the app does not cooperate. Hope you'll fix this problem so we can also enjoy discounts on food using booky. Thanks!

The directory isn't updated. Apparently some establishments here no longer have the Booky promos when I checked (as of 08/07/2021). Also I find it hard to click inside the app at times. This is despite having cleared the app cache, removing the app from the apps list and opening it again and even restarting my phone.

App is very buggy ever since. When you clicked the notification, it wont take you to the deal but to the home page. Tried to scan shop's qr code, only blank page after, very inconvenient. Now, clicked a shop and didn't load, blank page again. Take note that my app is always up to date. I hope my booky premium will not be wasted.

I tried to claim the coupon but it needs internet connection. I had an option to send the verification via sms but the sms did not arrive while I was at the store and trying ti claim the coupon. I wasted the coupon plus I felt ashamed because I made the cashier wait for nothing. By the way, I just installed the latest version. 😤😤

A good app for discounts and b1g1 offers but sometimes there's a cathch especially in terms of serving with some partner restaurants where in it is not their usual size,toppings or quality as when you buy it outright. Also prices should be stated well either b1g1 or just discounted. Not a problem of the app/developer most of the time the establishments😔

Error is encountered after scanning QR code. "Oops! Something went wrong. Make sure you are connected to the internet and try again." All of the clients of Infinitea Pilar Village is experiencing this. Kindly address this concern. Thanks!

Ever since you guys updated the app, it doesn't work anymore. It always freez whenever I click an offer. After that It will just be a total blank white screen and I have to restart the app over again. I tried installing the app again and clear cache but non of it work. It's still not working. What's your plan about this!??
