Every once in a while it freezes but works most of the time
No show?? You scheduled a screen sharing virtual chat. I specifically requested a live CALL. Do not attempt to save face by lying in your reply. And your "credit" was 1/4 what it was supposed to be. I stand behind my original review. Horrible customer service and marginal timeclock app at best. we are switching to Service Auto Pilot. 100 times better and they're customer service is amazing. Your app will be irrelevant soon. You should treat your customers better.
Its very good but i wish i would stay running if you go in a no service area and still register your time on the app and just update it online when it gets back into a service area. Other than that, very easy to use and covenient.
I check in just fine. At the end of the shift I go to check out and it says account not active. Keeps doing this every day. Customer service has been no help.
When i clocked out for break and finished i clocked back in to work and then it clocked me back out and i don't know what that is. Has happened to me a little over a few times. Same when I'm clocking in.
The worst app on my phone, doesn't record times frequently, logs you off by itself and takes forever to log back on, also you have to close the app to re enter every time
So buggy, super slow, does weird things like log me into a shift twice so that i have 2 shifts happening simultaneously. Overall annoying to use.
sometimes it signs us completely out of the app, or when we clock in it will put me on break and i didnt push it. sometimes it keeps us clocked in for 24 hours.
Have been using app for several months. Beginning today app crashes when I try to save Shifts. Annoying!
Needs a better way to edit my time. Keeps clocked on multiple jobs! Won't let switch jobs if you already left it and enroute to the next.
Takes very long to log in majority of the times you have to try 4 to 5 times ,also tells you your to far away to clock in or out meantime I always do these functions before I leave the building
Doesn't work half the time. Says it records your time and then doesn't. I've had it tell me I'm "too far away" to check in/out of a facility when I'm LITERALLY standing inside.
One star is too much Pitiful system, I will never take a job using that app again, it's waste of time and effort.
This works some times. It's great to be greeted Monday morning with a survey blocking the clock in button.
85% of the time it works, doenst register after loss of connections though. overall it works well
Great options in app with lots of controls. Keeps demanding rating from employees who have to install it to get paid, so here.

easy to use first time ever had a smart phone or clocked in time for a job in my life and I can use it
good system easy to use and understand as well as being very accurate
It's an ok app for what it does: clocking in and out for a job. A few problems I have had throughout the years are constantly getting force logged out, not clocking me out correctly, and occasional time cards being deleted out of nowhere. It has been working pretty well recently so I think things are getting better. Like I said, it's pretty good for what it does...
