Boomtown is where it is at. Easy to use, indepth training and overall great support. I'm a fan!

Great for on the go notes and info reference. There are a few challenges with the android version: not able to create or edit e-alerts is the biggest issue for me, also cannot view links through emails. All in all a great tool to keep organized while out in the field!

Leads don't appear in order. Low functioning, requires use of another app to accurately log contact, have to toggle often which is inconvenient and overwhelming when I'm busy. I dislike contacting clients through a Boomtown number. I feel it's more personable to have my clients saving and communicating through my personal number. Personal preference maybe.

Love the app. Seldom crashes these days. Easy access to your leads & their activity. Prompts user to log communication & create to-do's.

The BT NOW app lets me follow up with leads and log calls and notes while on the go which is really helpful because you never know when you will have a lead come in. Boomtown is consistently updating their system as well to make sure that you can stay on top of leads and clients. Favorite part of the app is either the "waiting on you" seeing what is most urgent to get to or the insights showing which leads are interested in what homes

Love the app. Not sure if it is just my phone or all androids but it seems to take a while for the app to load when opening it up. Causes me to miss out on several shark tank opportunities. Other than that it is easy to use and allows for me to do followups all times of the day.

Not only are you provided with a top notch website that provides leads to you, but the have a very extensive library of computer based training (CBT) and live training calls constantly. There is even an option to have a one on one coach call. Excellent platform !!

Still in the beginning phase of learning this system. I do like it better than the many I've tried thus far. When I master it I know I will change my business trajectory for the better. It is user friendly and integrates well with other viable systems.

the app is very easy and great to use! The only thing I don't like is that I can't always pick the drip I want to sometimes it limits me by the clients category. I also wish I could my emails before I send them using a template.

I've been having issues with texts switching from coming from the same # to every text coming from a different #. Now I'm not getting texts at all! Not good. Also, the email comes in, I get on the site and it says the person was on a hour ago...not good! I also can't acces everything that I can from my computer. Not happy with it right now.

loved the app even more before android did their last update . now the sharing preference has changed so the app doesn't record my calls on boomtown any more and while I'm on the phone with a potential lead, I cant look at their account anymore. I hope android changes their settings soon, I really loved using this app

I'm having issues with my app on my android. it ised to record automatic the conversation now for last months i have to manually open the lead to record conversation. also when i click the BT icon on my phine it opens my cell phone command...ive reported thia and was told that it was due to an update...but still not working as before.

Love the App and the access to clients, but it needs some work. Texting doesn't work very well and I would love some different options for emailing specific types of properties to my leads.

I'e had a pretty good experience with Boomtown! Definitely would recommend! The interface is simple and easy to use, and they offer a lot of great training on how to use all the features so you aren't left to wander around in the dark!

Good. Would prefer to have more options for blast emails. Such as templates, designs, where I can create an email with pictures, colores, background, different fonts. Etc..

My experience with boomtown so far has been excellent. I love the many integration options and how well this site functions to perform operations, syncs with the app and has many tools built in to give us and edge.

A full CRM and lead gen tool in your pocket. Maybe a little clumsy to navigate, but solid sms reliable, gives you all the tools you need to keep up with your database, and funnels interested leads right to you.

Easy to use but is missing some options that would make it more useful.

Request- Would you consider locking the header row on the Lead Central screen? Is there a setting for that option?

Works well. It's nice to have in the palm of your hands. We use the app to call, text and email clients. Then it's recorded. We also get instant alerts to new leads

Crashes, frrezes often of late. Has an ongoing issue that after you dial the phone it gets stuck and you cant get back to app. They are aware and months ago said would fix with update. Website is fine... mobile app almost unusable now.

Normally great but recently I've had to uninstall and reinstall because it stops allowing me to log out and log in to my other accounts. Super frustrating. Other than that small bug its great!

BT is hijacking email they consider as being from a BT lead and I consider a friend. To make it worse BT strips off email attachments. This means having to ask for attachments to be re-sent to email addresses unknown to BT. Very frustrating. BT was very uncooperative trying to resolve this. We currently have more than a dozen licenses with BT that we will be moving to a new CRM vendor 1st qtr 2020.

Forced updates with no warning. Constant crashing and limited functionality. Does not recognize phone calls made to or from leads. Cannot send images from phone.

A good way to receive leads interested in purchasing a home! I had good success in 2021!

Great CRM to organize your leads. Keeps you on task without missing a beat.

It's by no means the affordable option, but if you want to stay on top of your leads there isn't a better option! With daily insights you will see what leads have been back to your sight, what they looked at, whether they calculated a mortgage and how many times they viewed a home. CRM is great! Concierge will set appointments for you. You will close more deals on leads you dropped because they aren't buying today! Easy to post ads from! Admin is great!

App is great and works well. Just wish it would automatically record calls made to avoid having to manually enter.

Boom town has been a great CRM platform, it really keeps you up to date.
