Most of the technicians are if you called them doing an excellent job it is other things I don't know it has to do with the phone itself that you buy or other things that do it cuz my last phone was working perfect new phones they don't even last as long
so far so good ive been with boost forever i wish they gave a little more deals with long term customersthan what they do offer just sometimes system is very slow
I need to pay my bill but it doesn't tell me How to change my debit card number. My account was hacked and I need to change it.
I broke my phone and received a new phone replacement today and no one at Boost can help me activate this new phone

Deserves 0 stars, sadly though that not an option. It does not work at all.
Complete waste of time. I put names addresses. And nothing found. Then used my dad. And other friends info. Not one phone number was found. NOT 1. SO WASTE OF TIME. Why would boost even put name on such a poor app. Oh and looks like im not only one. Who got no results.
What is the point of this, there is google assistant, Siri and so many things that can do what this can much more efficiently

You have to pay to use the service...I hate telephone services that offer the bare minimum and then nickle and dime ypi for everything you need for quality service and it only works when you have high speed data whcih they limit after you use 35 gigs every month. What a rip off!!!
