Boost App

What is the expiring points (just lost 13k) when it is getting harder to accumulate points? Maybe you should ask the super rich to use your app to accumulate these points. The accumulation of points is further hampered by your already minimal point values ratio to payment. There are better e-wallets out there offering better returns. Been using Boost for years but seems to be gradually falling behind others with lack of benefits and return values.

Very bad app! WORST E-WALLET!!! I have problem when trying to pay at the counter today and several times previously and the app is not working, it says service unavailable when my Internet line was good, weather was good as well. This happens quite few times and I'm getting frustrated. Will withdraw my money from this app and delete it for good!!!

Bring back the previous UI!!! The latest update is very messy. What used to be so convenient before is messed up with the current version. Everything is all over the place. Those accounts in 'pay bills' section please segregate according to the service provider laa senang nak tengok

To me, this app is good and user friendly same as other apps, but sometimes there is a bug problem when i try to paid at the counter not often. Point redeem is very unsatisfied compared to other apps... I would like to suggest to add point reedemtion convert with money or discount. Also, please inform or make an announcement every winner of "pick & win" at the apps or any pages. Thanks..

It is still convenient to use and the refreshed interface looks more interactive than before, but further demovated using it because the new reward system is another level of unattractiveness, the stars may looks a lot but each star worths even lesser than each coin before the update.😔 Update: redeemed the RM5 reward for East Malaysia Groceries Wallet, but unable to utilize it at the eligible places, wasted the stars and time to visit the places. Fortunately the prepaid reload reward works.

Recently boost just come out with duitnow option, i never register duitnow with boost, my duitnow registered with bank only, but recently when i receive money, it goes into my boost account. I try to duitnow out from boost, but it only allowed around 25% of it. So i email boost support team, after one week of conversation, they are helpless, seems like they are encouraging user to terminate the account and charged 2% processing fees. I'm a loyal user for years, but i will banned boost after this

I wasted almost 30 minutes waiting for the apps to enter the online banking page to topup Boost wallet and ended up failed to do so. I had to pay using debit card instead of Boost. This is not the first time i experienced this situation. Please stabilise this app before everyone fed up.

It was a great improvement after no more sudden pop up for update, yet encounter another epidose of unable to use app to do payment at the counter. This time it need me to "sign in" to continue usage, i checked my balance just a few minutes before gone to the counter, i was able to open the app, but when i reach the counter it need me to sign in, hello! Not everyone can remember password or hv time to set it at the counter while people at the back are queueing, so PLEASE!

is a good app for checking for movie time in one app and get rewards for those missions, is just some time the apps is showing service unavailable when want to reload or doing payment.. need to improve the service . 2022 Jan, starting go down to lousy road, as the points reward had been limited or average to collect for 30k per month for gold level, the points to redeem increase 6x, mission all missing, no more interested in this currently.

Claimed to be the top 3 e-wallets but the app features and perks are not compatible with Grab and TNG at all. When it comes to the cash out balance or account termination, the policy is even worse and not flexible at all. Not recommended to use this app at all！

Pretty convenient. Still not as widespread as I like but the ease of paying in Orange 24 Hours store without the need for cash in hand is pretty nice! Edit: Please fix that bug where the top up amount defaults to the last amount instead of the one I put in, accidentally topped up an extra 170 ringgit because of that. Sure I will be using it but that should be up to me and not up to a mistake.

After the recent update of my boost App, my credit card's detail has been cancelled and i am force to reconnect my credit card with another extra RM4.00 charge... using the same card need to be charge in every certain period of time? 2022 updates, I lost count of how many times that the system fails me when I need to pay standing in front of counter. If you don't want to be embarrassing when you're paying in Malaysia, it's better to stick back with the old school (CASH) rather than this poor...

I like making payments with boost but that's it that makes boost functional for me. Sure i've got lots of rewards but 99% of the rewards given not related to me. For example, i've got topup rewards from all network providers except digi while it's very clearly i registered using digi number. Kinda sly, in a way. Be better.

Edit on 28 Apr 2022. The app become worst after latest update. My saved bill account is not organized as before and it's all over the place. I don't mind the expiring point system because all I need is a decent organized system to pay my regularly saved bill.

I had a very unpleasant experience using boost today. Standing in front of the counter can't even find where is the scan button to scan QR code. It used to be a simple good app. It's now very complicated. I'm thinking of dumping boost soon. Worst experience I've had. Until now, where's the scan button? Update: after I shut down and on again, I finally can find back the scan button in the middle. Just now pressing that middle button brought me to the transaction history.

It was a nice app last time, giving cash rebate, UI is simple and user friendly to be used. Now are just giving points/coins that will expire very easily (spending or top-up doesn't extend the expire date). App UI is now a MAJOR downgrade, everything is so complicated. And most importantly, the app keeps on signing you out from a very short period of time and everytime once I signed in again, it shows the tutorial again and again which I had been through several times, it is very annoying.

The message "Service is unavailable. Check back later." appears on many occassions when trying to make payments resulting in unnecessary inconveniences. Very frustrating!!

stop with advert pop-up spam and focus more to assist your users to do transaction soonest. it had become utterly slow because your app is loading god knows what (so many images and all) and ignoring the fact for objective to pay quickly and move along! not everyone uses good internet connectivity or even high spec phones, learn to prioritise functionality & goal of the app !!

Enjoying the apps. But all the rewards are not relevant!! I'm a Digi user, but all the offers and rebates are for other telco/telcos providers. Hence I'm still topping up as a usual customer. Aren't there any freebies for me? I mean like before, I enjoy plenty of rewards for topping up my line, even a 50 sen rebates would be great! Darn this app!!!

There is no doubt that this app is one of the best in the market and my experience using it is excellent. However, there is this one thing that is a huge turn off which is updating my phone number. I don't think any other apps have the same problem as BOOST where in order for me to change phone number I have to terminate my current account that I have invested so much into. It doesn't make sense at all So please be convenient towards your user so it will be the best experience for all of us

User interface especially the main page is very confusing as usual. I prefer TnG eWallet's clean and minimalistic UI with the essential buttons placed together in one row big and clear.

Lag, not responsive, slow, alot of ads. Startup app 1st things loading up ads, nobody will wanna use for ewallet payment ends up this platform for bill payment. But bills payment benefits not as good as competitor, in the end this app will die.

Update caused all my payment methods lost. Card details all wiped out. Very troublesome especially want to pay at the counter and having this stupid problem. Quite disappointed for a user that has been using this app for a very long time.

Extremely frustrated always unable to top up with credit card, if this cant be resolved i shall just deactivate and say goodbye. Points are difficult to earn yet expiry date is short and never bothered to remind user on expiring points. Lousy to the max.

I was using it for sometime, but due to points will be expiring, I was looking at redemption item, it was very frustrating that my points was deducted without any purchase...I was complaint about it to the company but no corrective action been taken and it was already 1 week

Very convenient but the pop up ad when I am reloading the wallet is annoying and made me reload the wrong amount. It seems intentional somehow coz bugs like these should be easily solved.

Stop showing all the tutorial after login,. It's wasting time. When will remove? It's updating quite many time. This tutorial is annoying. Today 28/may/2022 still showing this waste of time tutorial.

Always down, service not available, hard to top up sometimes can't get OTP from bank, pop up ads so annoying especially when you're in a rush to top up. Better use cash or wave.

Everytime when I Top up phone credit using boost, it will be pending problems. It already deducted my money and like half an hour ago it still didn't top up my credit. so where is my money go. idk. Please, Fix this Issue ASAP. Or else my money will be gone just because of this.
