App used to work fine on my old phone (note 10+) then I got a replacement as the screen got damaged. Transfered all my data to the new phone and the app doesn't work now, uninstalled and re installed the app and it's still not work. Logged out of canvas and logged back in and it's still not taking me past the loading screen
A face lift would do the app some real good, but it does exactly what you need it to do, and is pretty consistent. I had some trouble with my initial login, but after that's it's been smooth sailing. I recommend you try it out.
Had an initial login issue specific to Android. I contacted the support team and they were beyond helpful and accommodating. I really appreciate their support and help in addressing the issues of log in which has now been resolved.
It won't even get past the loading screen, tried numerous times, even uninstalled and reinstalled, still won't work. Either it hates android or something else might be up.
This app would never even open. Just stayed on the initial boost, red page and never actually opened the app. I have an android. Wondering if it isnt built for anything other than apple. 😞
Won't get past the loading screen to canvas. So I can't sign in. Seems like a waste of phone space.
100 points for efforts but this app is not working for me. After login, I can only see blue loading icon.
I'm unable to sign into my canvas on this app. Boost just says to restart and try again
I'm pretty sure this is made for Apple. Many other people, and me, have Android, and we have the same problem. It will not take us past the loading screen. I have tried deleting it and redownloading the app, signing out and back in to Canvas, but it still does not go past the loading screen.
