Boost Mobile Secure WiFi

It has been disconnecting itself numerous times a day the past week or more... Tried reporting a problem with the app but after entering as much info as it would allow me to it didn't give me an option to submit it... So I decided to do it this way and maybe I can get a reply or a fix... Will edit this if I get a response that fixes the problem.

I have a LG Stylo 4 purchased thru Boost Mobile and I get an error that device is not supported. I thought maybe I needed to set up the purchase in my account before opening the app but there is no option to purchase on my account. Update: still not working but notice you have to purchase thru the app but since the app errors out it isn't an option.

Not a free app for Boost members. Second another user's complaint LG Stylo 4 not compatible (Carrier Hub Services IS installed on my phone.) Error notice and kicked out of app set up. Boost is virtually worthless since T-Mobile merger and sale of Boost to Dish Network. Dish changed my unlimited plans to limited - without notice. Still paying the same monthly price though. Five years as customer for nothing.

Every time I try opening the app it just says loading. .. it NEVER stops loading. I've uninstalled it and cleared the cache and data, reinstalled it and it's still the same thing.

So far so great . It does Keep your WiFi Network Connection and your cell Runs connected with out Any problems.

Negative exceeds positive not part of services paid for, if I am paying for cell service which requires wifi ,services should come with security and reading the terms charges are $2 a month extra plus wifi isn't 100% secure besides you have to be a lawyer to understand the terms 100% besides haven't been in school for over 40 years 🙄 and am a senior citizen.

Yes I had to call the police on mobile because they are now charging my account for 1 week before the due date and I have the proof on my 1st receipt and probably had it on the 2nd until they went in my account and changed the date. That little punk who changed it on Jake Alexander Blvd is still working there so watch out for the scams that boost mobile customer service does to your account. I'm paying $69.00 for unlimited service since 1/24/22 and the supervisor want even change it to the date.

My Moto e5 play came with this bloatware app on my boost phone and tell this day it states it's unsupported on my phone please try later even months after I brought my phone. STILL STATES UNSUPPORTED FOR THIS PHONE. Well my carrier hub is updated and it still states UNSUPPORTED FOR THIS PHONE.. didn't work.

In going to uninstall this app. First it deceptive trying to make me believe its mandatoryand all over anything in going too just in my face everywhere. So many apps now that came with my phone using up space.

Have not used it yet. Looks simple and eazy to use .I would like it if you added a moble hotspot finder and maker so you can create one

Stopped working after I paid 4 it,what a ripoff.Keep telling me 2 purchase it,well I am paying 2 bucks a month on my acct. so what's the damn problem with this app

I trust it as far as the protection. But Its picking up other devices and adding it to my phone so that's not good

As of 2022: NO LONGER a real VPN,if it ever was. It isn't even a "secure wifi". This is $2 for NOTHING, basically.

Hey? Why does your freaking app keeps on installing in my phone? I do not want it and it keeps appearing all of the sudden.

Not supported for my phone. I'm uninstalling, no need to let it use up space for nothing.

I like boost mobile vpn secure wifi on my galaxy S10+ but, unfortunately unable to use it on my Samsung tablet !

Brand new phone with app installed. I've been a boost mobile customer for almost 7 years try to open app and it tells me I'm not even a boost mobile customer?

This app absolutely sucks I want you people end my protection I'm rich app before my billing date. Is up I just unsubscribes to this app and I don't want I repeat I don't want you people deduct 2 dollars from my account next month i am leaving Boost Mobile and I am going back to T-Mobile

Says wifi not secure everytime I try to load the app on my boostmobile LG Stylo 6 cellphone.

Not good. Slows down phone and added 3rd party apps, was worse I used
