I've been with Boost for years. Always pay on time. Had a few issues with them though. I had my account setup with auto pay BUT they decided to take out double payments so I took that off. Then recently my phone wasn't working for almost a week. It wasn't lack of payment. Turns out they were working on the towers and didnt think to send a mass email to oet their customers know. One of my jobs I NEED my phone for so I lost money. It's alot of other little things as well. May switch carriers

Not only does it run on Sprint towers but you are low man on the totem pole as Sprint constantly throttles back boost users. Realize that when they show you a coverage there is no designation between places with a good 4G LTE signal and places where you could not even make a phone call but you can send a text. Resetting to the nearest Tower does help sometimes, easiest way to do this is to put your phone in airplane mode for 30 seconds to a minute and then turn it off. RUN FROM BOOST.

I've caught boost twice on two different occasions to let them know that I had made a payment back in November 2021, for $125 and they have yet to credit my account saying that I owe them 39 cents and I'm very disappointed with that please help. I have been a boost customer for at least 18 years

Hasn't worked in 2 months that I know of. I've used gotten free 5 months to both Tidal and spotify,which is very generous,but that's all I've done with it,so I don't know about the rest. For quite awhile now, I haven't been able to get it to go past the initial load screen. I've force stopped and restarted it and have even done a clean install as well to no avail. I'm uninstalling for now until I know what's going on and frankly, 5 need the space anyhow as my Motor G6 Play is @95% ;Updates😒

The service I now receive from Boost is absolutely horrible! I cannot download any apps. I am directed to use WiFi, then receive a message saying that I am out of range for WiFi ( I live in a town with a population of almost 90,000 people). All I get is a run around. I'm tired of all the rhetoric ... Can you people at Boost Customer Service please fix the problem? The people at the Boost store either don't know how to resolve the problem or don't care. I seriously don't expect a response!

The app has been making other apps crash, or overrides other apps even though my settings are set in phone and in app are set. I pay 14.99 for YouTube every month and this app wants me to listen the music that is on boost. So now it is 30 bucks spent and I got to still pay another month. Boost perks is just a waste.

Boost is garbage but why im complaining when I keep it cause I got a family plan. Never have good service at home I barely have 3 bars. I can't send pictures through text and they send me promotion for boost up for new phone and want to charge 200 down and monthly payments. If they would actually give you what you pay for unlimited plan it would be really nice.

I have been with boost for years and never any problems with service until now since they switched to teen mobile. Now i have no service unless i go to town. They can't seem to figure out why at the store or trouble shooting.Really!!! I will be switching to a different carrier before my month runs out. If you don't live in your town close to towers then i would not recommend boost mobile. Very bad service all the way around.....

I refuse to download this app. Boost is the worst when it comes to phones and customer service. My phone is less than a year old and the stylus is broken inside the phone. I have bought new stylus' only to have them break in my hand. Boost Mobile in Gainesville FL, is horrible and I will not put any of my personal information on the app. The first month I had this phone, Boost tried overcharging me and I was in my Daughter's wifi the entire time. Gave me 10 gigs for their mistake.

...um...it'd be nice if y'all could fix the MyBoost app (before offering new apps (that apparently don't work), so I could make my payment through there instead of having to go through my browser EVERY TIME! I've had this phone for over 2 years and I haven't ONCE been able to pay my bill through the app...how long are y'all planning on having "technical difficulties"?

I have had the worst experience with boost in the last 3 months. From no connection issue that were never resolved & even now I have paid my bill and have not been able to use any of my services...0 data, 0 minutes just the big 0. Customer service is the worst. They are incompetent and they would end call without a notice while they say they are helping with never a call back. They lied, I was told for my problem that my account would be credited $10 but it never was. After this month I'm out

The internet is sooo slow the entire month. I don't know why Im charged for high speed internet. Boost has no customer service that speaks English and they keep repeating the same thing no matter what I say. It's.infuriating. Same with texting customer service. They don't know English and aren't trained. I'll be leaving for a new company soon. Their phones get hacked frequently as well.

When using right-to-left layout in Android you cannot view or access many parts of the screen, which I found out when I was unable to enter the pin sent to me. Many of the offers are all right, but sometime I am sent back to the start screen randomly and searching is problematic for so many reasons.

Debbie Bryant this is my thought too. We have been with boost for years and have always had excellent support, paid our bill on time, and if there was a issue it was taken care of promptly. Yet we cannot get a phone of our choice on a payment plan. I understand new customers need the incentive to join boost but existing customers need the same perks if they want to keep them!! I've been looking at other carriers since I can't get a new phone on a payment plan.

Boost..Boost. what can I say about Boost. My internet has slowed down after only using 2.4/35gb. Videos stop playing. My phone doesn't make a sound when a text has come through. I did change my number for free one time. Customer service tried to help me I guess with my internet& they reset my whole phone & the problem still wasn't solved. They credited me $15 for a month I didn't get to use. Yes, i wanted the whole bill credited. Wasn't gonna happen. Ugh!🤬🤦🥴😤. They have went downhill

We have had Boost for 5 years now, and have never had an issue. Customer Service is always helpful (I like the chat feature), the pricing is very affordable and the phone service is fine. We even went on a 7 state road trip with no issue (outside of the normal desolate areas). We have only upgraded our phones once, but that's a Husband thing, he likes the newer techy stuff.

Boost mobile has been completely awful for me and the perks app when I have data it constantly cuts off and by that I mean I get an x over my signal but now that I'm over my data limit it doesn't do that at all I've called over and over. Costumer service barely speaks English and nothing gets resolved. I will be changing my service provider very soon.

I love boost,they are always helpful and my bill is consistent,because they don't charge more than what they say,I switched to TMobile for 2-3 months and it was a horrible experience and with 2 months I paid $500 when my bill was supposed to be$140 witch is more than what I was paying for boost ,thank goodness they took me back and I got to keep my number,so I am super happy with boost

Great experience with the boost is the absolute best mobile company out there in the United States if not worldwide I love them to the most extent almost over my friend's families and foes cuz sometimes I hate boost Mobile that's why I threw the pose in there you know like when I get frustrated at boost Mobile whenever I don't know say their services offline due to whatever the f*** problem for an hour well that kind of makes me mad but all in all it's one of the best I've ever had. My experience is great. I have used boost and its Features for over 7 to 8 years now and i have never had a problem with anything. Service and customer service,features when i decide to use them,anything and everything has worked excellent for me. Its so easy you do NOT have to be intelligent to use either of them. For anyone to write a bad review and decide to be critical in a negative way is just ridiculous.Only problem any person is having has got to be with tht persons phone itself😊

I have been with Boost for about 5 years now. Ive always had minor problems but usually could fix myself. Now Ive upgraded my phone because Boost rep said my phone would not be compatible with the 5g system. So I bought another phone only to have the same coverage problems. Data cap being reached within 3 days of paying the bill so I switched to the unlimited plan and I can not make or receive calls or txt msgs unless Im in town. I've had similar experiences like two people below. The new phone I bought have had nothing but trouble with. Phone isn't 3 months old I too did not get it free even though I was told I couldn't use my old one by March. Had more contacts of people who weren't writing in English after transfer from old right away. Those people were not on my old phone. Store refused to help me. Ended up online with Samsung then to a phone fix place they sent me to. Samsung covered it under warranty.

Boost switched from the Sprint network to I don't know what and has a lot of garbage running in the background which uses up all of your data. This has happened since they insisted that you change the sim card! I have to make sure I have on data saver and turn off data when I absolutely don't need it otherwise unlimited data means nothing. I miss Virgin Mobile!

Used to be a good service, not now. Customer service is rude, lies and is incompetent. Refuse to unlock my old phone after 4 years of service on boost when I added a line and bought a new phone. I even talked a friend into switching, sorry buddy. I should have stayed with at&t. I can understand their customer service reps.

I have been with Boost Mobile 10+ years maybe less.It was great service until 2016 and has been down hill every since monthly data issues taking service by fraudulent service restarts which causes boost upgrades to be denied monthly plan issues etc. I don't know if there's been change in ownership but I am considering other options because it is obvious to me now that they have no respect for loyal customers. At this point they don't deserve a rating. Just my thoughts and opinions .

I have been with Boost Mobile for over 15 years, and never had any issues with Boost and the Boost perks are helpful depending on what you are looking for. Everytime I go to their store they treat me good,so at times you might not get a new free phone but their prices are still cheaper than Verizon or AT&T. I needed a hotspot quick and I wasn't aware Boost carried hotspots .

Been a customer for years. Pretty simple phone switching and easy to pay the bill if you dont have autopay turned on. Switched from the unlimited to the unlimited plus for the 30g of hotspot and unlimited highspeed data. My plan updates and i find out that they lied to me and only gave me 20g of hotspot and on top of that my "highspeed data" is still slowed down before halfway through each month which is horrible considering i pay my bill on the 4th of every month.

App no longer opens. It hangs on the title screen.. Hard to enjoy the perks if I can't see what's offered ... Also, when notifications appear, they only use one line of text so the message continues off screen. Wrap the text! And link it directly to the offer discussed, rather than the general welcome screen.

Rating it 4 stars for now. Signed up earlier today with no problems but when I went to go check it out some more just a few mins ago, it kept saying "server error". It works if you click the button you want twice but that can get pretty annoying. Please fix! This is an awesome app overall
