Tried a dozen different addresses, no delivery service anywhere in the south bay area. Really? Where do you provide services?????? Why doesn't your app have some kind of map of places you deliver to? Makes no sense that the user has to play a guessing game to see if they can be a customer or not. At least give them something more than "sorry! No can do." What about a list of places you provide services? Revolutionary!
Simply awful. It says its available in dfw but makes you put in an address, and then tells you they dont deliver there. No coverage map, no way to tell where they actually deliver. One of the most poorly designed apps ive ever seen. Once again, a symptom of the larger problem. I hope you all do not reproduce.
Started charging extra for requests past 10am even though I see your truck sitting there doing nothing. Prices are no longer better than my usual gas station. And your app crashes more often than not, requiring me to uninstall and reinstall it. That's enough "convenience" for me. I'll go back to the "inconvenience" of filling my own tank.
Super easy to use. The first time you use the service you need to input your car info but the app saves it after that so it is just a few clicks and BOOM you bought gas without making the trip The prices are usually lower than average for the area BUT not necessarily the lowest
For the life of me I couldn't get the app to load even after reinstalling it 4 times. I'd never had any issues before and was willing to overlook the high gas prices for the convenience. Looks like today I'll be driving home on fumes.
Dont waste your time. I downloaded this app. I was asked to login using my fb account. I did that, nothing happened then was asked to provide email info and phone number, but it still didn't work. Am not sure if they are simply collecting information.
Very useful app. I wish they had the same service during the weekends and also across the whole city (even for a higher price).
During the final steps of ordering where we click "order" literally had to press 3 -4 times to get going.This happened twice in a week. If someone fixes this it would be great
I am really grateful for Booster. Prices are at or below local prices and it saves me a trip for those days I realize Im low on gas. They send you a text confirmation with receipt upon completion. Great service, friendly drivers! Thank you!!
Love it easy to use . U set it up when u get to work and that's it . When u come out it's done. Their customers support is always super help and reply fast
I can't say enough positive stuff about this service. my only complaint would be that they won't come to my house! j/k... seriously tho, you may pay a little more for gas (we're talking a few dollars more at most), but coming out to your car after a long day, and not having to stop on your way home is worth it to me. And they always come thru in the allotted time frame. I will keep using then, and keep telling my friends and family about them. Thank You to the drivers the most!
Can't even make it past the next button while trying to make a account and then you press login and there's other options but either way I go can't make a account making it useless. And it's only a galaxy s8
Booster gas is pretty cool, take the worry out of stoping for gas on the way to work especially if your in a hurry. Ordered gas via the app 3 times for two of my vehicles, no issues or concerns yet. recommend to try, saves time from going to the pump
I am getting very tired of this company's blunders. I've been told that my vehicle could not be found and I pinned to the exact spot as last time and all my informationis in order. I am also tired of the slow response time
Love it. Fast, easy effective just wish it was offered in all or more areas instead if how it is now. I've referred many but u dont service the areas they work or live

App is truly poorly designed. The landing page says to create an account and asks for your info but never gives you more options than to log in. Im a new user thats never used the app, how would i log in?
So convenient! When I leave work, like most, i just want to get home. I don't feel like stopping to get gas, especially knowing I'll be sitting in traffic. Love the service!
there have been several times that i have not got my tank filled. I think is because there is a lack of organization. or change of staff. but when Carlos is on this site . I am happy. please we need more Carlos on the road.
Trash app. Doesn't allow you to use promotion code and when I took it off it still wouldn't process my order. Waste of time.
Amazing product and impecible service!! Very convenient at the office, price beats gas stations and who wants to touch those gas nozzles anyways!! Highly recommend!!
App is pretty straight forward and easy to use. And I am totally in love with the service. Being able to get a full tank of gas, while never leaving the office is amazing!
One less thing to do during the week. Execllent service, reasonable prices, and easy to do.
The app won't load all the way on Galaxy 9+. I just get a growing and shrinking purple circle while it tries to load.
I really feel like you guys are missing a huge business opportunity with covid. You could easily be servicing neighborhoods that are adjacent to the business you service. You can cover a much wider area that way. Think of all the missed sales by simply not having a fueler enter a neighborhood that is immediately next to one of the business lots you service. Maybe there's some regulations against bringing a fuel tanker into a residential zone.
No visible service maps. Users have to enter a specific address (or store name to search) and the app gives a yes or no response. The app tells me this service isn't available in my area, then asks me if I want to request the service to venture down to my area. There should be a map or at least a list of states where this is available. At least give users a list of states. The app doesn't specify anything, neither does the website. One would think either a list of states or general regions would be available for users, even if the map is very general. 2 Stars for the sole fact that the app allows me to login or create an account. That gives me the idea that it at least works assuming you happen to be in Booster's mysterious service area.
