Needs improvement. There's no direct connection with the administrator. Impossible to leave feedback from the interpretior's side. Connection is unstable and often calls impossible to answer. Not clear when appointments been cancelled.
the pre start notification should be an in app alert, not an email alert. an interpreter driving to an appointment won't interact with that. Appointment activity (ex: messages from lsc to interps) should be viewable on the app. the website absolutely positively does not function in chrome browser on a mobile device.
This app drains my battery so fast, there is such a significance on how long my charge lasts. It's unfortunate. Not a bad interface but I can't afford to lose my battery percentage at 4pm when I've barely used my phone. Uninstalled.
Fantastic platform, the best I've used so far. Easy to use. The unified platform provides even more portability and faster, easier management.
Sometimes difficult to answer incoming calls. It would be useful to have the ability to test calls and to be able to open the in-call screen to check that everything is working properly.
App will log you out automatically. It crashes if you toggle to any other app while you are on call and the call is dropped. Quiet unstable as per my experience.
With the last update on April, the app doesn't allow me to check the appointmen's details or to check for available appointments. it crashes alot!! Please fix it, because I'm in the run and I'm not able to check my computer.
Needs a lot of improvement. The calls are dropping and connection is unstable.
As an English to Swahili and Swahili to English interpreter of 21 years experience, Boostlingo is just the thing! I love it. Great work guys.
Need to put notifications for missed call to know how many do we miss. And should show the total amount also, which we receive.
I get notifications for job requests less than 1/2 of the time. The app often does not load fully.
I have the same problem others have mentioned, where I don't get push notifications most of the time.
My phone's auto rotate is on and responds to landscape orientation in all my other apps but this one. Is there a way to fix this?
cant change the settings....when I click on the menu it flashes at me and disappears...

This app is a great tool for businesses needing an interpreter or translator on demand even for brief periods.
Such a shame! I was excited to try this app out but it is hard to use and not at all correct.
Not always the appointment is completed at designated time.
This is a useless app, no matter how many times I tried to sign up, it kept saying invalid username and or password
It is good for community interpreting
As an interpreter I get many calls during the day. However, I miss answering most of them simply because the app is not working properly. I get push notification for the calls on my phone and I click on it. It takes me to the app, but the answer key doesn't show up to connect me to the call! That yellow answer button that should be there to connect you, is not showing 90% of the time! It is really annoying and you loose the job.
