Always giving the error 'No trusted certificate found. Please download the new application.' Whereas no update is there on the playstore. Tried uninstalling and clearing the cache many times. Even changed my phone but this app is pathetic. Update: feels usable and getting better, smooth and easy interface with quick features
No trusted certificate found, update (most of the time similar message is there with probability of more than 70% with the same problem). Really bad app, always takes long time to load and accept user name and password as compared to other banking apps, only using because of salary account otherwise would never have used.
I can never trasnfer funds from this app. It totally pathetic. Everytime either it says to download the app again or there is a message that no transaction can be done at the moment. Please please do something about it otherwise you guys will force me to change the bank. I have recently downloaded the latest version but still all in vain. I hope someone reads this and solve the issue.
No trusted certificate found. Everytime i want to make a transaction this appears and app crashes. From the last one hr i m continously trying to make a transaction but unable to even add the beneficiary. Fed up of this app I wish there was some negative rating points and would have given that. Bank of Pathetic app
Useless app, every time giving certificate error.... ,,😡 Mostly all new smartphones has a fingerprint scanner on front but this app works only with those phones whom scanner is on back side. Application is not able to recognise fingers from front screen scanner.
Absolutely frustrating. Unable to log in, keeps on telling download new version, I unistalled, downloaded again, but same result. I guess it's time to change my bank really.
Super slow app. 1 transaction and 5 crashes almost every time. I think developers are just trainers who are learning. Learn from other banking apps then may be you could make this one better.
Thats one of the most annoying banking app i have ever used. So pathetic UI. Always redirects pages.. instead if quick transactions user have to add beneficiary first.
Many times it shows " No trusted certificate found, Please download the new application" while already updated version installed. Very disappointing result. Rubbish application
App finger print only work with side or back mounted physical finger print sensor. Not working with my In display Fingerprint of Realme GT MASTER EDITION. Please fix it.
Could be improved if you paid attention to it a bit.. Very outdated and eveytime you find an issue with it.
This app not support the AMOLED Display phones. The screen sensor finger print not working in this version...plz update it to get 5*.
Very worse app ever I have seen in banking sector. Very very poor management . Whenever I do making transaction its fail and pops up not trusted etc msg. I don't know why not slove these problem. Shame on this management
My experience is not good yet this everytime when I try to login one alert notification is appear on screen that your version is to old please update it but I already update many times please if you have the solution related my issue resolve it ....
too much issues. when ever login or want to do transfer or some other action it breaks and give error. these errors are coming from more than year and developer did not resolving it
Thank God BOP woke up for some update. the application have no attraction and not any good features. The features it offer never work .
Such a poor app. After the new update i can't eben login to my account. Its keeps on showing yhat connection with the server is lost try next time.
From previous 3 to 4 month not working properly. Fund transfer and bill payments are constantly failed. Again and again app installation option come.
It used to work fine before the update. Now, neither any beneficiary can be added nor any kind of funds transfer occur - it just crashes again and again.
Most disgusting app for mobile banking in pakistan. 1st you don't receive OTP early. Lot of error and time taking app. App is crashed every time I try to fund transfer or add beneficiary
App Crashes Frequently. For God Sake.. The develper team, please improve the app.. Frequent crashes and messages to update, even after reinstallation.
Terrible service. It keeps saying no trusted certificate found. Have uninstalled n reinstalled the app 10 times but can't login still.
Evert time there are issues of certification and downloading for past few months. Previously it was working so well.
I wish there was a ranking lower than 1 star. I would have given that. The app never seems to work. Its a perpetual agony.
From five stars to one. It was a better app but now it has dropped down to the level of huge embarrassment for its users. Everytime I try to transfer certain amount to other accounts, it fails to get it done even after repetitive attempts. Late pin, no connection established, download latest version despite having installed it beforehand, are the top pop up messages its users get while making a transaction.
Worst app. Whenever i add beneficiary or some billings, it says cannot process request.

Worst ever app, everytime crashes whenever I tried to do transaction or tried to add any new beneficiary. Wish I'm able to add less than 1 star. Whenever I tried to do any kind of transaction, it says "Rejected by Host".
